Villa di Geggiano in Hounslow

I used one of the private rooms at Villa di Geggiano for a meeting a few days ago. Excellent in every respect. Can’t recommend them highly enough. There are several rooms, all distinct and interesting in their different ways. They would be suitable for all sorts of events. Private parties, business meetings, photo shoots and filming, club and society meetings, private dining, birthday or anniversary celebrations. Excellent food and service and very good value.

We had a great dining experience one of the restaurants in Chiswick at Villa di Geggiano Unusual interior of the restaurant, cosy and inviting . We had Gavi Di Gavi wine which paired perfectly with the monkfish dishand other dishes we ordered. The dishes were beautifully presented and the flavors were truly explosive. We already plan to return especially to enjoy the summer garden. This restaurant is perfect for dining with both family and friends. The elegant touch of piano music added to the overall dining experience and created a lovely atmosphere Highly recommend!

Amazing restaurant! We enjoyed their delicious lunch set menu. We were very impressed and their kids menu, with cod fish fingers were devoured by my one year old! It was truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the main high street! They were patient, kind and attentive with our children and we felt relaxed welcome and incredible special. Their main restaurant is beautiful but I must admit my favourite part was the lounge area, just as you come in, built for you to enjoy a drink, surrounded by maximalist decor, with scents specifically chosen to compliment the space. Will definitely be returning

Abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina ma ci sono altri piatti italiani che sono offerti sia come starter che come main. I wanted to go in 2020 for my 50th but the lock down stopped us. I waited other 4 years and finally we went and I had big expectations. guess what? They surprised me... there was someone playing the pianos on his little world that made the atmosphere so relax and romantic, suggestive internal design enriched by some antique Italian items. We set at the table and we ordered a Fiorentina steak that melted in our mouth. Such a welcoming environment. I am looking forward to go back with friends and use the veranda in the summer.

Went here for our anniversary meal and couldn't be happier. Food was delicious and staff were great and very knowledgeable when it came to wine pairings. Preparing a special dessert for us was a lovely touch. Thank you 😊 we will be back!

Another recommendation from my friend back in HK... venturing myself on another solo dinner. This restaurant gives me the Sabatini vibe back in HK... just have that kind of feeling... I was seated in an inner room which was past the main dining hall... there were about 6 tables, which was appropriate for someone dining solo. There were other tables having solo or couples. I had my usual burrata and a pasta dish (Pappardelle al Cinghiale) as starters and then I ordered another grilled lamb cutlets. With these order, I thought nothing could go wrong... burrata was nice, pappardelle was very nice cooked al dente.. but the lamb cutlets were a disappointment, too chewy and seemed like its been frozen for a long time without taste. It's one of the worst lamb cutlets I had ever had in a restaurant of this status. Sadly, with all that I ordered, no pulse-check was made during the meal from any waiters.. maybe too busy at the main dining room, if that's any excuse... I still rated this as "Average" and not anything below because I thought the other courses were actually good. I hope the management/chef will see this and re-assess the quality of the meat.. and the service.

Food didn't feel very authentic Italian. For a high rated place I'd expect authentic flavours. The service didn't feel high rated. Rather it felt, they did their job. I understand we went on valentine's so the restaurant may have been busier than usual, however I don't think that's an excuse for food quality. For two people with a 3 course and a bottle of wine it came to £230 which I thought was above satisfactory level of the price Overall: cooked ok, presented well however over priced, not flavoursome/authentic as expected

Visited the restaurant for my wife's birthday and we were very impressed. The place is nice and quirky, the service was immaculate and the food was really good. We decided to go for the set lunch menu and everything on it was perfect. The cacio e pepe pici were cooked to perfection, the tiramisu was delicious. And as a birthday bonus, my wife got a really delicious cake as well a glass of very nice sweet wine. Definitely recommended and we will definitely go back.

Hidden gem set back off the far end of Chiswick High Road. Lots of interesting and exquisite pieces of art throughout. It’s great having José back at front of house, always brings a positive and welcoming energy to the place. Will often drop in, even just for a spontaneous drink with friends, to enjoy their fabulous lounge.

Honestly superb. We have been in London for 4 months and despite going to Hawksmoor, Gaucho etc this was by far and away the best steak I have had in London and one of the best ever. All of the dishes from various pastas to beef cheek were faultless and my 3 children cleaned their plates. Having choice of starter or main portion size is a huge plus as my children aged between 6 & 10 could order off the full menu rather than the children's. The service was again faultless with the sommelier suggesting a wonderful wine. I have very limited knowledge of Italian wine and after discussing the French wines I enjoy, he suggested beautiful wine that was decanted. My wife was delayed at work, and the team where more than happy for my children to eat whilst I waited for my wife. Highly recommended

5 very, very full stars. Authentic Tuscan food (you know there's no such thing as "Italian" food, don't you?), well priced for the quality, the environment, and the service. Extremely well-cooked pasta with great sauces, tasty meat mains with creative sides. Try the bread and focaccia selection: it comes with the best olive oil you've ever tasted. Special mention for the lamb cutlets - finally some lamb that tastes like it's supposed to! Apart from one pinot, all the red wines by the glass are Chianti, but you can probably live with that.

The most warm welcome beautiful, place very attentive, it felt so cosy sitting by the fire place drinking a wine. We had a loveliest time didn’t want to leave. They made us feel so special. Thank you and we will be back.

Wow - a wonderful oasis in Chiswick. The whole place is run very well with staff showing their Italian charm and extremely warm hospitality. The food portions were perfect and tasted wonderful.

Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare oggi in questo ristorante. Non è la prima volta che ci vengo insieme alla mia famiglia e anche questa volta le mie aspettative ,devo dire, non sono state disattese. L’ambiente elegante e raffinato e l’atmosfera rilassante hanno aggiunto un tocco di classe alla nostra esperienza,nonché il salotto molto accogliente per l’aperitivo o il digestivo. Il personale di sala professionale ,mai invadente e il servizio impeccabile. La selezione dei vini ben assortita adeguata ai piatti proposti. Il menu ricco di varie proposte in grado di soddisfare il gusto dei commensali. La presentazione dei piatti curata nei dettagli. Rapporto qualità prezzo equilibrato considerando la qualità del cibo e il servizio offerto. Un esperienza sensoriale completa. Consiglio questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un esperienza gastronomica di qualità. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Londra sarà di nuovo una delle nostre tappe obbligate.

Very good and authentic food. Service staff were helpful. What ruin the night was a table of 4 kids celebrating birthday. I thought it’s completely inappropriate to have kids birthday party on Friday dinner in a supposedly well honed restaurant.

We keep returning to Villa di Geggiano for many reasons - the ambiance, the food, the service and being soooo dog-friendly.

Definitely worth a visit as the location is beautiful and well taken care of. Everyone there was either italian or celebrating an occasion which makes it extra special. Staff were friendly, attentive and good with allergies. Main meal was not quite up to expectations but the dessert really made it worth it.

Visited the restaurant for lunch suggested by a friend without much expectation. A house in a residential area, it was a quiet weekday afternoon but the hospitality is top class. Very friendly in explaining the menu and answer our request for recommendation. Suggested squid are full of flavor and very fresh. Beef fillet tarter is prepared in kitchen and not table side but just taste perfect, well balanced of spicy and the taste from the beef. The wine list is simple but interesting, had a bottle of the house’s own estate Chianti Classico, delicious and pairing the food well. We can’t help but conclude our lunch with rounds of grappa which make it a wonderful ending. I’ve been told dinner vibe will be somehow different and advance booking is recommended. Definitely one of the best restaurant in London and worth to make a trip to visit.

As someone with an assistance dog, I'm always so appreciative of dog-friendly restaurants. My assistance dog is allowed to go anywhere with me, but I know that when I enter a dog-friendly restaurant, there is never going to be a fight at the door about whether he's allowed in and I can be confident that he will be treated well. We had such a lovely time and loved the fun decor, the delicious food, and especially the mocktails. A great visit for those who just can't be separated from their dogs!

We had a table of 9. Excellent, attentive & kind staff. Food was amazing according to all our party. One tiny drawback was my fillet steak & the other steak order were both well done, when we asked for medium well, but delicious anyway! Didn't complain due to how great the staff were. Ps. AMAZING truffle pasta. We had to order another.

Villa Di Geggiano describes itself as a little corner of Tuscany nestled in the stunning surrounds of West London, but it's about so much more than that. The menu genuinely boasts some of the best cuisine we've tasted outside of Italy, the wine cellar is curated like a Tate Modern retrospective and the art dripping off the walls is some of the most exciting and visually arresting you'll see this side of the Venice Biennale. All of this, plus a welcome from staff like you're returning home after a long day of wine tasting in the Tuscan vineyards. We dare you to visit only once!

We held a 50th Birthday dinner party recently and had a wonderful experience. Atmosphere, food, wine and service were excellent. We were initially concerned it would be style over substance but definitely not. Food was special and portions generous (contrary to early reviews). Upmarket feel. Not cheap but definitely delivers and would return for a special event.

Four of us had a truly memorable dinner. We variously had mushroom risotto, roast chicken, grilled tuna, marinated salmon, buratta. Every dish was stupendous, with fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared in the very visible adjacent kitchen. Service was spot on, and the chef even made us delicious bruschetta as we had aperitifs in the sitting room. The whole experience was underpinned by food of the highest quality.

On arriving at the Villa we felt that we had been transported to Tuscany, minus all the airport stress 😅 There is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy drinks in this amazing weather; you can enjoy an aperitivo or few with a Tuscan produce charcuterie board between 3-6pm🍹The Sangiovese grapes you will see in the terrace are used to make their house wine 🍇For dinner you can alfresco fine or head into the restaurant to enjoy a selection of Tuscan dishes, cooked in-house by an all Italian Team and Head Chef, whilst enjoying some relaxing music by their resident pianist. For special events you can hire out one of their 2 private dining rooms or lounge, you will be spoilt for choice as all have amazing decor and character. If you prefer a more intimate or private gathering, you can hire their private members club that has its own entrance, number of different rooms, a cool banana shaped pool table designed by @chateau_cleon 🍌This place really has it all, and so much more for any occasion. My oh my! This restaurant is THE BEST restaurant I’ve been to in this city. To the Italian readers out there reading this, I’ve always been told that I have “il palato sopraffino” so this post is based on this premise. That’s why I refused to go to any restaurant because I know how BAD the food is in this city, in this country! Every time my husband would tell me to go out, I would refuse because there’s no point in spending the money on food that I don’t like. One day, for our civil ceremony, I made such in depth research because I wanted to find THE PLACE. The place that would take me back to my country, Italy. To its flavours, to its architecture, to its cuisine, to its art, to its passion, to its camerieri, to its wine, pasta, to its FOOD! I’ve booked this restaurant and it did not fail my expectations. From the entrance a cameriere would attend you and guide you to the table. This restaurant has live cooking, so from our table we could see inside the kitchen, how I’ve missed this! We’ve ordered fabulous octopus carpaccio (God, that lemon zest on top of it it was from another planet!), delicious pasta con le vongole and amazing steak and supper di pesche e amaretti. At the end they surprised us with a small “congratulations” sweet, served on a personalised plate. At the exit from the restaurant, someone expected for us and asked for our feedback. She was so nice and sweet and the simple gesture of asking “how was it” made us feel so good! With our bellies full (at that time), and with having all fresh memories in my mind I can assure you that abbiamo mangiato da Dio and you will enjoy it as much as we did. p.s at the end, I could find some sand in my mouth, from the vongole, although they were cleaned, having no shell.

Simply outstanding! Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in London. Freshly prepared with carefully selected organic ingredients by chefs who clearly love their craft. The service is genuinely friendly and you are made to feel so welcome. In the summer months you can dine al fresco in the stunning vine covered outdoor terrace. Aside from the main restaurant, the restaurant also has a lovely bar area for some pre dinner drinks and cocktails. If you fancy an Aperol Spritz or a Negroni, this is the place. Really can’t rate this place highly enough as the whole evening was a fabulous experience. Be prepared to be transported away from the hustle and bustle of London to a small slice of Italian heaven.

I fully enjoyed their lounge area when we had our aperitifs. It’s so comfortable I could easily had our dinner there. The team is warm and polite. Their burrata is en point, as does the boar ragu with pappardelle. The pappardelle is well executed. As for the spaghetti vongole, I requested for a substitute pasta as they are unable to remove / lessen the chillies from their chosen pasta. The substitute pasta was slightly over cooked, but my date enjoyed it. As for the steak tartar, I wish they let us know in advance that we can optionally add egg yolk. *perhaps put optional on the menu? The steak is of high quality but it is too “clean”, which is rare for me to comment as such! The missing egg yolk and capers makes me imagine the dish to be best served to someone who needs it straight after a workout. It feels too fuzzy to request a remake when I’ve already asked for substitute pasta for the main course. I will return to try it again, and see whether the added egg yolk version is comparable to my favourite place Maison François in St. James,or another Italian restaurant, Olivo in Belgravia. Since I relocated to this part of the town, I am trying to explore local businesses instead of having to keep going back to W1/SW1, and I hope this to be my local go-to. 😊 Lastly my date really enjoyed their wine list.

We have walked past this restaurant for many years and have never given it a chance due to its perhaps slightly garish decor (book, cover, judge, do not). We dined as an evening walk in, a table was made available outside upon our request (a lovely space, reminiscent of Tuscan dining). The bread course and complimentary Amuse-Bouche was excellent. Our pasta main courses were near perfect, the Cacio e pepe being a particular highlight. The peach tart dessert left a little to be desired, okay flavour however the pastry was a little thick and the course lacked a bit of love and balance. The wine selection was excellent, the service was considered and proffesional throughout. A very enjoyable meal, we will no doubt be returning soon.

We came for a birthday celebration. The waiter assigned to our table was friendly and helpful, and the food was served in good time. The chicken supreme with vegetables was absolutely delicious; we had some potatoes and broccoli to accompany it (which were also great). Chocolate sorbet was incredible. It's expensive, but a great spot for an occasion.

This is by far our favourite London restaurant. The staff are always polite, friendly & professional, plus they look happy which is always a pleasure to see ( people happy in their work ) it sets the right tone. From the moment you walk in you know it’s going to be good… atmosphere, the bar area, the artwork… we love it! The food is superb, we’ve eaten there many many times and always had a fantastic meal ( the wild boar ragu is off the charts! ) The wine list is extensive and as you’d expect superb. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking a table, you won’t be disappointed.
