Best Pizza by far I've had I'm ormskirk

We ordered 2 pizzas and some spicy chicken wings at 5pm. Delivery time advised was 18.00-18.20, not bad. DELIVERY came at 5.15, chicken looked and tasted like it had been re heated AWFUL, the pizzas on the other hand were not cooked properly, they were all soggy and doughy. Needless to say we WONT be ordering from here again. Disgusting 🤢🤢

Got here quick but half the pizza was all over the inside of the box

We placed our order at 5.00 with a delivery time of 6-6.20, which is fine. The order came at 5.20, and was awful. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been re cooked eeww, our pizzas on the other hand were not cooked properly, they were sloppy and doughy. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here again and will not be recommending to anyone.

Ordered a small house kebab, cheese chips and a chicken wrap meal. All the food was stone cold, the kebab should have come with 2x pitta bread, but didn’t come with any!(they did send out 1 pitta but still 1 missing and 20 minutes after eating my cold food). Won’t be ordering again!

viva was our go to local for us but past 2 or 3 orders have not been the best. tonight we recieved soggy cold chips & curly fries & burnt, cold chicken strips. ordered cookie dough too which was cold and the ice cream had melted into complete liquid!! viva will NOT be our go to ever again

Food took over and hour and a half to arrive and when it did was cold and soggy.

Said the food was on its way for 35 mins food arrived cold and had to warm it up

It's was a while so can't remember just know it was not clever

There were 2 items missing. The rest of the food was tasteless

Feel bad leaving a negative review as never had any issues here before, but the food was cold, and the garlic mushrooms where far too expensive £5 for 10 small soggy garlic mushrooms! Really annoying that i wanted to have a night off cooking and decide to have a treat, but when your food arrives it’s not even warm!

My favourite place. Food always amazing. Delivery, the food is hot and on time. No issues. Cheesy chips are fab, doner meat is the best around. Pizzas are super. Just all round great. Staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommend

Nice & hot, great taste & delivered by a really pleasant & friendly driver. Tiny issue being that the extra chilli sauce requested was missed. But the food is great & they are massive portions!!

Absolutely quality,best kebabs around for miles always so fresh and tasty, one of the best home made garlic mayo I have tasted and the chilli sauce it’s hot as chilli sauce should be, always look forward to coming to viva la pizza after a long shift a must try for all.

Asked for a couple of things to be changed on the order and everything was cooked and done as asked. Really enjoyed the food thank you. Will order again

Have used this place for ages and always forgiven when order has gone wring but tonight I ordered a meat feast costing £18 for the kids as I was working late. A cheese pizza turned up which is no were near the price of pizza ordered. Rang up and they wanted proof and if any of the cheese pizza was left as they didn't believe me. Told them the kids had eaten it .looked in the bin for any evidence as they wouldn't still believe me .so ended up paying £18 for a cheese pizza. Sorry viva but that's a disgrace of customer service I've ever witnessed. You totally ripped me off. Thiefs

Ordered a pizza with cheese??? Unfortunately there was no cheese . Surely a pizza should have cheese on ??. All the toppings ended up on the table because there was no Cheese on the thing. Gone down hill unfortunately.

Worst takeaway delivery in West lancs. Every order we had delivered was missing things. When we complain we were barred from ordering from them. Food comes cold, late, Manager couldn't care less. Did us a favour. Found a much better place. Can't believe they are still trading.

We ordered a delivery kn weds night via website card payment taken and viva didn't show up! I couldn't reach them by phone as it appeared to be off the hook and I'm still waiting on a refund! We are regulars at viva and have never ever had any issues great service and food usually hence the two stars but I will think twice ordering from here again sorry viva

Fast delivery, the food was delicious. The slushies are also a great addition and good value!

The donner meat pizza, the meat had been too long under the oven and the meat broke like a packet of crisps as it was burn. I would have preferred the meat to be placed on top after the pizza was cooked so the meat stayed soft with maybe a squirt of garlic mayo on top to finish, very disappointed.

Food was really tasty and super hot, while the drinks remained cold. Delivery was a lot faster than the app predicted but that was great hungry children fed faster. Thanks will definitely order again

Delivery driver said they had gone to 32 bath springs court not 32 bath springs, then spent 10min walking around aimlessly with the food (not in insulated bag), so therefore all the food was stone cold when it arrived

Lovely food, quick service and came with polite staff that had taken good care of our order.

Ordered online, after an hour called up and got told it was on its way. Another half hour phoned again as it still hadn't been delivered. Another 10 more minutes it turns up stone cold. What a bunch of crooks, haven't even got good grace to say sorry its running late. Stay clear as there seems to be a few who have had this bad experience. Oh won't refund me. We shall see.

Won't be going back, can pay with card online but not in store? Nobody wearing gloves or hair nets while prepping food, food was lukewarm at best. Poor food hygiene standards all round really.

Terrible portions, literally 6 cubes of meat for £9 !!!! I have ordered from viva for years and years, gone downhill massively over last few months and nowhere near value for money anymore. They have lost a loyal customer in me. Rip off prices and small portions at a time of national economic crisis = massive loss of customers

Food was stone cold. I put in the notes to text or ring when food was left outside as the baby was sleeping and the dog barks when the door is knocked on. And I don’t think my driver instructions were seen and the baby was woken.

Turned up at 2230pm for a kebab only to be told no donner meat.. Hmmm... Funny that they closed at 2300pm..It was obvious the lad couldnt be bothered! Will go somewhere else in future.. Absolutely terrible.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

16- Feb - 2015 Tried 4 time's to place an order using "Just Eat" Never had a problem before as we order every now and then using "Just Eat" home delivery. Just kept getting messages saying "the order had been cancelled, the take away may be too busy or not deliver to your area" on a Monday night. As I've said before they have delivered to us on more then one occasion, so its not a case of not delivering to the area. Tried online help which was less then helpful. No idea why this happened tonight, and the last time we ordered they forgot our desserts too. Normally ok service, but get the feeling that tonight the people couldn't be bothered delivering about 5 miles away.

How getting your food early being a bad isn't normal, just when it said it was going to be Almost 9 and arrived at 8 I'd started doing other thing. But food was amazing will be ordering again just setting a time next time.
