Pour un expresso c'est un expresso à l'image d'un café en Italie ! Le percolateur est impressionnant . Le service est assuré par de très jeunes gens peu qualifiés compte tenu des difficultés rencontrées par la serveuse pour séparer les blancs des jaunes d'oeufs afin de refaire de la pâte à gaufres qui d'ailleurs me fut servie avec un manque de cuisson . A leur décharge il s'agissait de la première de la journée !

ambiente muito gostoso... parei apenas para um lanche, mas gostei muito, recomendo a todos. foram bastante atenciosos.

Gran menú de desayuno en la orilla sur. Luego ampliamos a la pizza y pasta para el almuerzo. Gran comida fresca. muy bien presentada. Los camareros son amables y eficientes. Ambiente agradable. Un poco caro!

Se você estiver passeando e não quiser perder muito tempo para comer sugiro esse lugar, pois os lanches não demoram para ficarem prontos e você pode comer andando.

Um ótimo lugar para um lanche rápido, recomendo pois meus amigos me recomendaram e eu gostei muito do lugar.

Had a great meal ....the menu had something for everyone (even our fussy 14 year old ). I had the most fantastic ravioli which was sublime at a reasonable price ..I have to say the coffee was the best I have ever had ! .highly recommended

My wife and I arrived at Vergnano without a booking and were shown to a table promptly, the service was excellent, staff were attentive and the food was excellent. The starter arrived promptly, and the main course after a short wait, again staff were very attentive ensuring that wine glasses were kept full. The restaurant was busy as we arrived and remained so during the time we were there. many thanks indeed, we will most certainly visit again.

Went back to meet a friend and had lunch - just amazing - great ingredients, well prepared and the taste was exquisite. The coffee afterwards was as usual the best in London! Will lunch here more often.

Stopped in for a coffee which was amazing and ended up staying for cocktails and then dinner, all of which were great. If you love good, strong coffee then this place is a must. And as for their hot chocolate, it is fantastic - strong and thick, great mixed with an espresso. The food is also good value and great quality. I had a fabulous risotto and my friends ate pizza - the best they have had outside of Italy. A true little gem, well priced and great quality.

Delicious cocktails, warm atmosphere, great location right outside the Festival Hall, perfect for a post theatre drink. Food menu looked inviting.

Pizzéria assez agréable, mais sans plus. Le service est réalisé par des jeunes de toutes les nationalités attirés par la vie à Londres et l'ambiance est plutôt sympa. Bon... aller à Londres pour manger dans une pizzéria, c'est parceque nous étions pressés de rentrer à l'hotel et ne pas perdre des heures à trouver un resto... celui ci nous a servi vite ! Carte des vins, interessante et au final on s'est restaurés correctement.

Good restaurant open late. Went for post cinema hot chocolate and coffee after a show. Would love if they offered gluten free chocolate!

I had never heard of this Cafe/Restaurant, but was invited by an American business colleague to meet there, because of its proximity to Waterloo Station. At first I sat on the Terrace, which was a little bit cramped, and I had a beer, german, I think, but beautifully cold and refreshing in the temperatures now into their 30s. This was mid to late afternoon. The service was good, prompt, efficient, and helpful. The drinks menu seemed to have so many pages, it would take half a day to read!! I later went down to the restroom, and saw the extraordinarily decorated dining room, and wished I had been staying to dinner!! Next time, maybe. Having read the previous reviewers, I don't think it is bad as they paint, but every bar/restaurant/cafe has an off day from time to time. It is a risk of the trade, I know, I've worked it for over 50 years!!

Servizio all'Italiana e prodotto ultra collaudato in terra madre. Da oltre 40 anni. Ci mancava una caffetteria veramente Italiana e Piemontese, Solitamente sono le companies estere a fare la caffetteria italiana e mi duole molto vederne i successi. Quindi AUGURISSIMI A VERGNANO

Poor, unfriendly service. Cold coffee. We got the coffee for free at least after complaining about the service.

I've eaten here three times now - all after seeing the queues in the better known nearby chains. We've never had to queue.The downstairs area at the back is comfortable and smart, and have found the service and delivery to be attentive, pleasant and fast even on a Friday night. Nor does it appear to attract the noisy groups that gather in the neighbouring restaurants and it is not that much more expensive.I'm not terribly fussy when it comes to food or wine, but have found every dish I've eaten here to be more than satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the tagliatelle with beef strips.

Just stopped in for a coffee. The waitress had such a miserable expression and it took such a long time to get the coffees. When they did finally arrive, I'm afraid it wasn't worth the wait.There is a photo of Gordon Ramsey with the quote "The most sublime cup of coffee". I can only assume he got his coffee next door! Not recommended.
