2 years ago we celebrated my 1st child's 1st Birthday in Il Bebo Hounslow - the service and food was perfect. Today we celebrated my 2nd child's 1st Birthday - and again the service was perfect. The tall lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Even helped take my eldest child into my car! Wow!! Thank you again for a lovely memorable evening. We are regular customers so see you again soon!

Went there with family tonight. Food was disappointing. Ordered lasagne and pasta. No real taste at all. Waiters were polite but came to the table once and after never bothered with us. The restaurant wasn't even busy with only one other table present. Sadly, don't think we will be going again.

Top class service from these guys - fast, polite and professional. Food was fresh and the cocktails were spot on. Would highly recommend!

If I could rate 10 out of 5 I would everything was fabulous.

I’ve been here quite a few times as the food is good, but for the 3rd time I was asked to leave at 10pm because they wanted to close as it was quiet for them. Hours advertised are till 11.30pm, and being requested to leaver 1 hour and a half early is unacceptable.

Good food, nice staff, value for money. Suitable for gluten free people and good with allergies. Would recommend.

Booked for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday. I must say I have been super impressed with the customer care provided, especially by Keli (you are a star!) & Mimi. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I found all of the staff here really accommodating - from the waiting & bar staff right through to the lovely security man on the door. Special thanks to the chef & his colleagues who served up beautifully presented & tasty food. We had a fantastic time & really look forward to our next visit! Thank you all!

The DJ from last night Shub Som had no idea how to entertain the costumers and make them feel welcome. But thanks to Mimi the atmosphere was brilliant , she is the only reason why we always came to this place♥️. Her engagement with customers is phenomenal and she is managing everything absolutely fabulous!!!! Food, drinks and customer service are always top job ! Just please do not bring again this DJ.

We wanted to celebrate Elena's birthday anniversary 🎂 and although we couldn't find any seafood restaurants in the area, we ended up at Il Bebo's and it exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere was relaxing and the food delicious 🍝. Our waitress, Mimi, from France 🇫🇷, was very attentive and did her best to make us feel good. Right at the end, we had a nice surprise - the dessert was from the house 🍰! We ordered 5 different dishes here, the food was delicious, but the packaging was the worst. When it arrived, 3 of the 5 dishes in the bag had already been opened and spilled. When we called the store they just said it was the driver's fault, the kitchen is now closed and we can't do anything about it. It's really sad to have received such bad service

Food was really nice and the waiters there were so lovely and service was amazing just their manager(lady in mid/late thirteees) brown hair european maybe Italian was treating them horrible shouting at them and being very unprofessional as as a customer it's not nice to see their staff being treated horribly when they clearly working hard and their manager can't obviously not manage properly. I have worked in hospitality over 10 years and can clearly see poor management and toxic environment for staff and it's such a shame. Also shouting and being all loud infront of customers it's not professional.

The food is decent but they sometimes over do it with the sauce and it can get a bit sickening but the chips are really good. The shisha is good but maybe need to pack it a bit better as the flavours die quickly but the atmosphere is good and the staff is amazing. Anish and Sunendra are very amazing as always!

Terrible food, this place has got nothing of Italian. Meat in the Burger was dry as hell. Steak and potatoes with rosemary terrible and was not served with rosemary but parsley and garlic. Very poor experience! Was looking forward for it due to the reviews but nothing matched the expectations. And let’s normalise have someone Italian in the kitchen to cook the food if you claim to be an Italian restaurant.

I can't say much about the food, as I work in a high high end restaurant, but it is very flavourful, the best part of this venue is the beautiful atmosphere with a lot of different guests, it feels like everybody is welcome. But a huge gigantic thanks to Hanish for is Michelin star service, the gentleman did not go the extra mile, he went the extra light year. Give him a raise!!

The food was excellent. Well prepared and very well presented. It arrived in a timely manner with enough time between courses. I didn't feel rushed to complete it or pushed out after finishing. There was a very relaxed atmosphere. The waiters were attentive but not overly present. I will be returning here on my next visit to Hounslow.

Overall food was nice but need to work on pizzas. We ordered the quatro fromage pizza which was very slaty might be because of the cheese and the vegetariano pizza taste was bit bland though there was lots of ingredients used on it.

I would eat here any day of the week. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious. I gave a 4 star because of the uneasy of getting the menu. In this day were data security is of massive value, it is not practical to have the menu read through the customer's WhatsApp; I don't want contact from companies in my personal communication platform and definitely don't want to download anything I don't need on my phone.

The ambience is really awesome and staff behaviour is top notch. The food is also good and can be lil more better to be the best. So overall experience is good and would recommend people to visit the place.

We were from out of town and they accommodate us quite nicely. Allowing us to use a paper menu since we didn’t have an option to use their online menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My friends and I came here for breakfast today and the food was really good. The service was amazing, such lovely people. Also, the place is sooooo nice inside!

Decent place to eat and a decent price. They also do shisha, which we opted for. On our first visit the shisha was fine, however afterwards, it was very harsh and had no flavour in the shisha. We told this to the guy working there, his response was "oh well you are not smoking it right". Which I found a bit rude because we are regularly shisha goers and have been to many places. Either take it up with the manager, he was friendly but said that it was good we gave feedback because he would check with the suppliers. We smoked shisha here around 3 times and until we saw no change in the shisha then gave up on coming here. I guess for £12 shisha it is hard to complain but if the shisha lasted at least 20 mins then it would be money's worth. Also the music is from a weird Youtube playlist and very loud, I am unsure why it is too loud?, maybe they are trying to recreate a nightclub.

Food was OK, but expensive for what you get. Pizza is over priced and looks like garlic bread!. Mains was alrite nothing special. I had the broccoli as a side and it was just plain boiled broccoli with no flavor and tasted very bland. Atmosohere is nice but was too dark to the point could'nt see your food and menu properly. Service was excellent. Good food but all depends on what you order.

The service was amazing from Meme and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The options for Brunch were great, we enjoyed the Mediterranean and veggie brunch. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely Italian food here. Good choice of options for food and drink. The service was very quick and the food came out fast. The atmosphere is really chilled out and is temperate. Would recommend this to anyone looking for good, tasty Italian food.

I have been to your restaurant countless times, but yesterday was the last time. I ordered two burgers, the taste was horrible. So it's not as tasty as it used to be. The beef was raw, the burger was unseasoned, had no taste. Honestly already at McDonald's it tastes better. Finally, we expressed our displeasure to the waiter, he told me that we should have notified him at once, but we didn't. Honestly disgusting 🤮 I'm so sorry.

This is really rather good, and excellent value for money. One of us had the King burger and the other a pasta dish and both were rated eight and a half out of ten. Cost was very reasonable indeed and service was OK too. Parking right on top of Quality Food innediatel;y next door makes it super convenient too.

Ordered online. The food was awful. It felt like they bought ready meals from aldi and put it in a container. It was not nice. It all tasted bad... wouldn't recommend if you are looking for food.

Item was missing. When I rang to ask for it to be delivered I was told by staff that I must order it again (at my cost). When I asked to speak to manager to complain I heard the manager (later identified himself as Kelly) 'arrogantly' tell the staff member to let me go ahead and complain. I submitted a refund request to JustEat, but it was the attitude of the manager and policy of the this restaurant that was absolutely appalling. Will never be ordering from here again.

Dined in on Monday evening with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Food and cocktails were sensational. Staff were polite and the service we received was exceptional. Special recognition and thanks to HANISH for being so attentive, and for going above and beyond in making the birthday girl feel special. On behalf of us all who attended, thank you ever so much! We hope to soon return.

Atmosphere: This is purely based on the idea that I was there with family for a meal. I wouldn't call it a pure Italian restaurant and with the Shisha lounge outside, the place felt like a lounge first and restaurant second. It felt more like a place to get a bit drunk and smoke with mates than a place to eat with family. Odd vibe unless the idea was to make it fusion, in which case...still odd. We ate in the inside/outside area which felt like being in a garage with far too much lighting. In terms of food, the grilled chicken was boring and very non Italian. The pasta was good. The pizza was bland. It was OK but don't expect authentic Italian food. The service was the best bit. Really good team and they were working hard all night looking after us. Thank you to them. Overall, it's an okay place to go with friends but wouldn't recommend dinner with young children.

Lack of staff, the staff only care about you if you are a large group and are having Shisha or ordering alcohol. Very poor service . Over 1 hours wait time for basic food.

We came in with a large group and had great service! They accommodated us quickly and the food was fantastic! Also, they helped us celebrate someone’s birthday in our party with a candle and cakes highly recommend!

First order was cancelled by the driver. Redid order with same place. Spoke to restaurant as they were confused. Replacement order then took ages to arrive as the driver was clearly making other drops. When the food arrived in was cold. All in all an absolute mess of an order.

Amazing brunch! Went for my boyfriends birthday it was lovely. I ordered the medi brunch and a caramel latte I loved it there’s so much food I had to give almost have to my boyfriend and still couldn’t finish it! Online the coffee and teas say £2.450 they’ve put it up to £4.50 when the cappuccino was rather small costs more than a Starbucks! Shashouka that he had was a bit too tomatoey and could have more bread so everything was 9/10z. Orange juice was a bit bitter too. Next time maybe make sure the door isn’t wide open the wind was crazy in the lounge but we were sat in the warehouse bit rather than actual resteraunt which isn’t very nice on a bday. I would come here on a casual date instead.

Had brunch here. Got the shakshuka and it tasted awful. Was sweet and no spice at all. Also way too little toast so was not enough to finish it with. Wasn’t an issue as it tasted so bad I just finished the poached eggs and left the rest. Also the cappuccino tasted bad. The manager was also extremely rude. Waiter was friendly though. Slow service took over 45mins to get our food and there was only one other table with customers.

First time having brunch here with friends. Staff were kind and very accommodating of children. The food was awesome. I had the Shakshuka, and it was on point for both flavour and portion size. The same can be said about the sides that were well proportioned and represented good value. For dessert the French toast was amazing 👏 Will be going here alot more from now on, thank you to the teak there that day 🙏

Been few times and all the time the service was late food not that great but the atmosphere was nice maybe that way I been there still, the drinks was ok.

This is the first time my Mom and I ate here and we had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. While looking for a local place to have brunch we stumbled across Il Bebo. I am so glad we did. When we walked in the restaurant was quiet and we sat in the back enclosed area. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I had the avocado feta crush which came with a very fresh Mediterranean salad. I can honestly say this was the best brunch I have had. You must give this place a visit, you won't regret it.

I ordered before from here and all was good but this time food came cold (felt like it was not fresh just reheated) and it did not taste and smell like before (another reason to think it was not fresh)

I went to eat on 11/23/2023 around 2:30 p.m. The service was impeccable, the waiter made sure everything was in order. I also had the opportunity to speak with the chef and shared with him my culinary experience in the UK and Europe. The food was very good but I would encourage the chef to try other desserts besides tiramisu. There are other desserts on the menu, but they come from the supplier are not made by them like cheesecake, and because of that I would only give it 4 stars out of 5 just for the food.

Hot & delicious food delivered in time. What else could you expect from a food app? Really great service this time. I am glad to see Il Bebo's ob the app becauss they do lovely food. The delivery is always better than any other with just eat.
