Done a job in the restaurant to fix the boiler in the bathroom went into the kitchen and there was rat droppings all over the floor just be careful eating from this restaurant

Half a kebab delivered not what i asked for no salad and it came with lettuce, onions and peppers 3 pieces of lamb with my kebab and 2 pieces of chicken for my wife’s kebab, not happy with the sizes of meals when we have had a lot better before.

Have got a take away twice now and each time absolutely cooked to perfection and perfect. If you are prepared to wait the 10/15 minutes or so whilst they cook the chips and fish fresh to order, then do so. The food is delicious. One of the best. Thoroughly recommend.

Tasty food at reasonable prices (prices went up a bit in past year). Staff are generally cheerful and friendly and staff often banter with customers

Have been using this Chip shop and kebab house for many years. the staff are friendly and helpful. the food is always fresh and well cooked. They have recently added pizza to the menu, although I have not tried them,

Central AveThe Ascot is one of those pubs that deserve to be there. Dog friendly, tidy and appealing to look at, this is a place that deserves to be discovered and frequented on a regular basis.

164 Parrock StDisgraceful. Will not be using them again. If I could give this outfit zero I would. My daughter placed an order on their website at 5.20pm. They emailed an order number and a delivery time of 6.15pm. By 7.10pm the order had not arrived so she telephoned. Bearing in mind this order was over £82. for her dad's birthday (plus with two young children needing to eat before 7pm). They came up with some excuse when phoning them that it was a big order and took time to get ready.!! Ugh they had had it an hour already at this point. (or so we thought). She gave them another 20 minutes for delivery. Another half an hour passes and nothing! She phones again. Oh I do not think we received your order ! But hey she says you have taken the money from my credit card for the order and you still have not delivered. Please in that case refund. Oh we can't do that as it is via a third party!! What!! so no food, no birthday, no kids fed and no refund and told to reclaim the cost via the credit card company. BEWARE do not order anything by their website. To say she was upset as it was also a birthday gift is an understatement. AND then to say we cannot refund you just about took the biscuit. Yet half an hour before when she phoned they were saying oh its a large order to put together and takes time, then they say they have not received it although confirmation was received by email. What a shambles no apology, no refund, nothing. Please everyone learn from this.
