Venue 5 in Hillingdon

We had an event in the banqueting hall recently and Vela and the entire Venue 5 team were great to work with. Very professional and reasonable, everything went smoothly...Vela and team were always just a phonecall away and they had decorated the hall very well. Food is always 10/10 so nothing to worry about out! Thanks again to the team for their fantastic support

The sauces were fron those big bottles you buy in bulk from Costco. Nothing original.. the food wasn't seasoned properly.. i reckon this place is going down hill.. the prices are central london style

Dear Management or seniors, I am following up on the review I posted regarding my wedding reception at your venue on August 25. Several months have passed, yet I have received no response, acknowledgment, or effort to address the serious concerns I raised. It is extremely disappointing to see my experience completely ignored. It is clear that Valy’s reputation has been prioritized over my event and the experience of my guests. I don’t understand why there seems to be more effort in protecting her than in addressing the fact that she mishandled our wedding day. Not only did her lack of professionalism disrupt our reception, but she also showed blatant disrespect toward my father-in-law, which is unacceptable. My wife also left a review, yet neither of us has received any response. This complete disregard for both of us shows a clear lack of respect and professionalism. It speaks volumes about how neglected this venue is when paying clients take the time to share their concerns, only to be met with silence. My guests still don’t know the full extent of what happened behind the scenes that day, but I do. And the fact that I’ve received no acknowledgment from your team only reinforces my concerns about how you handle customer service and accountability. At this point, I expect a formal response addressing these issues. Ignoring our concerns only damages the venue’s reputation further. The menu featured a variety of flavorful dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The staff , Khrishi, trushali and Ved was attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable meal.

Visit Venue5 on a Saturday night had to wait for starters for a bit as it was fully packed. Was definitely worth the wait as the food quality and service is absolutely amazing.

Just moved in the area.went there for drinks on Friday was really amazed by the bar Manager brazly as he made my favourite drink of the menu (mudslide)

Venue 5 is the best Indian restaurant in the london. Had a delicious meal! Specially chilly paneer and broccoli and crispy veg. Best part was the incredible and attentive service by Trushali- as She answered all our questions and the order was correct! Thanks to Trushali and Venue-5 Team.

Nice restaurant with great taste and service. If I were to split, starters are much better than the mains. Great service by Trushali. We will definitely visit again but will likely stick to starters. The manchurian was amazing but the same time the punjabi choley in mains were a let down. Good atmosphere and decor with right music.

Absolutely Fantastic!! Delicious food, very well priced and presented. Brilliant for families and couples as there are lots of choices of seats. Allan was really helpful when one of the dishes was a bit too spicy, he quickly substituted it out for a less spicy dish with no charge. Highly recommend this place to everyone, will definitely be eating here again! Thanks Allan!

Had a last minute booking which was squeezed in last minute. The waiter Allan was amazing and truly a real pleasure and very knowledgeable and recommended an amazing meal. Thanks Allan and will recommended you and your restaurante to everybody I know.

Both Pros & Cons. We had a party of 37 people and had a lovely time. Our servers, Trushali and Sam were attentive and helped with any additions and requests, such as adding an extra table. The menu had a variety and was tasty too. The only letdown was the DJ, not in terms of his skill but in the lack of professionalism. He proceeded to make inappropriate comments about the ladies on the dance floor and was flirting with them on the open mic, saying things such as, "I've got 2 kids; get off the dance floor if you want to talk further." I recommend changing the DJ for future success because he was the only letdown. The crowd is mostly Asian, and the bouncers and staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside of the venue but limited.

Recently did my mum’s 40th at a private room it was literally a gorgeous venue, the private room had a Dj included with 3 guys helping which were so sweet helping with the food and orders been taken.. loved the service 🩷

I was told by the local people in Ruislip that I made a big mistake booking at this venue 5 but I didn’t listen. Turned out to be true. 19 people table were given absolutely zero priority. Asked for a favourite song to be played and was completely ignored by DJ. He had no idea what he was playing. A joker. It was mainly for event organisers family and friends. Will never visit again. Put us in a Corner where we were promised center table. Complete lies and shame on you.

Wait Staff allan was attentive, warm and welcoming while serving a very tasty and presentable dishes he asked the appropriate questions...and attended to my drink needs swiftly.. most of the staff was friendly spl managers .highly recommended place

Food overpriced and not great Collection was poor experience.

The worst ever Thai Green Curry. It was a green mush. The vegetables included over cooked broccoli , cauliflower and a couple of green capsicums pieces. No taste at all. A terrible disappointment on new years eve and a waste of money.

Food was abysmal today . Was sent some rubbish noodles and chilli chicken in the name if indo chinese food . Neither noodles not chilli chicken had any salt or spice. The chef just added water to chilli chicken for sauce. Restaurant charges a premium rates but ends up serving sub quality food cos it’s takeaway. Extremely disappointed

Had an early bday dinner here at 5pm so quite quiet at this time. Was last here a few years ago and food was as good as before. The veggie starters we had were amazing but mains were average. A bit pricey here but worth it for special occasions.

Food was very delicious and mouth watering. Waiter, Allan, was very welcoming and friendly. Whole atmosphere was so relaxing and had a lovely evening with my family.

We ordered a take away from venue 5 for the first time through just eat, and it was the worst curry my wife and I have eaten. Very disappointed especially on my birthday

Butter chicken was to spicey hot, onion bhajia where soggy not crunchy, naan was of poor quality and noodles in methi curry, we where very disappointed as was 1st time we had used venue 5

Absolutely delicious food and great service. We went as a group and shared a range of starters and mains, as well as a delicious dessert. Every single dish we tried was amazing. All the meat was very tender and flavour filled especially the chicken based dishes and the ribs. The paneer (as a starter and in the palak paneer) was delicious. Also loved the peshwari naan and prawn curry! Chocolate samosas for desert were fantastic too. The venue has a lovely atmosphere and Trushali and Nishu who served us were very friendly and helpful. 0 star I had the unfortunate experience of attending a wedding hosted by family friends at this banquet hall, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with the service provided. As a professional in the industry, I was appalled by the poor level of care and professionalism displayed by the management and staff. The manager, Valy, was completely unfit for her role and lacked basic courtesy and respect for the event hosts. She and her staff seemed completely uninterested in providing proper service, and it was clear they had no understanding of hospitality standards. A major issue arose when Valy and her team secretly reserved food for themselves, leading to a severe shortage for the guests. We had ordered enough food for 100 people, yet fewer than 30 were able to eat, and the food ran out far too early. What made the situation even worse was Valy's blatant disrespect for the elderly. At one point, she actually flung the bill at the person who had booked and paid for the venue. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in an environment where respect and professionalism should be the norm. Since the event in August, there has been no attempt from the management to reach out, apologize, or resolve the situation. Not a single call or email has been made to address our concerns. It’s clear that this venue is poorly managed, and I would strongly caution anyone considering it for their event. The behavior of the staff was shameful, and the lack of accountability from the management is beyond disappointing. We are still waiting for an explanation and a resolution.

Valy, the floor manager, failed to demonstrate the necessary skills to manage the event effectively, leading to significant issues that marred our special day. To start, we were left with no food for our mains, despite having paid for a complete meal for 100 guests. The staff’s attitude was equally concerning. They repeatedly claimed there was no food left, only to later reveal that they had hidden portions in the kitchen for themselves. This lack of transparency was not only frustrating but felt deeply unfair, especially after we had invested a substantial amount for our celebration. Additionally, the serving portions were alarmingly stingy. In one incident, a guest requested an extra scoop of ice cream, only to be denied as the staff took the entire carton into the kitchen. This was just one example of the dismissive service we encountered throughout the evening. Valy’s behavior was particularly troubling. She showed blatant disrespect towards our guests, culminating in an incident where she flung a bill at my elderly father. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and the surrounding guests voiced their disapproval, stating that she was unfit for her role. Overall, our experience at Venue 5 was deeply disappointing. Valy’s poor management and the staff’s unacceptable behavior overshadowed what should have been a joyful celebration. I cannot recommend this venue for events, as it seems clear they are not equipped to handle them with the professionalism and respect that all guests deserve.

From warm lighting to intricate wall art, the setting immediately sets the stage for an immersive dining experience. Great music on a Saturday night from the DJ too! Appetizers We started with the classic lamb samosas, special paneer and chicken lollipop. The samosas were delightfully crisp, with a spiced meat filling that balanced heat and flavour perfectly. The chicken lollipop was juicy and infused with a smoky char, complemented by a tangy yogurt dip. The special paneer had it's own special spices which made it taste so good. Main Courses The karahi lamb curry was bold and beautifully balanced, with tender pieces of lamb and a sauce that had the perfect amount of heat. The spices were just right, allowing the flavours to develop with each bite. Paired with garlic naan, it was truly indulgent. Breads and Sides The garlic naan was fresh and pillowy, perfect for scooping up the sauces. The peshwari naan was fluffy and coconutty. Been coming here for several years now, food is amazing and service is next to none. Trushali served us and she was lovely and friendly and was really accommodating as we had a baby with us.

We have just had a wonderful dinner at Venue 5, largely due to the service by G1! We have been coming for years but have never had such an attentive, polite and considerate server. G1 was so lovely and I especially appreciate him accommodating our babies (as we asked for less of a gap between courses given kids aren't known for their patience!). The food was great as always :) But it does go to show, a great server can really make a dinner much more memorable!

Lovely venue with fantastic staff. We were served by Trushali who was both polite and efficient. The food was tasty and plentiful. I had the paneer biriani which was presented beautifully, the only downside for me was that it was mainly rice with some sauce whereas personally I would have preferred less rice and more vegetable curry. My friends had different dishes which they enjoyed. Overall, very good and I would recommend.

Went for dinner with family. All was going well till we were served non-veg curry ( we are vegetarian) . But the manager was very considerate and made sure our mains were re-done and served hot.

Discreet, professional and kind, Allan is a credit to this Restaurant, all the staff were great but Allan stood out with that unhurried, relaxed attention he so warmly bestowed on us.

We held mum's 65th birthday today and the service was amazing we were looked after by Trushali she was very attentive. The food was amazing we got given a section of the restaurant as we were a large group.

Wonderful experience yesterday Was worth coming from Norwich

Came here to celebrate a birthday and the food was excellent. And Hina, our server was very lovely and super accommodating to help us with a cake we brought for our celebrations.

Having looked at other venues, I decided to make a booking for a group of 45 Adults and 10 children for a late family lunch on Saturday 7th September. Had a meeting with Brazly to discuss the menu and costs. Brazley was very helpful and informative with the manu choice and seating arrangement. Krishi and all the waiters were very helpful and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely tasty and hit all the right notes for everyone. We will be back! 🥳 Jay
