Only had coffee which was lovely. The food coming from the kitchen looked amazing. Everything cooked fresh as you can see the open kitchen.

Great cafe! The brunch was really tasty. The hash brown sandwich was massive and packed full of delicious ingredients, as well the avo and eggs, which was made even better by my sneaky addition of some chunky black pudding. They were both fully loaded, with all the extra bits and bobs that make brunch great. The coffee followed suit, was a flat white that tasted good (though not the smoothest) and tumeric latte that was a little spicy, a little sweet, but oh so creamy and warming. The crack of black pepper was a genius touch! The service was chatty, attentive and lovely, with food and drinks arriving pretty quickly given how busy the place was. Speaking of, the atmosphere is great, dark but in a good way, and not too loud despite being packed out! Upstairs is calmer and you can definitely feel it, just be mindful of the stairs! All in all this is a great cafe for a full English and food of the sort, with lovely staff, good drinks and a nice decor!

Went to burger bash and it was brilliant. One of my favourite burgers ever. Had my first espresso martini which was yummy. The decor is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff were attentive and food arrived nice and hot. Highly recommend it. Also, enjoyed on another day the avacado toast and was not disappointed it was delicious.

Amazing place!! Very friendly staff, lovely variety to chose from, either drinks or food. Smoothie and hashbrown sandwich were more than recommendable! Cozy atmosphere and fair prices.

Fabulous cafe on the high street. Went in for a post parkrun coffee and warm up on a very wet day. Warm welcome, lovely tea and coffees, and an indulgent brownie. They also sell lots of lovely items so we left with homemade cards, coffee cups and... spoons, randomly.

Breakfast was the best I have had! Staff were very helpful.. coffee was devine... all the ingredients are top quality.. will definitely be coming back. Had a large party and all the orders were spot on. Everyone loved it.

Visited yesterday for breakfast, a real gem, lovely friendly staff and fantastic menu, catering for all. My partner and I are vegan, plus my partner is Ceoliac, so eating out can be difficult. We certainly didn’t struggle at Victorias, we both had a wonderful vegan breakfast, super delicious and great value. Their coffee also deserves a mention, it’s excellent, a proper coffee with the most incredible artwork!! All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience, wish we lived in Ross, as we’d eat there every day!!

Had a fantastic experience at Victoria's, a really, really lovely coffee shop. Stopped in with my partner and our 6yo daughter. Amazing milkshakes, excellent coffee and more lunch than any of us could manage. Plus a huge selection of creative brownies, we took one away each. Such kind and friendly staff too. Would highly recommend, and I'll definitely be stopping in here again next time I'm near Ross

We are an Australian couple who love our barista coffees and for past few months been travelling around Britain and looking out for cafes for a good coffee and nice atmosphere. We were very lucky we found Victoria’s as we walked around Ros-on-Wye last week. Great coffee, great atmosphere & great service. So much so that when we thanked them for our excellent coffees - a couple of flat whites - oat & regular “just like home” strong, not boiling and smooth as they told us they had worked in cafe/s in Australia 🇦🇺…

Superb sausage sarnie, delightfully decadent slab of chocolate brownie and a tea. Sorted. Even their Spotify play list was good. Sounded like they'd nicked my CD collection.

Awesome for breakfast and the occasional burger night! Breakfasts are consistently fantastic and we’ve just been to one of their burger nights. Epic! Easily the match (or better?) of Beefy Boys - which, if you know, means an awesome burger!

Called in just before closing time but were still made very welcome. Helpful, friendly staff and my wife says it's the best banana loaf she's ever had.

Amazing food and lovely people! I had a brunch that I sometimes do for myself, but now have learned some more tricks to make it even better, as these guys trumped mine! I'm also not a coffee nerd, but the decaf mocha is incredibly good. Absolutely recommend as I do like my food and what we had was, frankly, fantastic. Great job guys.

I ordered a tuna toastie but this is not a toastie. This is tuna on toast and I cannot eat it with my hands. It requires a plate. I tried picking it up to eat it and the topping just slid off🥺

Best brunch/lunch place I visited this year. Didn’t managed to take nice pictures, because food looks too good and you just want to eat it. Portions are massive and taste is amazing. Tried tuna toast and mushroom sandwich from specials. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely find, cosy, friendly and delicious brunch food. The eggs and avo on toast were very tasty and hearty, lovely little touches in addition, such as the salad leaves, seeds and crispy bits. One of us doesn’t usually like hash browns, but upon trying the ones from here, was a convert! Soft and properly cooked on the inside, beautifully crisp and not too salty. Proper coffee and know how to make a good short. Great atmosphere. Thanks!

What a wonderful little coffee shop! Lovely staff and friendly patrons, who opened the door for me (I had a pram) but I’m actually here to tell you about the MOST DELICIOUS Brownie I’ve ever tried!! So moist and gooey! Definitely my new favourite place for a brownie hit!!

Had a Christmas deal on the turkey sarnies and also went this Saturday for Pizza, great food service and atmosphere highly recommended for a small local independent and will be returning

Best breakfast in Ross-on-Wye, OK so it's not the cheapest but it's most definitely the best which makes the price fair, but for me it woukd be a treat rather then a regular visit. All local produce and of the highest qauilty, really very tasty. I can't eat eggs so Made some sawps which they where very welcome to changing and did so kindly, (thank you) The beans where so so so hot and I burnt the roof of my mouth, where as the rest went cool very quickly but still it tasted amazing, even if it was difficult after burning my mouth 😅 Coffee again local and very good indeed, I'm not a massive fan of the cup the coffee comes in and felt it went cold quickly but still it tasted amazing. The building is beautiful and nice music too, the toilet is nice and offers free products , see the photo and even had some mens body spray, the towls where wet from lots of people washing hands, at least people are washing but be good if staff could check the towls now and again. Over all brilliant place and we'll worth a visit. Thank you ( the best breakfast in Ross-on-Wye)

Been here a couple of times now and everytime I have left feeling very satisfied. The quality of the ingredients are hard to come by but Victoria's definitely has it right. A small place but a nice atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Never been before but we stood outside in the rain and it looked busy so we thought that's a good sign. Seating upstairs, quite eclectic decor, kinda grandma meets insta, very cosy and plenty of space between tables. The coffee was quality, hot choc creamy and smooth and the food, OMG, it was delicious!!! The bf had a hash brown sandwich cos he was intrigued and loved it and I, unusually for me, had eggs and avo, the seeds and balsamic and tomatoes it came with all made it a very very tasty choice. Staff friendly and efficient, would 100% recommend and return.

Very cosy place. Enjoyed a brunch. When we arrived it was quite busy (we were told orders could take more than 30min). The coffee (cappuccino) was ok. But the sandwiches were great. Overall it was worth the wait. Still surprised that without all tables being filled, the kitchen cannot keep up.

Just popped in for a bit of lunch and wow delicious. I had the Victorias fry which was gorgeous and my partner had the eggs and smashed avocado and she said it was amazing. Also I recommend the iced lattes with caramel syrup 👌. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly also.

My new favourite cafe in town. I dislike paying money for rubbish coffee, so when I tried the coffee here, I was very pleased, it was great! The food was delicious and well presented with good customer service. There's only two things I think they could improve on - Later opening hours, maybe with some community evenings/music :-) and it was hard to get the round table close enough to the pew due to a raised edge in the floor (something minor). Looking forward to trying their cakes next time I go, as they looked tasty!

We are not local to Ross on Wye and stopped as a one off. The coffee was delicious, with very chocolaty hot chocolate, both nicely presented, in a comfortable room with friendly servers. Not sure we could have asked for more. I am glad we stopped there.

Just popped in for the first time, for cake and coffee. Great service, nice coffee and cake I literally can’t stop thinking about (almond bakewell croissant cake). Nice decor with a sophisticated yet cosy feel. Staff super friendly. Great to have somewhere like this down the bottom of town. Will be back!

Wow! Victoria's Coffee Shop is a must when visiting Ross on Wye. Service and coffee excellent, best hot chocolate I've had in quite some while......and as for the cakes! We had Crunchie Brownie and Aero Mint Rocky Road....absolutely yum! A fantastic independent, brilliantly quirky coffee shop, can highly recommend. Shun the coffee chain (Coffee#1....no offence) and walk a little further to Victoria's. I forgot my photo but took our empty plates and mugs....a good sign!

Have bought cakes here previously and also had lunch. Quality produce, so tasty and just a lovely quiet place to eat, drink or both. Just charming. Not a cheap eats place but fantastic quality.
