Vibes. Vegan kitchen & cafe in West Dorset

Went to Vibes for lunch after having it recommended by a couple of friends. The place itself is really nice , the music was great, and we were greeted like old friends by Hamsa the owner, even though it was our first visit. The coffee was very good and the food was excellent (we had the mushroom shawarma and a buddha bowl which featured the best falafel ever!). Hamsa and the team offer great vegetarian/vegan food with a warm welcome and really personal service. Very highly recommended!

We stumbled upon this place by accident when we were looking for Hamza’s famous food a bit after he moved locations. I cannot express enough how lovely this cafe is, the food is incredible. We come every couple of weeks for either breakfast/lunch or even just a takeaway coffee and they never fail to disappoint. The falafel is unreal and the service is always immaculate and lovely. I’m a coeliac and they have lots of gluten free options and are happy to make adaptions for me. The decor inside is cosy and the ambience is so warm. We cannot recommend this place enough!! :)

Stopped here as we were looking for a place for a cup of tea and possibly a slice of cake. However once we had sat down to enjoy the above we looked at the menu. Although a small menu it’s well worth the visit we shared a Buddha bowl which was amazing. Super fresh, wonderfully tasting and presented. The service is super friendly and was a joy to send a hour here.

Blown away by the incredibly delicious vegan food! If only we had a ‘vibes’ back home in Norwich! Outstanding food, service and VIBES! If you’re lucky enough to find yourself here then I’d definitely recommend the mushroom shawarma and battered shrimp… delish!!

We bobbed in for lunch as a big party of 8...it was fab. So friendly, nothing too much trouble, and the food was amazing. Our favourite was the monkey nut smoothie. Delicious!

I had a lovely breakfast at this cafe, the breakfast vegan wrap was absolutely delicious , the young waitress was so polite and made us feel so comfortable

Home made food. Fab atmosphere and service - looking forward to going back. we shared one meal but is soooo good im having my own plate next time

We went for a brunch here before a day out in Dorchester. Being vegan we absolutely loved this place, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding and I hope more people visit

A really lovely cafe. The food is so delicious, the drinks are amazing. Lots of lovely options, and you can tell that care and pride has gone into the food. The people working there are so friendly, warm and welcoming. It has such a calm and happy atmosphere. The decor is lovely too. Will definitely be back.

Service friendly and efficient. Food delicious. Beetroot latte incredible. Mushroom shawarma meal was a taste sensation, cant wait to return and try another of the dishes.

This place is so lovely! I can't believe it's been there since 2021 and I had no idea 😱 I went with my Mum and Step Dad and the food and drink was sublime. I had a monkey nut smoothie and a gluten free hummus and falafel wrap. I believe we were served by the owner and he was such a lovely, friendly and warm person. Me and my family will definitely be back and I can't stop recommending the place to people. It's so lovely, you must go!

Always such a relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful owners/staff, gluten free catered for. The trillionaire cheesecake is DIVINE! A wonderful selection of beautifully homemade wholesome vegan goodness.

I babysit my grandaughter ( aged 3) on occasion in Dorchester. This charming little cafe is an Amazing find! We have always been made to feel very welcome, especially my grandaughter, & we tend to sit outside at the prettily coordinated tables & watch the Dorchester world go by. Excellent welcoming staff, great vegan/ vegetarian choices, all attractively presented & good value for money, great prompt service. We cannot resist coming back. Loyalty card available & it only needs to be stamped 7 times before you can get your free drink! Cafe easy to locate & reach as near a bus stop too. You will not be disappointed!
