I have been here a few times and it’s always the same, you get a dirty look from staff on arrival. Service is absolutely shocking and food is awful and it’s all very over priced. Waited 15 minutes to be serviced last night and then just left. Staff are just so unbelievably rude. With all the beautiful places to eat and drink in Bath I would avoid this place. As a local to Bath I can honestly tell you it’s the absolute pits

Always a fabulous experience, the food is tapas, American/ Italian. Small dishes for all. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. Wine list is unreal!

From a beautiful evening walk we stumbled upon this beautiful terrace bar in the city centre. The place is beautiful with amazing vibe with amazing music throughout the night. Our waiter Harry and Emanuel were top notch. They were very attentive and knowledgeable about the product they were selling. The service was on point throughout the night and the vibe was chilled. We ordered some nibbles, cocktails and a bottle of wine which was enough for us to enjoy the evening. We highly recommend the Mezze board, it was delicious and was fresh. The spread had many options and they all taste impecable. We was even moved to a table with heater later when it got little cold. I recommend this place highly because of the good food and superb service which is all needed for a good experience

No customer service skills from any staff present. Expensive and not one smile in sight. Was not a friendly atmosphere.

This is a lovely bar in the heart of a lively area of Bath. We sat outside, under covered tables with heaters. Great spot with a lovely atmosphere to sit and watch the world go by. Excellent choice of wine, beer, cocktails and soft drinks.

We took a 3 day trip to explore the beauty of Bath. After checking in to our wonderful Georgian flat just a 30 min walk from the town centre...we wandered and happened upon vino vino. A beautiful wine and cocktail bar in the centre. A relaxed vibe, extensive wine list and amazing cocktails...be careful...they are strong...this is a lovely city centre place to chill.

If I could leave 0 rating I would! Myself and my partner went to bath this weekend for our anniversary, we decided to go into this bar for a few drinks and a light lunch, all was well until we got accused of giving and taking drugs from a group of girls (who they couldn’t control) the maitre’d had a terrible attitude towards the whole situation. She come over to our table, saying “we are going to have to give you your bill and you have to leave” I asked what for and she replied because you are doing drugs at the table. She then followed it up by saying “ I see it. the table opposite see it and the whole restaurant see it” I was gob smacked and said what a false statement and complete lie she’s just made up! All I was doing was being polite and amicable to the drunk girl, trying to get her away from me and my partner.(which the table opposite clapped and said “fair play guys you handled that drunk girl better then we would have”) When I challenged the matrie’d she said she will get the CCTV to prove this is what happened. I waited for another 10 minutes and no one come to the table so I called the manager. I spoke to the manager and said I’ve just been accused of selling and taking drugs from this girl, please get the CCTV because maitre’d said she will get it to prove we had done such a thing! Conveniently the CCTV wasn’t actually working in the area we was sitting in. By now my partner was upset and and panicking, I asked them to call the police to search me if this was what I was being accused of and nothing. The manager didn’t have anything to say all he replied with was, I don’t think that’s what’s happened I don’t think you gave them anything I think they gave you something. Like this made it any better. The manager was as spineless as his maitre’d the whole company needs to go onto a customer training course and they need to think before they start accusing people of doing crimes on their premises. Absolutely disgusted it runined what was supposed to be a great weekend away. And I will be taking this further then just leaving a review.

My wife and I went to vino vino for a few drinks on a friday night. we sat outside under heaters,staff very nice and friendly. We ordered two glasses of Large chardonnay very nice. We asked for the bill which came to £40 [forty pounds] We thought they had given us someone else's bill. When I asked the manager how they could justify that charge He said it was a decent chardonnay And that if I was in London I would pay this.I replied "were not in London" He then said they had to pay for staff wages and electricity for heaters. Wow We paid We went to other wine bars and pubs We asked for a second opinion And we're greeted with the same answer "How much" wow Again very nice staff, nice bar Be careful to check prices before you order You may choose another seat.

We were staying just across from here and it was busy so thought we’d give it a go. Nice setting for people watching, unfortunately it took them an age to seat us, not sure what the issue was as the second member of staff who came to is got us a seat straight away. The cocktails we had were good but I do begrudge having a service charge added when you’ve been made to wait and then have two cocktails delivered to your table.

We love shaniqua, best service!! Made the night so fun, recommended the best cocktail and had such a laugh! Came back here three times because it was the best bar around

It’s just ridiculously expensive. Ordered a cocktail for £12 expecting a “normal” sized drink, it was more or less a shot….. for £12!!! Husbands beer was overpriced and not nice apparently. And also, what is really really starting to frustrate me with companies is they add in a service charge without telling us. I would rather have the choice to pay a service charge at the end depending on the service we have received. I hate to be forced , or made to feel awkward to ask to take it off. This place doesn’t even tell you they are adding it on. Rude and wouldnt return

Visited for my daughters 17th as we wanted something fancy, traveled from Bristol. When we arrived the restaurant was empty, not a good sign. It was Freezing and the door was left open the whole time we were eating. Staff ok, no personal service. Food wasn't bad, in fact had they not annoyed me so much I would of returned in the summer. I told them when I booked it was my daughters bday and reminded them 4 times, the waitress actually went yeah I know, so I'm thinking ok they will sort a little treat out. They did nothing at all for her birthday, we had bought her a balloon along etc and 2 of her mates to celebrate. I actually felt quite sorry for her. So yes while your food is ok, your service isn't. The bill came to £270, least you could of done was given her a tiny something for her bday. They also add on a sneaky service charge, which to be quite Frank is a joke.

Jumped in to this bar purely because it started to to rain and with the lights etc it did look inviting We were showed to a table and given a drinks list and almost died at the pricing Now I'm sure many of the wines etc were of grand vintages and all that but considering we only wanted to duck out of the rain, a beer and a hot chocolate for £14 was pricey I can only admire their audacity for adding a service charge too

This place is situated about 10 minutes walk from the train station. You have seating areas inside and outside. We sat outside and it was lovely to see the world go by . Fantastic service from Shanequa , she truly is a credit to vino vino . Will definitely be going back to this place.

Lovely spot for pre theatre lunch. Exceptional short ribs and curried cauliflower. Great waitress ( Maddie) really looked after us. Delicious wine ( house white) We’ll be back!

This is kind of a bar/wine venue, with a little more food variety than a typical bar. They serve small plates, to share, and appetizer type dishes, plus a little more. My wife and I ate an equivalent to supper here. It was good.

So expensive, nice place to sit outside , but £11 for a single vodka and coke is a complete rip off. Will never go again.

We found this bar completely by accident and on the recommendation of a local shop owner (Gaff). While usually cautious, the recommendation was so passionate that we decided to give it a go… …and wow! I was so glad that we did. Vino Vino has an excellent selection of wine, complimented by a manager with an encyclopaedic knowledge of everything on the extensive menu. The food is amazing, the staff are brilliant and the wine is out of this world… …if you are in Bath, make a b-line for this resteraunt, you won’t regret it.

Staff friendly enough and food was lovely. We decided on 3 small plates of Padron peppers, calamari and ribs and all of them delicious.

Deeply unimpressed! Very indifferent service, staff very standoffish, not friendly at all. Whisked my wine glass away the second I finished without even asking if I would like another drink. They were far from full and it was 5.45pm on a Tuesday so hardly needed the table! Charging £10.50 for just a medium glass (175ml) of very bog standard sauvignon is a total rip off as well! Will not be returning! Bad value and indifferent staff.
