Viva Pizza in North Hertfordshire

Foods always hot on arrival & they’ve never got an order wrong. Might have been the odd time I’ve had to chase up about the delivery time but that’s not stopped me coming back.

Best kebab shop in Royston. Have now been several times and always get an excellent amount of food for the price. Quality is very good and service at the takeaway is fast and friendly. We haven't tried pizza yet but if it is as good as kebabs and kids nugget meals, I'm sure they would be great too.

Order placed at 17.40, web page said food order ready by 18.40, time now 18.50. 1 hour and 10 mins for two kebabs!!!! And I have to pay for delivery!!! Shocking service. Used to be great used for year, this is the last time. This happens six months ago and the food was cold, rang to discuss and was pretty much told ‘tough luck’, thought I would give them another chance but obviously customer focus and service is not on their agenda. I wouldn’t recommend.

It took over an hour to be delivered on a Monday and we only ordered a pizza and onion rings. The onion rings were soggy and there was so much cheese on the pizza it was craggy and greasy.

Ordered food at 19.50, waited 2 hours for it to arrive. Called up Viva Pizza and it should've been delivered at 9pm. We hadn't recieved anything by 21.45 and they tried blaming us saying the attempted to deliver by no one answered the door. We have a RING doorbell and no one had been down our path since I got home from work at 5pm. The staff we're argymentative and patronising on the phone. They only offered a refund and didn't even try offering to get some food to us. We had been sat waiting for 2 hours for nothing. If there was an option for zero stars I would've ticked that.

Not a bad kebab. One chicken shish and one lamb shish. Overall nice, bit tight on the tomatoes and cucumber in the salad, mainly onion and lettuce. Would return and give it another go. £26 all in. 4⭐️

The pizza and large beefburger were delicious. Very generous toppings much tastier than Dominoes, give them a try you wont be disappointed !

Don't go there last night I got my food late and it was stone cold very poor

I’ve been ordering food for delivery quite some time , 4-5 years I think! The service wasn’t good enough at the beginning but I have to admit during the last couple of years everything has been just perfect! My food has been delivered warm and speedy! I’m so impressed! Viva Pizza you are are best!!

The doner meat pizza is the best I love it and also the garlic bread with cheese amazing

Ordered 2 pizzas online at 7.30pm, delivery booked for 8.30pm, food arrived at 8.10, hot and freshly made. Very tasty and good value. Well done 😁

The place is in shambles the facility it uses to make food is an utter mess. The food although not bad still suffers in overall taste quality

Worst chicken kebab I've experienced. Put in bin after 2 mouthfuls. Meat as dry as Sahara

Shocking service rude staff cold food

Just had my first pizza from this store and I'm a happy chappy food was hot and tasty only gripe is they placed garlic and herb sauces inside the pizza boxes which burst during delivery.

Very expensive one apple pie £6.20 and Dona nearly £12 I won’t be coming there anymore

Great service from driver card has not gone through ,so driver said if I transfer to him he’ll pay cash ,credit to team so delivery person who was working on 6 august was fantastic thank you :)

Absolutely cracka lacking, the viva put on the pizza is simply 10/10, flavours exploding in your mouth and no at all greasy in the slightest

Absolute horrendous service , if you want nice warm food that you actually ordered then Do not use VIVA . And when you complain be prepared for there arrogance, they wont listen and they do not care they are potentially losing business.

Awful, tried to ring up and explain the problem, told to ring back tomorrow night, pizza was in a right state, not interested in sorting out DO NOT order for here

Convenient fast food, quick service, good prices, nice range of options, generous portions.

The food was over an hour late and cold the driver kept driving past and then when we phoned them back to tell that the food was cold they said that they will send new food and the other driver was late and the food was pretty much cold. Never going to order of there website again going to stick with ordering food from just eat.

Awful tonight! Delivered late, everything was cold and when I phoned the restaurant the response was 'we are very busy '. Such a shame.

Usually very good only ever had minor issues that have always been fixed quickly.

I have just moved in and don’t have any food for dinner so I tried to order a delivery and after my online order declined I called them but they claimed it was “late” so they wouldn’t make us food. The store was still open so I’m confused as to how it being late meant I wouldn’t get any dinner

Very nıce food and lowley pızza

Piss take... Ordered a simple cheese pizza and they said it would be here within the hour.... 1hr 30 mins later I ring them again to be told they couldn't find my house so they took it back... After 10 minutes on the phone trying to give him directions to be told it will be another 20 minutes to get here.
