Food was amazing and service was amazing. One off the waitresses (Hannah) kindly helped me with my earings which is going above and beyond in my opinion 😀. Will definitely come here again. Amazing place to come for food and amazing staff.

The vegan breakfast was the best I have ever had with my partner. The staff were very polite and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing. There was a good variety of food and great they have a separate menu for us. 100% recommended and will go again.

We have been a few times now before shows at the winter gardens. I have to say, the food and service has always been great. But last night we went and sat at a table and we hadn't realised until we were half way through eating, we had sat next to the disabled toilet down stairs. Numerous people went in and out and the toilet smell every time the door opened really put me off my meal. If I had any complaints it would be. Not to put a table right next to a toilet! Other than that it was great 👍

Unorganised and no communication.. Came in and ordered three meals.. Scrambled egg on toast (with 2 eggs) Big lounge breakfast Chicken kyiv burger (paid extra for sweet potato fries) We waited over 30 minutes for the food and when it arrived the breakfast was stone cold.. the scrambled eggs were minimal and the sweet potato fries were stone cold.. My mum left most of her food because it was so cold On top of the rubbish food the men’s toilet was full up with water because of a blockage and nobody advised of an alternative toilet for men to visit.. as a sufferer of ibs this was very uncomfortable for me.. We did tell the waiter we weren’t happy but he just ignored us and carried on cleaning cutlery.. All in all.. you’d probably get a cheaper hotter meal at the pound bakery…

Went to Vintro Lounge for a pre show meal before seeing & Juliet on Friday evening. Got seated quickly. There are different types of seats and tables. We chose a “normal” style table and chair because I have back problems and new knees. This means a barstool is too high and the sofa style chairs too low. Ordered a selection of tapas and a homemade Pink Lemonade. The drink looked so good a lady sent her hub over to ask what it was! 😂 it’s alcohol free. It is DELICIOUS. If I wasn’t driving I would add a vodka tbh as it would be great! The tapas took 35 mins to arrive but each little dish was scrummy. Will defo return for pre show meal again! The decor is really interesting with its circus/fairground theme. Perfect for our town ❤️ well done Vintro Lounge for providing class in keeping with our beautiful town’s history 🙏

This restraint/cafe has a unique character shown by the artwork on walls mismatched furniture and wide verity of different chairs and sofas. Including a solid wooden staircase that leads up to the second floor. All staff are kind and friendly and are very approachable, the fact that they do not wear uniform adds to the uniqueness of this establishment. Vintro Lounge has a wide selection of food on their menus. I enjoyed a 'large Lounge breakfast' which was cooked to protection Vintro Lounge also offers a vegetarian and gluten free menus

Out of a 7 day holiday in Blackpool we ate here on 3 days. It was delicious, the cocktails were great and the milkshakes were also very tasty. If the weather is good you can sit outside, but it's definitely worth going inside because it's beautifully designed. Ordering and paying is easy using the QR code.

Had breakfast here today App to order, so easy to use. Food and soft drinks was brilliant Top class service from the staff also

Lunchtime on a Friday and the Vintro Lounge delivered a perfect lunch (I had the spicy chicken flatbread). Service was swift and courteous I recommend this place to anyone living in or visiting Blackpool.

First time visit here with my daughter. Had the lunchtime offer of 'soup and half a panini' which was absolutely delicious and excellent value. Staff very friendly and welcoming, it was quiet but good atmosphere, toilets were spotless! Will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Been here a few times, and always enjoyed a good time. Visited yesterday and ordered 2 Gluten free tapas. Absolutely lovley food, very tasty all food was ordered via the management, all food came very clearly labelled which is excellent. Cant rate this highly enough their attention to detail For Gluten free I have a allergy and this kind of service is paramount. I can highly recommend this restaurant. Kind regards Andrew

Lovely chilled vibe whilst dining with 2 small children! The colouring in of the menus are a nice touch! The server, Hannah, was attentive and polite, she really made us feel welcome and that nothing we asked for was too much! Now the food,, hats off to the chefs it was all beautiful, tasty and presented well. 6 meals ordered in all. The price is exceptionally good for the town center! Feel the place should be alot busier than it was because its one the best dining experiences Blackpool has to offer!!

Visited this evening 11/5/24 and felt like it would be outrageous of me not to leave a review! Service was fab from James! Although quiet inside, it still had atmosphere which was nice! Food was delivered to our table really quickly, was presented beautifully, hot and tasted delish! My partner and I have worked for lounges previously (her as a HC) and even she said it’s some of the nicest tasting food she’s had from any lounge! Will definitely be back before we head home from our trip!😊

Attended twice, once for dinner and then for breakfast. Both times were enjoyable! Food was good, and the service was equally as impressive. Would be happy to return when passing.

Midweek lunch, excellent food with a varied menu - something for everyone. I had a Buddha Bowl, fresh and very tasty. I very much enjoyed the Long Island Iced Teas! Cool decor and spotlessly clean. Was very quiet when we went in hence the missing star for atmosphere, but I would imagine when full it would be popping!

Lovely chilled out vibe. Good selection of younger children's toys. Dogs welcome and water bowls provided. Food was lovely.

Recently visited and explained myself and my son are coeliac and I’m also lactose intolerant. They were super accommodating and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Fantastic place and would highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

A quirky eatery with a wide selection of meals. We sat outside in the sun

First time venturing into the Vintro lounge, even though we've been recommending it to guests for it's GF offerings ( some friends rave about it) we enjoyed some really tasty tapas, a refreshing watermelon cooler and an ice tea. Very impressed, friendly staff, fun surroundings, we'll be back!

When in town we pop in for a drink. The only thing is they do not clean there wine glasses properly and a few times I have had to change my glass ☹️. The food is nice and overall a nice place to sit and eat

I am a big fan of the Vintro lounge and I have made this known with really positive reviews. We have been up to Blackpool Thursday to Monday and visited on 3 occasions. Unfortunately the guys behind the bar were more interested of their mobile phones than serving. The food was cold and no one came to ask if everything was okay. If it wasn't dog friendly I don't think I would return but now we have stumbled on the beach house which we will now return too in June. Such a shame as we really liked it but customer service has dipped.

Ate here three nights on the trot whilst competing in Winter Gardens. Food was great, a good variety on the menu for different tastes. Managed to find food that fitted in with my slimming world diet, whilst my partner had his usual favourites. Great atmosphere, all ages catered for. A good experience. Will return next time we are there.

Went in for food as we’d seen it had a gluten free menu for myself. Lovely quirky place, deco was or on for Blackpool . Staff was all friendly & helpful. The food was beautiful , will certainly return & recommend to others. Brilliant GF menu and it was so tasty

3 tapas and a glass of wine good value for £12.50 In 21/22 you used to get a delicious basket of bread on the table I wish you would bring that back It’s a nice place and a definite plus for Blackpool

Lovely place to eat. I got a steak and asked for it medium rare - it was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will defo be returning for a meal and drinks in the near future.

A very good place to eat has a great vibe. Food always comes in a timely manner, coffee's are good and the best thing of all is completely dog friendly such a simple thing but makes all the difference, our little Pomeranian walks up to the door he loves it.

As always at The Lounge cafe bars the food was amazing, but unfortunately the staff ruined the experience. I know with it being a Sunday morning it’s not the best shift to be working but that doesn’t mean you need to ignore staff, roll eyes or be stroppy because we came in at 9 on the dot. Based on this experience wouldn’t visit this one again

Food was terrible, steak was overcooked, the chimichurri were cold 🥶. We sent the burgers back, and, after a quick zap in the microwave, they were back on the plate on the table. Not what you would expect. But, hey ho we won't be back. No one even asked if our food was ok! Certainly, one to AVOID.

Horrible place to be the staff were absolutely horrible to me and they didn't like it when I bit back they've even tried calling the cops on me & nothing has happened & they haven't came to speak to me so that was A fail The staff were nothing but horrible to me the time I was in there

It was lovely to see that there was a kids corner with various toys, so our daughter could play with these whilst waiting for food. Unfortunately there weren’t many staff waiting on tables, however the staff that did attend to us were obviously working very very hard to get round everybody and make it a good experience. Food was good and there was plenty to choose. I would definitely consider visiting again when next in the area.

Amazing place to relax and have good food

This was my first visit to this Lounge and it didn’t disappoint. The staff member who served me was friendly and efficient, there was a nice atmosphere, and the food was served very quickly. I had the halloumi burger, which was incredibly good. Great flavours and texture. The only downside was the coleslaw, which was dry and tasteless, and what little dressing there was, was very watery. I had one mouthful and left the rest. I’d definitely visit again though.

Have used Vintro many times before, however, today the food was its usual good standard but we had to move tables from 26 to the back wall upstairs because of the loud music coming from the kitchen serving window. This contrasted totally with the ambient music being played throughout the restaurant and made it very uncomfortable listening. I mentioned this to the waitress who was uninterested until I asked her to tell the kitchen staff to turn it down, which eventually they did but not without a few glares our way. The waitress did not return to ask how our food was either as usual. Please remember you are here to serve the paying public. Standards appear to be dropping again. There are many places of a similar standard and above to eat in Blackpool ( I am a resident), perhaps up your game as far as staffing attitudes are concerned

Went for breakfast, there were 4 of us plus Max our dog. I'm gluten free and the range of food was massive. Everyone enjoyed their meal and Max loved his sausages and his dog biscuits!! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back again.

Went for lunch today. Very disappointed food was stone cold. Replaced chips and even they weren't hot. Awful place. Won't be going back that's for sure.

The whole experience was amazing! I didn’t catch the guys name who served us, but he was excellent. The food was exactly what I needed, it hit the spot exactly right. The brownie was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. The service from everyone was superb and shows the staff are well trained and genuinely enjoy their job. Decided to try this restaurant during our recent trip to Blackpool after hearing good reviews from others. We were not disappointed. Firstly, Vintro Lounge has the most incredible deco and is a treat for people who love seaside and circus retro. Floor to ceiling this place is kitted out with pictures and artifacts from a bygone age of entertainment and fun times. . The restaurant is set over two floors and has outside seating too. Whilst offering a full dining menu, the lounge is also a great place to simply have a coffee, pint, or cocktail should you not want or have time for a full meal. . The restaurant is great for family dining as the kids menu was perfect with plenty of choice and colouring options. The main menu is vast and includes choices from around the globe which I thought was a great representation of the entertainment profession in Blackpool. . My son and I both had the bacon and cheese burger which was incredibly tasty and one of the best I've had in a while. Whilst my wife had the three dish tapas selection, which she really enjoyed. . This place is definitely somewhere we will be returning too as it's just good fun.... That's the best way to sum it up. Vintro Lounge is great fun

Terrible food,half a gem lettuce with core attached.whole chery tomatoes just thrown in the salad and hardly no avocado in the chicken,bacon salad.The greasiest chips ever on the other meals.not one person asked us about our food.Couldnt get the app to work but hey just order at the bar.Terrible service.

i went to vintro lounge to have a spot of coffee and some food whilst i worked on my laptop. i was greeted with a warm friendly smile by all the staff members but one in particular stood out. an AM named luke! extremely professional kind and considerate i was wowed by the impeccable service with a smile. this was my first visit about a month ago and i haver been coming here ever since. the ambience music and staff are alll spot on. not to mention the eggs banging. good wifi

We were here yesterday with my family, ordered a salad, and got severe food poisoning. I've been feeling sick since 2am with this same salad. I've never felt so bad

Great choice in the menu and not had a bad meal. Plenty of options for vegan and gluten free food.

Lovely atmosphere, staff were fab, breakfast was ok, bit cold and items missing had to ask for them, they were brought out but it made it a bit disjointed, but would still absolutely go back, I am a regular at Nordico and torello, all the lounges are fab!

8 diners and all meals were served together. avocado salad was amazing as was the bang bang chicken. drinks were a little slow but the restaurant was clean and airy. Good atmosphere

A classy bar that's definitely worth a visit, a great spacious atmoshpere, pleasant staff and tasty drinks.

Food is great and service is quick, but quite shocked at the behaviour of some of the staff, one of them seemed to be bossing other staff members around and could be overheard talking all night about women, at one point turning to one of his female colleagues and saying “were your tits jiggling?” The girl was quite young and looked visibly startled and upset by what had been said, but he laughed about it and made out all was a joke Assuming the two aren’t a couple- there looked to be a considerable age difference- me and my wife both agreed this was sexual harassment in the workplace. We have been here numerous times now, seeing this particular staff members behaviour on a multitude of occurrences; whether these be him making consistent vulgar comments or throwing pens up and down the eating area. We won’t be returning due to this- it is disgusting that your young workers are subject to the male gaze

Poor food poor service - best avoided. Having telephoned ahead I was told that they couldn’t reserve a table but could virtually guarantee that a table would be available at the time I required. We arrived as scheduled and the place was full. 30 mins before a table was available. We ordered using the app and drinks arrived fairly swiftly, but we had to wait over 30 mins before any food came out. My beef brisket chilli was mostly sauce and it was more tomato tasting than chilli and bits of the beef were hard! My friend had the chicken souvlaki flatbread and couldn’t eat it. It was cold and the flatbread was so hard and couldn’t cut it.

Where do you eat in Blackpool? Here of course. This is one of the lounges dotted around the country so the menu is familar and the service always excellent. The food here however far surpassed anything I had consumed in any other Lounge. I had the Steak and frites and to be honest I wasn't expecting much but how wrong could I be. The steak was cooked to medium rare perfection and also had the audacity to be like butter in the mouth. I could have ordered and eaten another one it was that good. Drinks good at two for £11.75.

Visited here for my birthday meal, as I'd read many positive posts about the lounges chain being great for gluten free, and I wasn't disappointed, it was an excellent experience. As soon as we walked in the door, the first question we were asked was did either of us have any dietary requirements or allergies, I'm gluten intolerant, so I was pleased about this. We chose our meals, and when I went to the bar to order, before my order was taken the first question I was asked was about any dietary requirements or allergies, this really gave me confidence that they definitely knew what they were doing in there. Our food was excellent, my husband had the beef brisket chilli, and I had the gluten free bacon cheeseburger. Both dishes were fabulous, the gf burger bun tasted just like a "normal" burger bun, I was very impressed. We also had desserts, my gf warm chocolate brownie was so yummy, my hubby had sticky toffee pudding, which he said was fab. They even brought me a birthday cocktail on the house, which was so very lovely of them. A great experience, and wouldn't hesitate to visit here again.
