This was a birthday gift. Fresh food. Fresh flavours. Good instruction, from staff who clearly like what they are doing. We cooked a pork mince roll in betel leaves followed by caramelised salmon. Then we ate them, and they tasted great. After that, dessert and a tea ceremony. All in all, a great experience, the recipient was very happy. We shall be back for the Pho class.

Really brilliant staff day out. Our visit was educational and very tasty. We work remotely and all drove around 3 hours to meet in Nottingham and it was well worth the journey. Delicious food, very patient and helpful staff. We also learnt a lot about vietnam and had a tea ceremony. They were also very accomodating to my allergies and I didn't have to miss out on any of the dishes.

We booked a cookery class at Vietcentric, and it was an amazing experience! The three staff were so welcoming and informative. We made a starter and main course. The flavours and fragrances were incredible, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We are already planning our next visit to try another dish!

I attended a Vietnamese food class last evening. What a cultural experience!! I think the best way to discover something about a new culture is through food ! In this class they taught us how to prepare some Vietnamese recipe and how to remake them at home, all preceded by a fantastic presentation! The guys were fantastic, and very kind with us. The place is fantastic: all in Vietnamese style. I haven't been to Vietnam yet and after this class I am even more inspired to go and visit this interesting country. I really recommend this class to anyone interested in a cultural experience on Vietnam.

We found this to be a lovely quaint cafe style place to eat. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The menu was very small but we liked this. We had the chicken noodle soup, the bbq pork and the stuffed tofu. The food was excellent for our summer day. Filled with fresh mint and coriander, everything was packed with flavour. We would definitely recommend and if the menu changes we will definitely return and try more dishes.

What could be better than eating fresh Vietnamese street food? Quite simply being taught how to make it yourself by the lovely Kim at Vietcentric in Nottingham. If you want to have an evening that combines a bit of culture and a lot of fun alongside delicious food then book yourself and a friend onto one of their Friday night courses, you and all your friends and family will love you for it. Why? Because you will come away with lots of new ideas and the knowledge of how to enjoy the deliciousness and freshness of Vietnamese food. And that means that you will be able to thrill and delight friends and family when you put your new skills to work at home. Even better you come away with a goody bag with most of the essential ingredients so that you can wow everyone with your new found talents. Oh and did I mention that you get to eat everything that you have prepared, so you leave with a full tummy as well as a whole host of new dishes to excite your palate.

Came here as a surprise for my birthday with my partner. We were the only two there so the whole thing felt very exclusive for us! Kiki and Hannah were great hosts, and their enthusiasm for sharing with you their countries culture as well as its cuisine really gives a different dimension to the experience. They were brilliant to chat too and ensured we enjoyed every moment of it which we did. The food we made (spring rolls and chicken in lime leaves) was delicious; having been to Vietnam a few years ago I'd only really eaten street food so it was good to make and eat these dishes. All I can say is go and do it! It wasn't something I'd normally consider doing but I'm so glad we went.

Having chanced upon this intimate venue we decided to give it a try. My partner, having lived in Vietnam for 8 months, was very excited by the prospect of Vietnamese food in Nottingham. We weren't disappointed with friendly service, great food and fantastic tea. I only hope this place can grow from strength to strenght.
