Great music brill staff and good beer prices

It's a great bar with a good atmosphere. They have a great choice of soul music, as the name indicates. It has a nice dance floor and a few tables around it where costumers can enjoy their drink. I liked that there were different types of people frequenting the place. Unfortunately I didn't go there to eat, so I can't comment on the quality of the food.

Good friendly bar staff and floor staff . Very rude DJ , unapproachable and insulting.

I love it here and have been visiting it on an Oct weekend for 13 years. The bar staff and floor staff are lovely but the DJ is very rude and unapproachable and I was disgusted in his unprofessional attitude over asking for 2 songs to be played. He insulted me and belittled me over the mike while he played the songs I asked for. I said thank you for playing them and he told me to f...off. He should not be talking to customers like that. I was extremely upset.

Toilets need a shake up Gents .good pint of guiness .reasonable prices too and the music is top notch .door staff need to stop folk standing in doorway smoking .stinking smoke blowing straight in the bar .apart from that excellent

Was there till 3am with a load of my two tone buds after coasttown 10th anniversary at the Waterloo pub. Barmaid was really friendly and polite. great atmosphere skanking to the tunes good fun

We didn't eat here, popped in for a drink and a dance on a Sunday afternoon, great drink offers and really good dance music.. only downside was the floor was sticky ( like spilt drinks), so it's not that good for dancing.. even though they were strict about No drinks on the dance floor..

Was there 2 weeks ago, great atmosphere, everyone friendly. Music great. Myself and friend comes twice a year. Local to all bars. Good location.

Visited on 28th June we have been before so knew what to expect, the entrainment was top class singer was superb and the DJ worked hard as he was one cd player down great night we will return …

Absolutely love this place. I'm part of a scooter club and we go here a lot. The staff are great, drinks good and reasonably priced. The location is brilliant. 5 star 🌟

I was born in Blackpool Victoria Hospital and have always lived in Thornton Cleveleys. It was my first ever visit here on Saturday. It was so good to people watch in there!

What a lovely find 😊 came with 2 children and sat upstairs where it is quieter but the music is still heard. Food is amazing and everything is so reasonably priced...we come to blackpool a lot and will be visiting this place regularly!

Me and my friend visited Soul suite Blackpool on Sunday 20thApril 2024 Im 67 my friend 72 were so looking forward getting ready excited as we love soul music got Taxi to door about 11ish on sun morning there were 2 ladies in door way had to go in middle of them to get in when we got in there was only another couple in x 2 men at bar with ladies,we got drinks and sat down as all seats empty,All by bar kept looking at us really making us feel so uncomfortable next thing bar staff came over threw sheet paper on table next to us saying this table reservered If she would of been polite and asked us to move we would of done didnt even finish our drinks Never have we been to any Soul Suite and made to feel soo unwellcome being polite costs nothing wont be getting our custom again we had great day after nice people.

Love this place, so many friendly people, great atmosphere,I have made some lovely friends, landlords Carol & Jason are so welcoming and friendly, and quick service from great staff, great night out..

Great venue great tunes BUT cant get served in any sort of order, just chaos , AND overcrowded and dangerous is an understatement, door staff great , this bar has become a victim of its own success, BIGGER VENUE REQUIRED

Recommended by landlady and we were not disappointed It was Northern Soul weekend in the Tower so the crowd were buzzing Very good dj and we’d recommend for all ages

Shocking customer service from presuming owners or the management was owed money from there bandit had to tell them to keep it in the end as no intention of transfering it to me just ignore your messages use the 18 pound towards decorating

DJ is rude and awful. Won't be returning after coming to Blackpool specifically to go to the Soul suite after previous great nights there.

If you like loud soul music then this is the place for you. It gets very busy so if you want a seat get in early. It has a reasonable selection of beers and the usual suspects of spirits. The music is on constantly so talking is limited to shouting, most of the area is given over to supposed dance floor, but given the lack of seating it can get very busy. It is an experience worth checking out, just remember your dancing shoes 👞 😀

Great place to kick back and relax

Went here last year it was in the afternoon so we sat outside, I have one of these walkers (which I hate by the way) I was struggling to get it to my seat then the girl from the bar, Carol come out she took the trolley from me, got us a seat,there is no table service outside but she got us our drinks , kept coming back to see if we were OK, what a lovely girl, very kind qnd very professional she could not have done enough for us, see you in May Carol thank you so much for all your help l, amazing at your job
