I had a fabulous time down here for work away from my family for 5 days the staff were very accommodating and the rooms for a worksman hotel were lush. I've had nothing but smiles and bouncy happy servers bar 1 but we can always forgive that. Thanks team I hope I'm back soon village

Great Hotel & leisure facilities, 25mtr pool ideal for lane swimming. Breakfast very good.

Used the pool for the first time a few days ago. Got chatting to staff member Phil, very welcoming. Showed me steam room and sauna, and said he would help if I needed anything. Great experience. Will return.

As a gym member I think the only thing this place is missing is air conditioning

Rooms, clean and tidy but the noise from rooms above is something else. View from our room was great, photo doesn’t really appreciate the rubbish that was littered about. Paid for the breakfast which was £12, but there was no sausage, bacon, and a few other things they had ran out of. Also no clean tables to sit at. Would we recommend again, unfortunately not.

I visited the gym and pool for the first time This weekend. I was extremely self concious at first but Phil made me feel so at ease and welcome. He is an asset to Village Hull 😃

The location isn't ideal if you don't have your own transport but the hotel itself is lovely. Food was great and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful.

It’s not often I leave reviews, but I recently went to this gym and young guy called Tom showed me around and I was really impressed with knowledge. It really helped me out and made my day so thank you Tom, hopefully see you about soon!

I recently checked out the village gym, and I was really impressed! The facilities are good , with a decent range of equipment for all fitness levels. Everything was clean and well-kept, making it a great spot to work out. Also I wanted to give a massive shoutout to a member of staff called Yasmin who dealt with me while I was there, showing me around and explaining how to use the machines. She was friendly and made me feel so welcomed. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the gym to anyone looking to get fit!

Millie in the gym department has been exceptionally helpful when I’ve accessed the gym. Always cheerful and helpful when needed.

I want to start by mentioning Michelle who went above and beyond to find us a room after I thought I had completed our booking and hadn't. We had set of on our 3.5 hour journey, with our toddler and 12 week old baby, had Michelle not of helped us we would have been really stuck so thank you again Michelle! Staff where extremely welcoming on arrival and helped us check in, explaing where all the amenities where and reccomended that we book dinner as it gets very busy. The room itself was very clean (The hotel itself was very clean) and spacious, its great that the Village offers a travel cot free of charge the cellular blanket was a lovely touch. There was a good choice at breakfast but I would suggest getting there earlier, we left breakfast until late arriving at 10am, alot of the food had gone ( Fruit, yogurt, veggie options) Location is very close to shops, Aldi and Sainsbury's, 10 minute drive to the deep. Would 100% stay here again. Also nice that they offer a blue light discount. Thanks for the stay

Very easy and friendly check-in, Rooms are great with Sky Sports on the TV too. All staff encountered were very polite and friendly. Breakfast and dinner options were very tasty too. Definitely would go again without hesitation.

After joining it with the family to use the swimming pool just got told that mu mobility scooter was not welcome. Also the disable parking spaces are never free for disable badge holders. Had to cancel the membership due to this as i need the mobility scooter to move myself around. Also its very over priced.

We were staying there for one night, the rooms are very dated, no where near the beds to charge phone like other hotels nearest charger in room was near TV. We had dinner there the curry had no flavour and the dessert used store bought meringue and frozen fruit, the same fruit was used for breakfast the next morning and the bananas at breakfast weren't even ripe

I am not reviewing the hotel accommodation, but the recent Motown event I went to. The venue looked nice & clean, the food was good & the staff were friendly. The DJ is always there when I have been , he is friendly with GSOH, good range of music & interacts well with the audience. The singer was brilliant, she worked the whole room & her voice was amazing 🤩 Fabulous night spent with friends & look forward to going again.

My favourite chain of hotels in the UK. The staff are always great, the facilities are always excellent, and the standard of food is always consistent. However, this particular hotel really needs some money spent on it as it looks very tired. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in the corridors, some of the carpets were stained, and in general it needs some TLC.

Completely average hotel. Do NOT get the breakfast, you'll pay £10 for unlimited soggy food that's been sat under a lid for 2 hours. 0 hot vegetarian options. Stale breads and boxed cereals. Just bring milk and cereal.

Rooms are clean and are of a good size, and competitively priced. Food is very good and a good selection of beers. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Great food great room great gym great staff. for less than £100 had a great room with a amazing view,a truly fabulous stake and a dip in the pool. BARGAIN
