Ordered a donnor kebab was absolutely vile. Charge silly prices wouldn't feed that meat to an animal.

Absolute hidden gem in Leeds. Best quality charcoal grill kebab/meat takeaway in Leeds. Really good value for money with high quality food. Picture is the Mixed of four kebabs with 2x Grilled Lamb kofte, chicken wings and Shawarma. Big portions and amazing flavours. Keep up the good food!!

Very nice takeaway, the staff are so polite and helpful They are genuinely happy to serve you and make sure that you get the meal you want and how you like it. The meals are excellent value for money and have a nice selection of choices and are customizable to your tastes. So if you're sick of generic greasy floppy takeaway food then give this place a call and enjoy a nice meal 😎

Not as great as usual. Took nearly 20 minutes between JE stating courier on the way to arriving (literally 5 minutes walk to restaurant), food was okay but chips were a bit rubbery/cold from being in transit so long. Arrived on scheduled time, not early like usual. Usually do much better so chalking it up to an off day.

I given chance after chance with this take away. Numerous times did mention to them portion sizes gone a lot smaller more like child portion now. The order once full size portion now again same issue.But the worse part is salad which comes with Kebab was definitely day old or few days stunk and was very watery red cabbage juice all over delivery bad.Mention this to the driver he said sorry i know he just delivers so not his fault.This take away gone downhill big time.WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

A regular go to for a takeaway, food is always delicious, with friendly staff and a quick and efficient delivery service, would recommend to anyone.

Every time I order from here they always forget something, I ask for extra toppings and pay for them and no extra toppings are added, just recently I ordered a pizza and they forgot the pizza!

Listened to my request and was courteous enough to allow. Great quality lamb yet again, nice crispy fries. Fast delivery and very early but nice and hot.

No bbq sauce on chicken, no pot of mayo, no salad that it’s meant to come with and no drink that I payed for!

I order food from this company 2-3 times a week and it is always perfect and on time . Order today was not the same - the food was cold and the garlic bread was hard and a weird texture - plus it not warm at all . Hoping this was a one off .

I order from this place on a regular basis. I've noticed a decline in the food standards and quality for a while now. last night was the last straw. ordered a half/half pizza with chips. half Margherita other half Toscana.. more like quarter (Toscana) to three quarter (cheese). plus I paid for extra tomatoes.. and I only got 4 small pieces of them on the quarter Tosca not the cheese side. the chips are getting beyond edible with every meal recently being rock hard and over cooked. bad meal again

Food was really good! Only fault was that the chicken shawarma came without a pitta as we ordered it with. Later noticed when checking the order on just eat it doesn’t show pitta on the order summary…maybe something you need to look in to with just eat and the order process.

Chips soggy same with the onion rings, meat dry and thin, chill sauce more like blended tomato. Might not be so bad after 8 pints

Diabolical, the food was great when it was volcano chicken. The salad was delivered under the chicken & chips, not separate. Not even a side salad. Wilted. One half piece of tomato skin. Mayo, not even a spoon full. So disappointed. Will not be going back again. Total disrespect to customers.

Order was due to arrive between 19:10 - 19:30, this was then pushed back to 19:45. After several attempts to contact Volcanic Charcoal Chicken finally got through at 20:11. Was told the driver had just left with our order. We live approx 5 minutes driver from the restaurant, yet the driver didn't actually arrive until 20:27. When order was checked it wasn't correct. The order was supposed to have Twister fries with cheese but instead received normal fries. The order was also cold. Was a regular.

So we ordered from here last week came on time was lovely decided to try again. What a disappointment 2 hours waiting. Phoned twice to be told we were next lie!!! Paid on just eat complained to them told 10 mins lie!! Don’t bother waste of time and money

Been ordering from Volcanic since they opened & they were always a reliable source of really good take out food. Now though after 2 disappointing delivery orders..no salad in a Kebab!! Twice! C'mon! I want onion, cabbage, carrott, lettuce, tomato..No sauce either just a Donner meat butty. Now don't get me wrong a Donner butty is a beautiful thing but I want salad with it..not salad delivered 20 mins later by a dude who grudgingly says sorry & gives me 2 ltr of Pepsi Max as an apology..Get back on it guys!!!

Really great food i have always loved this place, but the prices are kinda high compared to a little while ago.

We were looking for an old fashioned British kebab and this place delivered, but with much higher quality salads to have with it! We will be back!

First time ordering. Delivered hot and bang on time. Unfortunately the chicken shish and lamb chops were almost tasteless. The salad that came with was nice and crisp. 2.5/5 for me.

Didn't receive garlic dip I paid extra for and there was a bit of plastic in the kebab wrap.

Guys i specially recommend this place go and try theirs phizzas specially the chicken donner and donner kabab no one will be disappointed best and tast food i've ever tried . It not my first time trying this place out and let me tell you that you will be impressed from the customer service to how the food was fresh and delicious the staff always have a smile on there face and give it 100% all the time i personally love there lamb kofte kebab it is always fresh and tastes amazing I recently went with my boyfriend and tried there waffles all I can say is WOW.

This is my go-to takeaway for kebabs. The best ones I've had around the local area. Recently they started pizzas too, tried one and I must say I was very disappointed. Will always go here for kebabs but not a pizza... just my preference.

Ordered from here for a long time. First time ever we've been disappointed. Mixed skewers kofta & med chicken with the usual chips etc. Always been huge chunks of chicken, peppers & onions and a long strip of lamb kofta. Not today Tiny chunks of meat, no peppers and a few little layers of onion. Kofta was prob a third the size it used to be. I know things are tight for all right now, but, come on! Don't be that business that short sells. I'd rather pay a little more for the original quantity.

Really disappointed we use to loved coming her for a weekend food last few month nothing taste how it use to my burgers buns are always soggy chips are never cooked correctly and seems very rushed all the time. Staff rush u and order always wrong and we get made out like we made the mistake even tho we order the same food every week. unsure if this is under new management but it’s just not the same anymore 😩

On weekdays it’s really really good and if you leave any notes they will read them. Ordered on a Saturday and it was not good BUT i called and they sent everything out fresh again and quick delivery. Thankyou!

My wife and I order food from this take-away on a very regular basis and the food is outstanding and great value. The staff are all very friendly and always make me very welcome as soon as I walk through the door. If you want to eat-in they have you covered as well with in-store seating. Good, honest, no nonsense food at a really good price. The menu is Middle East turbans cooked over charcoal. Never been disappointed and we have tried it plenty! The stir fry is a favorite (quite oily) along with the grills.

Been 3 different times now. Always popped in and picked up a takeaway rather than a delivery but I'm sure in time we will order a takeaway and that will as fab too. The food is fresh. The chicken tikka is so tasty. We normally order a mix of 3 (chicken tikka, chicken shwarma and donner) and two sides between 4 (2 adults, 2 older kids) and its perfect. The salad is fresh and the chilli and mint sauces add to it to make one delicious plate of food 😋

I never leave reviews but I had to this time ! Best takeaway I’ve ever had and I order food about 5 times a week from different places but volcanic never ever fails on giving out delicious food! I just ordered a mixed stir fry kabab and rang them after my delivery coz I usually get more chicken and they sent me new order with extra xtra chicken haha thank you ;)

I’ve ordered a few times from this place, don’t get me wrong the food is great, however the young driver that wears glasses is always ignorant & rude which is odd as other drivers are nice & friendly. Each time he brings my order it’s cold or he pretty much throws it towards me!

Had a meal here last night and also got a takeaway for family. The food was fantastic. So tasty and all freshly cooked. The portions are really good and the prices are excellent. The staff are all really friendly too. They have loads of menu options, definitely something for everybody. Volcanic is definitely a real "find". When you're in the restaurant the orders are constantly pinging through, and I can see why. Really really good.

I have had many kebabs around the East Leeds area over the years, but none of them compare to the one I had from Volcanic Charcoal Chicken, the best donner meat I have ever had, plus the chicken tikka and lamb kofta were amazing, can't believe I have never ordered from here before.

Foods 5 star here ever time I order food it comes hot and the food is top noch. Ya get what ya pay for and this place I'll deffo order agane.

New to us a few weeks again and now ordering regularly. Lots of takeaways in the area, but we found they are all very intermittent with their quality and or service. But not this place. Every time we order, its fresh and clearly just cooked and great quality and speedy service. Also a great alternative to the usual Currys or pizza Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I have seen all the negative review and thought I would add mine as I get something along with with family most weeks.the chicken shwarma is wonderfull and packed to the brim ..very tasty.the stir fried Donner is also good ..the chips used to be pretty limp but have improved ..I have used this place since it reopened and I have never had to complain
