Vindaloo in Sefton

Ordered tandoori chicken, chicken madras, naan, rice and chips. All food top notch, the madras had the perfect spice. Food was piping hot on delivery. Will definitely use again.

Ordered from here as it was a 4.6/5 stars. DONT KNOW HOW! Worst Indian I’ve ever had there was 0 taste on everything! No taste on the chicken korma at all and the peshwari naan was just like eating plain bread.

I've been using Vindaloo since 2020 during lockdown and genuinely think it is one of the nicest takeaways I've ever used. I usually get a King Prawn Karahi. I love karahi and normally it is medium hot but at Vindaloo it is hot, which I love. Their garlic and cheese naan is the best I've had too. I also live the saag aloo and I usually end up getting enough sides and extras so that I get 2 days out of it! You normally have to wait a bit longer for delivery but that's the sign of a good takeaway. I highly recommend Vindaloo.

The Tikka starter was terrible not worth the money at all the onion bhajis where burned as well the chicken madras was very bland and the plate was full of water under food will definitely be looking for a better Indian than vindaloo. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been using Vindaloo for a few years now and the food is just out of this world. Truly authentic India cuisine of the very highest standard. I've never had to wait more than 40 minutes for delivery and when it does arrive it is piping hot. The staff are lovely as well which, honestly, is really appreciated. By far the best Indian in Bootle. 10/10.

Chicken jalfrezi is a fav of mine .shami kebabs are amazing ,onion bhaji are delicious with a fresh mint sauce Nan bread is available in plain garlic or my favorite keema nan

Excellent as always. The Naan bread is always very fresh and you can tell it's homemade. Everything we ordered was great.

Ceylon was extra spicy this time, but so good. Garlic naan is amazing. Delivery driver was proper sound.

I've had nicer onion bahjis (could do with improvement, more big onion pieces) and chicken pakora could do with a bit more flavour but overall it was good value compared to other Indian takeaways I've gotten. Arrived hot and within predicted time. (got chicken tikka makkenwalah, garlic naan, chips, onion bhaji and chicken pakora) . Decent 👍 would order again.

Well just ordered food from here Food lukewarm ok not too bad ordered lamb madras mild as last time it was too hot! I can usually eat madras normally but this was way to hot! Phoned up said thanks for feedback won’t bother here again didn’t want anything off them just oh we have made a mistake don’t bother guys

I ordered a Nepoli it's fairly spicy but may be extra spicy for others as I like very spicy food. It's full of flavour and goes well with an onion fried rice and a few Chapati's wouldnt be a bad idea.

they took forever to come and when they did the portions of the food we did get where tiny and food was missing. tried to tell the restaurant and they tried to say my starter was my main and it was an acceptable size! they told me no food was missing even tho I was missing an entire meal from the order! never ordering from there again terrible experience. food tasted ok but we both have iffy tummy's today which is too much of a coincidence.

Ordered around 5pm for specific delivery at 9:15pm Arrived in perfect time. Driver was super friendly. Food was well packaged. The chefs special tikka masala was the nicest I’ve ever tasted! Driver dropped food when trying to hand over to me at door rang restraunt to explain seeing if they could replace it or refund it and was getting spoke to awfully and getting sworn while shouting at me 100% don’t go there it’s a joke!!

Driver dropped food on arrival, when ringing the shop to complain as all sauces was no longer in tubs and all in the bag loose there was complete denial and rude aggressive tone blaming us for dropping the food the person on the phone claimed to be the manager an also the person who delivered the food didn’t give us replacement food so we paid £50 for nothing absolute horrible people and horrible place to order food from avoid at all costs!
