Genuine and very friendly. Worth visiting for their warm hospitality but the food is good too. Thank-you for the delicious pasty.

Very poor service and staff Dirty cutlery, rude and unfriendly staff My elderly sister has a speech impediment due to cancer and the young long haired girl on the counter raised her eyebrows and was extremely rude and unhelpful when ordering coffees and food Definitely would not return, much better places to attend in this area

Probably the nicest Costa I've been in, lovely polite friendly staff and the best chai latte I've had.

Fuimos para el almuerzo de domingo y tenía al asador. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados con la calidad de la comida en nuestra última visita. Había variedad muy limitada de verduras y hortalizas que había, estaban cubiertas en una salsa de crema fuerte de degustación.

We had been to Mudeford key but the place was mobbed. We went to the Nelson just for drinks. All staff were happy and smiling. We had a look at the menu which was extensive being Sunday. But we had already done a shop at the supermarket so needed to get the produce home. We will be back to eat in the future.
