Absolutely unreal, I’ve lost count how many times I’ve ordered, but each time, I have never been let down! Incredibly tasty food, always piping hot on arrival, always either early or on time, they have never been late to me! The delivery guys are always so polite and lovely! Thank you Vindaloo!

I ordered a Nepoli it's fairly spicy but may be extra spicy for others as I like very spicy food. It's full of flavour and goes well with an onion fried rice and a few Chapati's wouldnt be a bad idea.

Ordered here a few times, always had a great meal. Everything is lovely, food is always delivered on time and the delivery driver is super friendly. Would 100% recommend

The food is lovely never a problem, the only thing is they never bring out drinks with our meal.. this has happened a few times when ordering with vindaloo and that's the only thing letting them down. Other than that everything is great

As always highly recommended, food always 100% never disappoints, and is always hot, forgot my drinks and turned up 10mins later even when I didn’t ask with my drinks.

came about half an hour early was delicious loads of prawns an mushrooms in saag ..perfect👌

The only down fall was the thin sliced chicken in the biryian. But other than that perfect 👌🏼

I couldn’t finish it all because the flavour of the korma wasn’t to my taste I didn’t finish my food.

they took forever to come and when they did the portions of the food we did get where tiny and food was missing. tried to tell the restaurant and they tried to say my starter was my main and it was an acceptable size! they told me no food was missing even tho I was missing an entire meal from the order! never ordering from there again terrible experience. food tasted ok but we both have iffy tummy's today which is too much of a coincidence.

Ordered around 5pm for specific delivery at 9:15pm Arrived in perfect time. Driver was super friendly. Food was well packaged. The chefs special tikka masala was the nicest I’ve ever tasted! This is the second time I’ve been here since moving to the area and it definitely won’t be the last! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Driver dropped food on arrival, when ringing the shop to complain as all sauces was no longer in tubs and all in the bag loose there was complete denial and rude aggressive tone blaming us for dropping the food the person on the phone claimed to be the manager an also the person who delivered the food didn’t give us replacement food so we paid £50 for nothing absolute horrible people and horrible place to order food from avoid at all costs!

Food was hot on delivery, maybe ordered wrong thing but I ordered butter chicken which is normally creamy/saucy but was not of this description. Delivery man very friendly

Driver dropped food when trying to hand over to me at door rang restraunt to explain seeing if they could replace it or refund it and was getting spoke to awfully and getting sworn while shouting at me 100% don’t go there it’s a joke!!

Order wasn't delivered! Placed at 1815 and advised the food was on the way 2hrs later, which was an hour after the original delivery time given. After 30mins of waiting for the food that was 'on the way', I called Vindaloo who kept changing their minds (lying) over the status of it with each call from "it is here for collection", "it will be with you with the hour" and "it is being prepared now". No food arrived and they refused a refund until Just Eat stepped in. Shame as they are usually great

Avoid this place at all costs. After 4 hours of waiting no order arrived. I appreciate new years eve is busy. But I don't appreciate being repeatedly told lies. Also completely rude on the phone. They lied about the food is on the way. Then it's not on the way. Then drivers have broken down. Then told drivers have been in accidents. Then told roads are too busy. Why treat your customers like idiots. Then finally get to speak to the driver who had took my order from Bootle to Anfield for another delivery and said he will be another 1/2 hour (this is after 4 hours wait) to then bring ours back to Bootle. Obviously I lost it at this point. Abysmal customer service. Hopefully we've dodged a bullet by not even tasting their food!

Marked as delivered on just eat yet food still not arrived, ordered food to be delivered at 8.30pm, over 3 hours late. Contacted restaurant many times assured food was on route and food still did not turn up. shocking service, spent £40 for no food and unhelpful staff, expect a full refund.

upon ordering it said that the waiting time was approx 55 minutes. In reality it was more like 1 hrs and 40 minutes. I had to cancel my order and drive to another takeaway for food. Do Not Trust the waiting times for this restaurant.

Called time and time again to be told that my food was on its way … Waited almost 3 hours

Order not delivered, apparently driver broke down, no phone call, no info.. Called restaurant myself twice.. said it would be another hr, order placed at 18.00, 20.50 still no sign.. cancelled in the end.. Terrible service, and rude on the phone..

Nearly 3 hours to receive my food, I appreciated it was New Year’s Eve, however I then received completely the wrong order. Called the takeaway 4 times after being told the driver would come back. To be told they’d have to remake it.

This is my absolute favourite place to eat in Liverpool! I've been getting takeaway from here for a couple of years and the food is always consistent, delicious and made exactly the way we ask. The portion sizes are really generous and the chefs are friendly when I collect the food - would definitely recommend if you want a great curry.
