Vindaloo in Wirral

When we arrived there was only one table of people so expected the service to be pretty quick. They took our orders soon after we sat down. After waiting just over an our we asked when would be likely to get our starters as waiting this length of time is unacceptable. They said as as two of the starters were salmon it takes a long time to cook which is absolute rubbish. Soon after complaining the starters arrived, well, the salmon was inedible, so over cooked and burnt underneath. Also we had ordered a sharing meat platter which was served with raw onions. So we complained about the quality of the food that eventually arrived and gave us some pathetic excuses and that that according to their opinion the there was nothing wrong with the food. So after being there about an hour and a half we walked out without paying and went to the Thai Rooster next door which was the exact opposite, great service and food. All the time we were in the Vindaloo they were very busy dealing with take aways and deliveries, in fact a family of five arrived, ordered their food then left while we were still waiting for our starters. It's a shame because we have eaten there before and enjoyed good service and food, but were sorry to say will not be returning as this is definitely our worst experience of dining out. Just couldn't believe their attitude when we complained, so arrogant.

Went tonight for a meal food is faultless.But a shame has to be said about the head waiter in the restaurant. Have been served by this guy every time we have ventured in and he is very polite.Till the bill arrives .Gave him a seven pound tip no thank-you and he asked as I was paying buy card for the meal what I would like to add on.I work hard for my money and manners cost nothing.Hes been generously tipped each time we have been there .But has never once said thank-you afterwards.Think we stick to takeaways from now on And ide rather give my tips to the homeless charitys

My first visit , but my Madras curry was the best I have had for ages. The other members also thought the food was excellent. One of our party had eaten was very impressed, said it was the best curry he had eaten in the area. Keep up the good work.

The decor is dismal - grey walls, not even dim lighting, that might have been ok, just spot lights in the ceilings but almost turned off. There is literally no decoration at all - just tables, and very dim ceiling lights. I was greeted by a very nice waitress, she was good, but there was a very slow and unhelpful waiter who ignored me when I asked him to come over. I had to get up three times, once to ask for ice (which he didn't bring so had to get up again), secondly once the ice arrived, had to ask for ice that wasn't in a block and which would fit in my wine glass, thirdly to ask for the water I had ordered which didn't arrive. Poppadoms were nice, main course was like a pureed sauce with chunks of chicken with the consistency of baby food. Also very bland. Service, pretty appalling, food, very average, ambience - zero.

Excellent customer service and quality of food is just superb. We had the tandoori chicken, Bombay aloo, pilau rice,naan bread and a yoghurt sauce ....it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Totally recommend.

Really tasty food and friendly staff. We went as a birthday treat with kids. The food was so yummy and plentiful, chicken was tender and a huge bonus it is BYO

Excellent food. The portions are good as well. All our 4 meals were faultless. Please remember to bring your own alcohol and soft drinks if you wish as the restaurant only serves soft drinks. We will definitely be back.

The special family occasion was spoilt. The rude waiter Peta was distasteful and slow even though the restaurant was empty. The food at best was poor and the food served was just about tepid and extremely bland. This is not an experience I intend to revisit. The cleanliness of the venue left a lot to be desired and food supervisory authorities need to look closely at this establishment.

Do not visit here if you have any sense, staff are very rude and unprofessional. The place was empty and now I know why. The young man told us that he couldn't tell woman his name because last time he did three woman fancied him and wouldn't stop shouting him. The food was luke warm and flavourless and the dishes where left on table whilst he chatted at the top by the kitchen. Iffy stomach afterwards 😫 There was no one to take booking all day as doesn't open until 4pm and answerphone was full. Save your money 💰

The food was good but the service was terrible.Booked the table for 4 people but it wasn’t set up even though it wasn’t busy.Waiter was rude bringing naan bread three quarters of the way through the meal and plonking it down.Won’t be visiting again

So…family meal booked for NYE. Seated on time for the booking, this place was busy for sure. Seats crammed and not much room to walkabout, no ventilation and no air con on for starters! Now the starters, took an eternity to arrive with no communication to let us know they will be here soon etc which wasn’t great! Starters finally arrived which felt like years! It was ok, small portions to be fair. After eating our starters they took years to take away our plates/cutlery, no explanation on how long the mains would be, we had to speak to the team and find out where it was! Some time later they arrived piping hot which was great! By this time the online deliveries and people picking them up was really busy and it looked like these where given priority but can’t say that for definite. Lack of communication I thought on this occasion. I just thought they had bitten off with more then they could chew and couldn’t cope with the demand on the night?? To top it off, deposits where paid in advance to secure the booking. When paying the final bill the deposits where not on the bill? We asked and they said we never paid them which was a lie! They even had the nerve to ask for proof? Really?? Bill finally paid but wasn’t a great experience in all honestly far too busy for them to cope! We would probably never go here again when it’s busy as it was disappointing. Sorry

Food was awful chicken was very tough and aged curry was burnt and horrible taste and texture, Rice was like bullets Nan bread only nice part of the meal Kitchen filthy toilets filthy back door open and the cleanliness was deplorable, floor area was absolutely ingrained in dirt

Can’t fault the place. I’ve had takeaway from here every week for a year (perhaps I should broaden my horizons) and it’s always been good. There deal online is worth having too

Amazing place. This wonderful place is BYO. The menu is extensive and very interesting. Our friend is a vegetarian and she was amazed what variety they had and nothing was too much trouble. She loved it. Food was amazingly tasty and the ambience was lovely. Wonderful!!!

Ordered a takeaway from here on just eat, Food was good but items were missing and my vegetarian dishes were not vegetarian. Ordered vegetable Samosas, one was as described but the second one contained lamb. Not acceptable at all, I understand mistakes can be made i.e items missing but dietary requirements should be strictly adhered to.

Just had a great night, ticked all the boxes, atmosphere, service & food fantastic. I had a prawn starter which came in a light coating, followed by lamb tikka massala madras hot with usual accompaments, service was great, not rushed,atmosphere perfect, best meal out I've had for ages and I go out a lot. Well done Vindaloo!

Ordered and payed by PayPal, when calling the restaurant after the food being over half hour late I was told the driver pressed the wrong button that said he was on his way? After another 10 minutes I called back only to be told the driver came and knocked but no answer, I was sat in the living room with a dog that goes nuts at anyone outside .shameful lies from both the driver and the restaurant

First off i wana say the food is umong the best in the wirral and not all staff r like this but for yrs ive put up with an attitude from some staff on the phone and restaurant (possibley racist?). And with out fail if certain staff r on u can b sure ur order will b messed up, on purpose who knows? But i wont b eating there any more its karala 4me wer the staff r friendly an always happy 2c u.

My family and I have been going to vindaloo now for almost 10 years and not once have they failed us. We love Indian food therefore have tried a lot of different places locally and nowhere else compares. On top of fantastic food the staff are always so so friendly and attentive, its a absolute pleasure each time I visit.

Had a fabulous leaving doo here last week! The staff catered for a large party and the service was seamless! We were especially looked after by Mo :) who made sure everything was perfect! Food was delicious as always. Thanks for making the evening so Special

Wow, wow, wow....absolutely love this place. I've been eating here for over 2 years and I have never been disappointed. Its come to the point that I trust this place so much that I don't even choose my own food, I just ask them to surprise me. Food is amazing. Best curry house ever! Reasonable prices and best of all... You can take in your own alcohol (sainsbury's over the road) love it. Brilliant service, especially when Mo is on, even though he might not smile very much, he's laughing inside and he's the best . Amazing staff, amazing service and amazing food

The restaurant has not been fitted out in indian style. Normally you would expect hindu arched door and window openings, plush tables and seats, and photographs of India on the walls etc...However, the food and service is generally good. The only issues with service we have had was 1) when they got our starters mixed up; 2) we once had to wait an excessive time for the bill when the restaurant was very busy.The menu is quite varied, and it contains dishes I have not previously heard of.The wine list is very restricted, especially if you want Rose Wine. However this restaurant allows to to bring your own drinks at a charge of £1 per person. This actually is a very good deal and it cuts down the cost of the meal considerably.Prenton, Birkenhead is not exactly a high class area, so I can forgive the restauraneur for not incurring the high capital cost of fitting out the restaurant in Indian decor.The resaurant provides good food and service at relatively low prices.

Been here many times, sometimes good sometimes not so good, but on this occasion the food was spot on, service was excellent, we will be returning soon, and you can take your own drink which half’s the bill, all good.

Me and my family collected an order from vindaloo tonight we never ever complain here it’s always lovely but tonight my vegetable rice and my mums biryani tasted like cleaning products, called the restaurant to make them aware in case any cleaning products found their way into the pans they use and got a lecture on a bhuna sauce... absolutely vile, all of the meals went in the bin and I’m just hoping that whatever cleaning products our food was cooked in are safely kept away from the food prep area in future.. would recommend if you like chicken in a fairy liquid and detol sauce

Visited on Wednesday evening only two other tables had customers felt like he was put out on asking for a table for two at 7.30pm. Given a menu which I didn't feel had as many chef specialitys as others that we have visited. Ended up ordering popadoms with dip tray that seemed watery even the mango chutney wasn't thick and a tandoori mixed grill that came out on sizzling platter the chicken on bone was very thin on meat and found the meal to be very salty, I'm not sure I would rush back!

we went to the Vindaloo because it was somewhere new for us to try very small inside and the staff were very good food was just as good as our normal restaurant that we have been going to for 19yrs could not fault anything

After moving here 10 years ago from London we haven’t been able to find anywhere to get a curry from that was as good as home. Finally found a takeaway that is as flavoursome and spicy as our favourite London curry houses. Lovely!

Been going here for years ,usually a good curry , things are not as good as they were , you need to improve ,get back to your good standard, currys not as good and the somosa s are getting that small they are not worth eating, come on UP YOUR GAME

Order a takeaway from here and it was hands down the worst curry I've ever had. No flavour or spice in any of the meals. Just a mixture of red bland slop in a tray. Ironically almost all the same shade of red. It's as if the chef didn't bother with looking at what he was making other then make it red, it will do. No vegetables other than 1 tiny tamoto? No onion, no spice. Just bright red sauce. All went into the bin. Waste if money. Sack the chef or whoever decided to allow this rubbish to leave the kicken. Shamefully excuse of a curry. Poppadoms are ok..

6 adults and 2 children and 1 teenager, "the birthday girl", our visit was Sunday @ 5.30pm. The attentive waiter gave us time to choose our food, our starters arrived, all came out bar 1,but that was soon sorted, drinks order was good, soft drinks.

We have been visiting this restaurant for years now and would highly recommend it. The staff are fab and the food to die for. Love it. Can be cold in the winter months though.

Went to the Vindaloo for my husbands birthday. There were 15 of us and we had a lovely big table all set up for us when we arrived. The poppadoms and pickle trays were very good with slightly different chutney's to what we get in other restaurants. We did have a fairly long wait for our meals but were kept informed and this was quite acceptable as we all wanted to be served together. I was amazed that our waiter largely even remembered who had ordered what!! The food was very good and the fact that you can take your own drinks is a big plus.

The food was amazing and excellent value for money. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely go again.

Have eaten in the restaurant many times food has been very good along with the service. Decided to try a takeaway I can honestly say it was just as good as eating in the restaurant. Very easy to order on line as you can view your basket and make changes before placing your order, payment is on delivery and you can asked for a copy of the bill to be sent to your email address. It stated on the website delivery would take an hour but arrived before time and the food was all in foil/ plastic containers and was piping hot. Excellent value for money and well worth trying if you fancy a meal at home.

Went in a party of 12 as 4 of us were celebrating our 40th birthdays.

Went here for a weekend ruby. The place is filthy from toilets to the restaurant itself. The big bloke with the beard was seen coughing into his hands then walking straight into the kitchen and touching food, then directly serving it. Also saw another waiter scratching his bum, picking his nose then touching food. This made us feel sick as we’d already finished.

Always a good meal here , service is always good ,somosa is very tasty, chicken vidaloo for a change was hot and very nice, will be back for sure

Visited for birthday treat. Service was very good but unfortunately although there was a wide choice, the food was not up to scratch. I found my dish very bland.

Extensive Indian menu on offer. Staff welcoming and attentive.BYO drinks. Service was timely. However discrepancy with Bill which was corrected without argument. Disappointed that no desserts or coffees were available as they do not offer these on the menu. May try it again.

We visited as a family plus the grandparents and had poppadoms with chutney trays, starters and a main course each.

Had a few meals from here , like chicken madras the best with chips and rice, somosa s are always very tasty, as are the bombat potatoes, service always good , drinks were well cooled, will be back for sure 👍

Went here on Saturday night to celebrate my fathers birthday and from the moment we walked in the whole experience was appalling!!...firstly the noise was so loud that we all had to shout at each other to be heard,the restaurant itself was bland and resembled a motorway café rather than an indian restaurant,the staff were hopeless and unfriendly,once we were shown to our table they left us sitting there for over an hour,we had to ask them for menus,ask them for drinks,ask them to take empty glasses/bottles from the table and even call them over to tell them that we were ready to order,there didn't seem to be anyone in charge and the staff didn't have a clue as to what their roles were,customer service was shocking,when the food did eventually arrive to be fair it was actually quite nice but it is safe to say that we will not be returning to this shambles of a restaurant ever again!!! My wife and I made our feelings known to the staff who to our amazement looked shocked that we were not happy and offered no discount from the bill,also,we met other diners who also felt the same and told us that they to had a similar evening experience,like another reviewer said previously,i wish we had gone next door to the Thai !!!

It's delicious as is their chicken chat .just sent my friend up for a large one.its a better Indian than a lot of them .Good portion sizes an there's definitely meat proper chicken not that fake rubbish.lovely .coconut rice with fruit is gorgeous as well .

This was a great meal, I ordered the faal curry which was custom made! The starters were the perfect size and the main curry "lamb faal" was tasty and hot as I would like. Atmosphere was great, however we did come an hour before closing.Really recommend this place for curry as they know what they are doing!

Best Indian I have had and I have had a lot. Plus it's valentines and all the girls got a rose which was nice touch xx

By boyfriend has recently moved up north and we struggled to find a place for a nice evening out and a change of scenery. We were not disappointed when we visited here. We did the meal deal on a Tuesday, 3 courses for £10 as well as bring your own bottle for a small corkage fee (which doesn't even apply if you sign up to their mailing list!) and it was very tasty! The server was very helpful, picking up on things that we had not noticed adding more value to our meal and the food itself was delicious. I was boring and had the Korma...however it was cooked really well and the sauce was lovely. One of the nicest Korma's I've had in my opinion. The only criticism I have, is the menu... I found it a bit confusing with it not being quite clear what was on the deal and what wasn't. Other than that, very nice place will go back!

As a lover of Indian food, I tend to be very critical of any restaurants I visit, but with Vindaloo, I can't find a thing wrong.Excellent food and service, reasonably priced and to top it off, you can take your own drinks.Can't wait to return.

Visited Friday night, we had not booked but luckily we got a table, great atmosphere and lovely decor, very welcoming. The food is really good and service excellent, really nice staff. We have had a takeaway from here as well which was also very good. Highly recommend and will be going again.

Went on a Saturday night and only booked that day so we were lucky to get in as the restaurant was full.Pleasantly surprised as we have not been for a while and had heard some rumours it was not as good as it used to be. All I can say is give it a try. Our group of 3 adults all chose something different and all 3 meals were excellent.As it is a BYO it works out as a really cheap night out so comes highly recommended

Vindaloo is a pleasant Restaurant, tastefully decorated and friendly and helpful Staff. The food was good, probably not my favourite Induan Restaurant but certainly not bad.

We visited the Vindaloo on Sun 14 July for the early evening meal, there was 4 adults and 3 children. We ordered the £10 each deal and the service and food was excellent. We have tried a local Indian Restaurant in the past (near to Tranmere Rovers) food was good but not as good as the Vindaloo. The presentation and eye for detail was excellent. We will visit this restaurant again next time we want a Indian meal.Thanks again for a great evening!

Called in by chance to Vindaloo for our tea-time meal. The waiter was very good and with a smile helped us through our choices. The tables and cutlery were clean and polished and the toilets also. Popadoms and chutney, starters and mains with either rice or nan bread were the deal. We ordered onion bhajee and chicken chat for starters, chicken passander and chicken pathia with one rice and one nan to share. Couldn't fault the service, value or indeed the quality and flavour of our experience at Vindaloo - and will definitely be back. this deal in on Mon and Tuesday 5pm-11pm and Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-7pm. We parked for 3 hours free in Sainsburys - just opposite. Enjoy !

Excellent food eat in or take away. Some dishes here that I have never encountered before such as lamb shank dishes, curries with egg. Starters are huge, great value all round.

Have eaten at the vindaloo on several occasions and always found it to be excellent. Staff are always polite, excellent service, and top quality food have never been disappointed yet. Prices are reasonable. If you haven't eaten at the vindaloo, then you are missing out on the best Indian in Wirral

We get a takeaway from here every week. The food is lovely and the staff are really friendly. Great place to eat in as well as nicely fitted out. Would highly recommend.

Eaten here twice now and been very pleased. Tried completely different dishes each time and enjoyed both times. Sat night I had bbq platter of tandoori chicken with rice and a side of aubergine which was delicious. We asked for extra onion with our poppadum starters and it was brought straight away. All of us had great food and you can take your own alcohol which really cuts down the bill.The staff are great and ordered us a taxi at home time but it was a busy night and it took ages to arrive so staff kept ringing for us.Highly recommend this Indian for service and taste

Visited this Indian Restaurant last week with my husband. I will not be returning for several reasons (1) Service appalling (2) Priority given to takeaway service (3) Freezing cold, no atmosphere (4) Food appalling and luke warm. We both had upset stomachs the next day. All in all, a bad experience and waste of money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Hi just had a takeway from here it was great i had starter lamb chops and main nawabi baan the lamb shank was great as was the lamb chops must order again. ps very good price

I've eaten here a few times and the food is always lovely. My only issue is that they do lots of takeaway food so you can be an hour in the place before your main meal turns up. If you are in no rush and the meal is the highlight of your night then that's fine and dandy go here. Bit if time is an issue serve it. But you will not be disappointed by the food.

Had a good night here, service wad o k ,drinks were well chilled, had chicken vindaloo, was very hot, so needed well chilled drink, and the kingfisher lager was lovely, poppadoms with chutney to start, really was a good meal, will be back thats for sure

Just had a great night in the vindaloo in Prenton with a group of friends.As this was a last minute arrangement and on a Saturday night too I was really impressed with how accomodating the staff were. Despite the restaurant being very busy on arrival, the waiting times were not as long as expected and the service was speedy and efficient. The food was excellent and an added bonus was the fact we could take our own drinks in. As we were chatting we didn't realise that we were the last table to leave at the end of the night. However we were not rushed at all and the staff were happy for us to finish our drinks and take our time. Highly recommended.

Very flavoursome Indian food, well executed with some unusual items on the menu. Not in the most atmospheric of rooms, but a great value curry house. The wine menu is limited to red or white (no choice) but most people bring their own, which the restaurant are very happy with and it keeps the bill down!

Went here last night food was amazing staff so helpful... even helped my cousin work out how to use a selfie stick haha...highly recommend x

Luke warm food, overpriced, and frankly not that good. In my opinion this is a poor Indian restaurant. Rude staff didn't exactly win me over!

Quick visit after a few beers in Oxton. Food is always good and it’s to have somewhere that has a vindaloo that lives up to its name. Décor is looking a bit tired now. I wouldn’t call the service surly, they just don’t seem interested I think. Thankfully the food is still tasty and the lamb vindaloo spicy.

Avoid this place! This used to be a good place to eat but it's really gone down hill. The service was poor with long waiting times, eg no napkin until we asked for them after the starter (when we realised they were missing!). The food was disappointing, the starter was just a tasteless mess then the tikka masala was very sweet and rather watery. The pilau rice was simply rice without the pilau and was full of "rice balls"! This place is best avoided, there must be somewhere better than this. I won't be going back...

Absolutely love this resturant. Always a great meal. Staff are fantastic and make you feel welcome. We had a party of 11 and they handled the order perfect. And you can bring your own drink.

We have been customers of the Vindaloo for many years now and have always enjoyed the food. However, we ordered takeaway on Saturday 25th July and had to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered. Delivery time was quoted as being 1 hour. We chased the order after 1 1/2 hours to be told that the driver had already left with our food. Half an hour after the phone call, the driver turned up (no apology for being late). Unfortunately the food was cold and not at all enjoyable. I hope this is just a blip as this really did used to be a great Indian.

Went to catch up with friends and it was so noisy you could barely hear the person sat next you you.When the food finally arrived it was extremely disappointing. I ended up with chicken instead of king prawns and one person had been completely overlooked and didn't get anything until we had almost finished eating.If that wasn't enough the bill should havebeen £56 but we were being charged £86, it was apologies all round but I think that was one mistake too many! Would definitely not recommend this restaurant but if you dare to try it don't forget to check your bill!

I have written a very positive review for this restaurant in the past & have eaten here countless times. On Saturday 25th July 2015, 4 of us were booked in & we're looking forward to our meal. On arrival we were greeted by 2 very young members of staff. We we're seated straight away & then left for 20 mins without any attention at all. Eventually I grabbed a waiters attention & ordered popadoms, our order was taken after 1/2 hour & everything in the restaurant appeared very frantic. Our starters arrived after 50 mins, the 'manager' apologised. It was nearly another 45 mins after the starters we're cleared when we received another apology before receiving our mains. We had to ask for the bill 3 times. A shame, as usually a very good restaurant. No complaints about the food, when we eventually got it but the service from the 2 young lads at front of house was appalling. They spent more time arguing with each rather than serving. Hopefully just a gitch.

Food was of an OK quality if you wanted to wait for over 2 hours for your order!! Waiter was rude and abrupt!!!

Ordered a takeaway after a very long drive back from being away on business but on arriving back the curry sauce was very watery and lacking consistency for what was a lentil based sauce. My wife drained about a shot glass size amount of water from the plate. Suffice to say I drove back with a sample as requested and was told this is how it was meant to be. I got my money back and went to a decent curry house.Poor service and attitudes from the staff when I questioned why the majority of my order had sat on the pass for ages without being bagged getting an attitude from the fat guy behind the till adjusting his testicles! Should have know better!

Went yet again last night, service good and the food excellent again, fills up quickly though so I would suggest booking in advance, added bonus is that you can take you own drinks in, which lowers the bill, will return soon.

we visited vindaloo and have been back many times, nothing is too much trouble for the kitchen staff, i dont like really hot curries and the tailor any dish to suit my taste...sometimes i feel a nuisance asking, but they always accomodate with a cheery smiley face...i occasionally ask for things not on the menu...things i have tasted in other restaurants and they give it their best shot and try and make it for me. very friendly easy going staff...a delightful dining experience, and very reasonably priced if you take your own drinks ***** (5 star)

Not good at all, poor service, lack of management, staff very unhappy with customers in there. Food was ok but so i'd give it 40% from 100%. One of the staff was a absolute perv, he was just constantly staring at my wife's sister's breasts and also almost followed her to the toilet, but when i told my wife she got up and went behind him and then into the toilet with her sister. I would say to everyone if your taking a 17 yr old with you just keep an eye them, specially near the toilets as these waiters are 100% pervs and desperate. Bill for 6 of us climbed upto £169.30 was assuming it was including tips...

Food always tasty and delicious and great service bonus that you can bring your own drinks. One of our favourite places that we have been going to for many years.

Not happy at all rang up to order a take out and got the price, but then we turned up and decided to eat in, to be told there would be a small difference in price. The meal was ok but needed more flavour. When getting the bill we was very unhappy to see that it was an extra £7 to sit down for 20 minutes!!

I've been to the Vindaloo before and this visit was just as good, they have all the usual meals but also some interesting twists. They also have some meals which include rice, a naan and a side dish, these are excellent and very good value. Although the Vindaloo is licensed they allow you to take your own drink and supply glasses and ice for free.

The food here is appealing and the hygiene here is bad too. I order a vindaloo curry and some onion bajis and they were appalling. The vindaloo curry and onion bajis tasted like ones from the supermarket which surprisingly there is a sainsburys opposite. The food looked unappetising. It looked like something from the toilet. The hygiene was poor to as I spent to whole night on the toilet after eating the curry. The staff were exceptionally rude as they wouldn't answer us , so I had to call 5 times before they would answer us. When they did arrive who was talking very aggressively.when my daughter asked the waiter where the toilet was , she burst into tears after the waiter shouted in her face. I would not recommend you coming here, you probably better of getting a ready meal in a supermarket.

We went after a recommendation from friends. And we were not disappointed. It was absolutely fabulous !!!!

11 of my work friends visited this restaurant. We had a brill night. The food was gorgeous! Staff and service superb! Will be visiting again! Cheers!

A well priced restaurant serving Indian and Bangadeshi food with a more imaginative menu than many. Although it does now have a full license they are still happy to let you bring your own alcohol which keeps the price low. Food was tasty and service good. Only criticism is that it is not the most atmospheric room.

Been here quite a lot , always a top meal , pppadoms, mixed somosa, and chicken madras, always very nice, kingfisher lager is very nice, but you can take your own drinks if you so desire, service very good , will be back again thats for sure
