Waited nearly an hour and a half and threw most of it away who puts red cabbage on a kebab the pitta s were hard and the chips were cold and like cardboard.

Food arrived full of salad and sauce no chips. One meal missing. Rang restaurant to be Told be sent straight out 90 mins late still waiting. Had people eating orders that wasn’t theirs this they advised. Then want pictures. Of what exactly ?people eating cold food they didn’t order. Customer service terrible won’t be going again.

Done meat that was from last night dry red cabbage that was soft and not crisp a pitta that fell to bits when touch avoid

Food arrived 50 mins late. Full pot of chilli sauce emptied all over the packaging. Meat was way too thick dry and crispy and the salad consisted mostly of red cabbage and onion one tomato it was horrible. I eat a lot of kebabs! There loss x

I always loved doner kebab, but after moving to the UK from Germany (doner capital right after turkey) I‘ve tried plenty of UK doners and was always dissapointed. Until now- Ormskirk kebab is exactly how I know and love kebab! Crispy pita, good quality meat, fresh salad - and a LOT of all of it. Plus I was greeted by the nicest guy. Will 100% go back and try more of their stuff:)

Ordered food for 16.45 and it arrived at 5.30pm .Not great when u You have kids . Poor service

Ordered chicken shawrma and chips.... all I got was chips covered in salad and sauce and about 2 pieces of chicken which was chewy and old. Terrible

Called late at night after work a couple of times and the food is hot and very tasty. Glad they're open when they are. Great value.

The best takeaway in Ormskirk! Myself and my partner order from here once a week, as it is our favourite place. The owner is the kindest man - he works extremely hard, and is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. I definitely recommend ordering from here. They do the best Chips and Cheese with Garlic Mayo! 10/10.

We ordered off Just Eat. Kebab was excellent. Great portion sizes. Fast delivery. When we rang up to request a change to out order the gentleman who answered was very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very good experience.

Terrible service. Ordered and was told an hour, hour and ten passes and I ring to be told another 40 mins and that I hadn't ordered an hour ago at all. Rude staff, awful service. Still waiting for a refund. Spent over 40 quid for nothing. Avoid at all costs

I am middle eastern and we love shawarma best shawarma I have had so far was in Ormskirk Kebab and Pizza take away shop. Ormskirk Kebab and Pizza Istanbul Grill Kebab is amazing with home made chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Staff very friendly and helpful. Every thing cook infornt of your eyes freshly. So far only place do Sea food pizza with tuna, anchovies, and prawns was also Ormskirk Kebab house with best doner folded calzone. Definitely recommend. They also open till late and do delivery till late...

Ordered a takeaway for 2. Arrived fairly quickly but was freezing cold and missing chips. Contacted the shop to ask for a refund and told by the owner that "the food couldn't be cold because he made it and delivered it himself' Really disappointing and a waste of money as food not edible. Won't order again as there is an issue each time we do with incomplete or incorrect orders

I have been customer for this takeaway ormskirk kebab and pizza for more than 3 years. Sometimes receive late delivery but never had any issue with food, always hot and fresh. People who work there always kind and helpful. They are the only place making great Shawarma kebab in west Lancashire area. Prices are reasonable with recent increases. I would not mind to pay a little extra rather than pay for something that I will not eat at all…. Great pizzas, greats kebabs always fresh always tasty…

Great kebabs and pizza, terrible chips

Absolutely disgusting prices what I got charged for. When I get chance to treat my little girl I get her a kids meal which is about £5 and I get a wrap which is about £4 on it’s own. That’s what I ordered last night! Normally it’s about £10 but did go up to £12 but last night they charged me £17. The delivery guy rang up to check and they said because the wages went up so did their prices. So for a kids a meal and a wrap with no chips came to £17 he said they charged me a £1 for the bread in the wrap and a £1 for the cheese they added. Disgusting as the week before I had my partner come over and we got a kids meal, I got a wrap with chips and my partner got a kebab with chips and that was £19 so no idea what they did with their prices last night as the chicken wasn’t the chicken I normally get and was chewy and burnt was awful. Will not be ordering from here again for them prices you can more from dominoes for that price.

I’ve been going to this establishment every week for over a year and the food is always spot on. the food is always very tasty and always warm and great value for money. Not only this but the staff are the nicest ever always look after us and has been rated a safe haven for students in Ormskirk if there is ever any problems as the staff are know for always helping people out if something bad happens. On one occasion a young girl was being chased by a man and the staff looked after her. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Really worrying the staff cant tell difference between chilli and garlic sauce. Ordered a mixed kebab with chilli it comes swimming in garlic. Ones white ones red that should of been a clue to them.

I fancied a Subway, but unfortunately it was closed, and this was the nearest place to go for food. This place is ok if your looking for somewhere to go for food after some drinks.

Order made with a single request, to have no onion. (Due to intolerance). Completely ignored this request. When confronted, where rude on the phone, even to the point of mocking accent. First and last order from this place.

After being a bit worse for where have you felt hungry, we did and ended up at this pizza shop after a few beers with the boys. We just ordered pizza and ate it as we walked about the town trying to get a taxi, from what i could remember the pizza was great and very tasty but never got the stains out of my shirt.. 😀

I called in for a kebab. The place had been open an hour but nothing was cooked. They told me t could be warmed up in 7 minutes. The nan bread was from a packet straight from Morrison's by the looks. A complete nightmare. Don't bother here.

I got the chips with chilli sauce, the sauce is okay anx the chips were soggy. I also got chicken nuggets and they tasted as if they were done then left under a hot light for a while. And the onion rings were just soggy mush. I would definitely not be going there again and would not recommend to anyone. But the staff are very friendly, i just wish there food was nicer.

Better places to eat from in ormskirk

Didn't even receive my order and when called up to ask why they claimed someone else picked up my order in which therefore i got no refund and also got called a liar and a horrible customer ect by the employee. i understand if it is true and someone did indeed claim my takeout at my university that it is not the takeout fault but it is not my fault as the customer that this has happened and verbal abuse was not warranted. Therefore very disappointing customer service from what i always thought was a good takeout service but has proved not to be in light of this situation, i will definitely learn from my mistake of ordering from somewhere like here again.

In terms of food it is ok (not amazing just ok). Marmaris is miles better but unfortunately closes at 12 so unfortunately this is the only place open in the early hours. These guys need to be watched, they prey on people coming in drunk so they can short change them. I know people who have been shortchanged by a good few pounds and they are extremely crafty about it. They also short change on deliveries so be very careful you have the right money ready.

Orders garlic bread with cheese a pepperoni pizza and chicken swarmer with chips. And I can honestly say I believe this is the best pizza shop in ormskirk as the pizza was outstanding. Will definitely order from here again

Food was late and cold. Ordered chicken nuggets and chips, the chicken was tasteless. You couldn't tell the different in taste between the chips and the nuggets and the chips were soggy and gross. Disgusting.

I don't know if the owners have changed since I last visited, but I asked for my usual kebab over the phone tonight, and drove to collect it. I got something different given to me from the norm after I paid the money. The chicken was around the same amount, but the salad was very sparse to what you used to get. I questioned the differences, and some new face stated "I don't care you're not happy, I have your money, throw it in the bin, what do I care". He then attempted to snatch the bag off me containing what I had just paid £11 for. 2 "roles" are now what they are calling 2 kebabs. Other staff came out of the back room, and tried to convince me what they'd given me was what I'd always been given in the past. I guess when things/staff change, it's not always for the best. The favourite kebab shop has now become a no-go shop for me following an angry and verbally hostile staff. I asked him on a few occasions why he was becoming angry with me, reiterating that I wasn't being "angry" with him. He looked like he wanted to punch me. I'll never go there again. There are plenty of other kebab shops in and around Ormskirk, other kebab shops where you are treated like a customer. Shame on you Ormskirk Kebab and Pizza, shame on you.

Never turned up first and last time I will ever use these cowbkys

The chicken was dry and I'm fairly sure it was rat meat. It was questionable if the bones that were mangled throughout the chicken had more flavour than the meat itself. If you like chicken avoid this place at all cost. The only redeeming factor was the box it was served in. The donner meat was so rubber like it could've been used as the fan belt on a car. The vegetarian burger was like mashed potatoes in a bun and was extremely bland. I also ordered a slice of fudge cake with custard, the cake itself looked as if it had been through a tumbler dryer in transport and was smeared all round the container it came in. Also for 50p extra for the custard I expect more than just a single spoonful. I ordered this through the website 'just eat' and it arrived later than it was supposed to, although I'm now regretting that it arrived at all. P.S. I'm not sure what had more cardboard in the garlic bread or the box it came in.

I go here every so often for a donner burger with cheese and garlic mayo. Service is always quick and they cope very well with customers who have had a fair bit to drink

Best kebab house in northwest.

After watching the football and consuming one or possibly 2 drinks of strong beer. Lol. Went for a chicken kebab. Very large and very good quality. I was a little drunk but the chicken was very juicy and tasted good. Enjoyed it totally.

Great food after a Night out and really Friendly Staff, Not many Late night food establishments that are worth visiting

After months of searching I finally found a takeaway pizza that tastes just as good sober as it does drunk. This is now my 'go to' takeaway. Friendly staff and decent prices.

Después de un ajetreado día mi compañero y yo estábamos ansiosos por un kebab para el té. Los kebabs en este lugar solía ser muy bueno. Pedí cordero y kofte kebabs. El kofte solía ser rico, pero, desgraciadamente, no más. Fue duro, sin sabor y completas pedazos de cartílago. El cordero kebabs era sólo un promedio. El único punto positivo fue la ensalada, la cual era agradable y fresco. Me pregunto si este lugar ha cambiado de manos ya que no reconocí el personal. Una pena! Ahora estoy en la búsqueda de una buena tienda de kebabs en la zona. No volveremos aquí, por desgracia.

Última noche compramos un kebabs de pollo y una hamburguesa. Ambos tan mal que tenían que ir en la papelera. El pitta pan era tan duro el pollo probado divertido y la hamburguesa era asqueroso. He tenido una mala comida desde aquí antes, pero pensamos que les daría una oportunidad. No os molestéis en coger volver porque la última vez que hacían los hombres que trabajan allí sólo discutieron conmigo. comida horrible e incluso peor servicio al cliente.

The food was distinctly average, and the worse was yet to come. I walked into this appalling "Kebab house" and ordered my food like any other fast food outlet and paid. However once they had shouted my order out loud, they demanded they pay for my food yet again, otherwise they would not give me my food. They refused any wrongdoing despite me claiming that I had already paid for my meal, therefore leaving me with no choice but to pay for my meal yat again. Although this is one of very few places open late at night in Ormskirk, I would heavily recommend to not go to this appalling place as they might fool you into the same scan they fooled me into. I'm yet to receive any apology in this scam in which many a people have fallen into, and i've heard many people have had the same problem that I have. Great little place, probably open one of the latest in Ormskirk so it's where you go after a night out for some food. It's a fast food takeaway and what you expect.

I just love the chicken kebabs, with salad and chilli sauce, they are always cooked to perfection. Ring and order and they are ready for pick up or get them delivered .

Terrible customer service, overcharged, incomplete order, said we hadn't ordered what we did and refused to do anything about it. Will not use again and suggest you think twice before ordering for a delivery.

Recently visited this kebab house after a night in ormskirk. Ordered a chicken kebab and burger.. The staff where extremely rude and snotty. The kebab was like rubber and the burger was the cheapest of cheap quality imaginable! DO NOT GO HERE!

Without question the worst donner kebab I have ever eaten. Dripping in fat, the salad was covered in lemon juice and they had the audacity to charge £5 for it. If you like your kebabs stay away from this place.

We have had several take aways from this shop, from doner to istanbul, all good size. selection of salads and sides, and sauces. they are freshly prepared and cooked as you are there on the grill and they offer home delivery, delicious and great value!
