This is a terrible place. Ordered food on Uber and was given a 1910-1930 time slot. I phoned them after 2000 and was told it was out for delivery after confirmation of my order. I rang again at 2030 to find that the order hadn't even been started as was told it was just an error. When I asked if it was ok to lie to a customer I was told this was OK as the staff member had only been there a week. I asked if this was a joke and I was told it was OK to lie to customers!! WTAF Customer service 0.

Just collected our takeaway order from scoozi ormskirk We eat from here regularly unfortunately on this occasion the spaghetti bolognese and the penne bolognese was floating in water absolute slop even the cardboard insulation topper was like paper machet… called to let them know and whoever was on the phone was quite arrogant …, this place has gone downhill massively since Paulo has left we will not be ordering from here again Avoid like the plague 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just ordered through Uber eats and I have to say I’m so disappointed with you guys, I have been with you guys for many years and thought I would treat the family to a nice Italian meal. I ordered the carbonara which is my favourite I get it every time and it was just warm milk and pasta with a bit of bacon I’m so gutted and hope this is just a one off

said an hour for delivery on just eat but arrived in 30 mins! asked if it was possible for them to add cheese onto the panini and they did so free of charge! Portions are always plentiful and full of flavour. Really can never ever fault this place, best around!

I came here as I thought it sold good pizzas. I bought 2 pizzas and they were the worst pizzas I've ever had. Dried up topping, base like cardboard. I won't be returning..

Without a doubt the best takeaway around. Amazing thin pizza, decent burgers and really nice wraps. When I ordered a chicken, bacon, egg and cheese wrap I was sceptical as this would normally be terrible from a takeaway but it was cooked fresh and more like something you would get from a nice cafe. A bargain as well if you collect £9 for a 14 inch pizza that tastes just as nice the next day as it does when you get it. Big tommy lang out.

Ordered for first time via Just Eat. Had the carbonara and chicken burger with chips. I know its usual to overpay on just eat but a £4 delivery charge when places further away are roughly £2.50 seemed a bit much but oh well i was hungry and tired so didnt fancy driving. The carbonara was a big portion but not much cheese if any. That might be personal preference i dont know but tbh it wasnt bad. The chicken burger was a very thin sliced and flattened breast. Very well seasoned but not on par with other chicken burgers from other places. Chips were good very similar to the new kfc fries. Not too bad will try other items on menu soon before giving my final review. At least ben n jerrys phish food was good as ever haha.

Always an amazing experience with them. But this time, we asked for half mushroom and half pepperoni and they made sure to divide the ingredients nicely. Most places are careless, but they put that little bit of extra thought into making sure someone’s dinner is comfortable.

Every time we go into Ormskirk, we always go home with a Scoozi pizza. Great choice, great service. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Nice pasta, nice pizzas, but defo try the garlic bread pizza it is absolutely gorgeous! Nice staff too, fast delivery and it smells lovely in the actual shop and the decorations are great too. 100% recommend to anybody!

The only problem was the delivery man he was rude, I was putting my wheelie bins back to where they should be as they were blown everywhere and the delivery man just placed my order on my neighbours soaking wet wheelie bin and walked off without saying anything. He was rude and disrespectful with no patience at all but lucky enough my food wasn't damaged, it's the way he acted I was not pleased with him

Really disappointed, food was delivered stone cold, waiting an hour for the food as well. Garlic bread with cheese was only half covered with cheese and the none covered section was that hard and cold it was inedible. Burger and chips, stone cold. Had to microwave, chips just binned. Same with the chicken strips. Had to microwave to heat up. All in all a huge disappointment, and waste of £30 Won't be returning

First time trying scoozi & not that impressed with the pizza very chewy, soft especially the edges full of tasteless dough. We did order the garlic & mushroom pizza bread, which was ok but flavour missing due to lack of garlic used.

Order delivered but fell asleep not woken up as dog slept through

Food has gone downhill here. No effort made whatsoever. Slop in a box with a bucket of salt over the top. Used to be lovely a few years back, it’s changed a lot.

I reviewed "scoozi" a couple of years ago , today I have to say its even better !!! Delicious healthy foods , served immediately, in and out in minutes what a fab place. Ormskirks little gem (Last years review below) This local take away serves Mediterranean food... pastas and pizzas and a variety of healthy foods you wont find elsewhere. They deliver and very promptly . All the food is tasty fresh and filling. Definitely far healthier than a "chippy tea" Superb place.

I order Scoozi as a treat as its expensive and use to be the best!! Pasta seafood dish arrive and it cost over £9. Sauce like water, basic penne, 5 little prawns and 5 little squid rings. I able to create this at home for less than a £1

Delivered very early. Very poor quality, burned lasagne & seafood pasta still with a lot of shells from the mussels. Usually excellent, but really poor tonight

Food was not good at all got a pepperoni pizza was not nice

Our pizzas were tasty and good quality, however one of the pizza's ordered was supposed to have jalapenos on it and it came with just pepperoni in it. It was supposed to be a Diavola Pizza. We were disappointed no explanation was given on delivery if no jalapenos were available.

Ordered the smallest pepperoni pizza and chips (advertised as 11'), given and charged for 12' pizza. Service was fast but arrived home to a pizza drenched in grease with small pools of grease in the curled pepperonis. The cheese and pepperoni slid away from the base as I was pulling the slices apart. Been to Scoozi a number of times but will sadly not be returning after this.

Food is so good and so worth the money with the portion sizes being huge! great service and was early!
