Was only just warm, not usual standard

Not as good as usual, had chilli it was watery and tasted like vegetarian meat

I order a Donna and chicken kebab and the amount of Donna I got was terrible it’s was cold the pizza was horrible

Disgusting food finally arrived but order was wrong ordered a large donna kebab but got a tray of Donna meat with salad thrown on top not what we ordered Pizza was like rubber had to call 3 times to chase order Will never order from this place again

I moved into Yorkshire 6 years ago and had many just eat meals some ok and some that went into the bin, at last found good fresh, hot and tasty food

Overall food was good but I ordered a chocolate fudge cake with cream and instead was sent a box full of grated cheese. The cream was there though so that’s a plus

Both burger meals were just warm.

Chips were stone cold, the meat in the kebab was edible, but luke warm and the naans were hard from cooling down..Overall was a terrible meal.

Wasn’t happy that I had to wait so long and then the driver rang me and I had to walk right down the road to collect it. Pizza topping fell off pizza when trying to eat it not brilliantly warm either

Decent quality and great price, one of my go-to's for takeaways in Hudds.

Food was really nice, Peri Peri burger was a tad overcooked but still edible. Other than that everything was very nice

Great pizza, simply the best I have tasted, authentic base with lots of topping, nice burger, plenty of fries, will 100% order again and recommend to others.

after leaving a mixed review after using them for years I, naughtily had 2 deliveries this week. Both back on time, piping hot and delicious. Normal service is resumed.

Salad; tinned pineapple, no dressing, 90% onion, undrained lettuce swimming in water. Pizza soggy, topping slide off with every slice, not cut properly, but edible enough, warm, decent size.

Stone cold pizza soggy chips like they’d be driving round for half an hour

2 burgers ordered and they were delicious

Received the wrong pizza. Had too much cheese on it and it was pure oil. Not usually like this, disappointing

So first off the order was late I called the restaurant and they told me 5-10 mins had to call them again 20mins later to find out they had thrown the receipt for the order in the bin so still had to wait another 30 mins for the order to actually arrive

Also the guy dropped the food who came to delivery it and it was all in the bag

The food was absolutely disgusting! Swimming in oil I was starving and left the lot! Messaged to inform about this and been told there’s nothing I can do about it. I had to order another takeaway after as none of it was edible, will never order from here again and will be telling everyone I know never to either, horrebdous.

Beautiful no complaints I had kebab not greasy at all. hubby had chicken wrap he enjoyed it too everything nice and fresh. First time we have had a take away from here will definitely be having another one fully recomend 😆

We ordered two Pizza's and both were almost cold.

Absolutely abysmal. 45 minutes late, burnt chips, and no cheese on chips when i paid for it.

They forgot my sons chips and my sons chicken nuggets so I rang up and they sent some more which took an hour and a half to come leaving the rest of my food cold whilst I had to wait for my sons food further more this has now disturbed his routine leaving my son over tired and very hungry all because u forgot my nuggets and then took ages to bring them. Pizza was cold and had been crushed, chips were cold too. Venice used to be really good but last couple of times it’s been awful I hope it goes back to how it used to be, but I won’t be using it for some time

Absolutely rudeness from the delivery driver my friend ordered it for me it came to 13.50 for half pounder burger and 10 inch pepperoni pizza issued for 2 cans of coke he didn't bring them but was rude my friend phoned up and he said she didn't ask but she said she did and was rude and now got food pizza cold and burger and chips cold Absolutely discusting

Decent food and good meal deals but the staff are very rude, have made me and my partner feel very uncomfortable at times when picking orders up. Wouldn’t go alone as a woman.

Called this takeaway for a simple, uncomplicated order of just A margarita pizza and a kebab. The woman on the end of the phone said it would be a maximum of 40 minutes for delivery, three phone calls and an hour and 40 minutes (100 minutes) later, it still hadn’t turned up. Each time I called back the driver had just set off in a rude and cheeky manner without apology. Incapable of being honest and telling the truth to customers, DO NOT TRUST

Orederd a kebab was too salty to eat rung up straight away ,said would send something else wsited nearly 2 hours no food ,never again order from here .attitude too

I rang them for a takeaway and they started to threaten to come to my house and fight my friend over £1 portion of chips because my friend didn't want nan with his kebab he just wanted chips and they caused a scene. I wouldn't recommend

The best pizza in Huddersfield. Hands down. Not greasy, not doughy and amazing taste. You wont find better! Always good customer service and polite! *Edit, 2021 - July. Since the above, a pizza from here in Jan, Feb and then 3-4 weeks ago, really gone down hill lately :( so sad really because it used to be amazing but its verging on terrible now so i cant bare to order from here again :( the dough just isnt the same and the pizzas smell old and have a strange taste

Different sizes available for pizzas - even do a square pizza! Priced reasonably, friendly service. The only negative for me is the thin base I'm not sure if they do a thick base pizza but it still tastes good. No dining area just takeaway.

The food is really good the pizzas are best in HUDDS and the mix kebab is 💯💥 The staff are friendly iv been using this takeaway for a out a year and not 1 complaint on my behalf

Just had my food delivered it came really quick but all the chicken was disgusting mushy grease balls not edible at all, chips looked like all the left overs from the bottom of the fryer with no potato inside just crispy. Tried ringing the shop numerous times but they just let it ring out. Won't be ordering again.

Order a large portion of chips, he asked for £2.20. When I got the order was a very small portion to the money and I doubled checked with him if it's a large one. He confirmed this is the large portion. Comparing to any other takeaway, too expensive and a bad service. Definitely won't go again

Very upset they charge a quid for chilli on a side but it's free on the food when ask what sauce, have to pay a pound if want it in a tub doesn't make sense

Bought a tex mex salad and the chicken was raw!! I'd eaten a few pieces before I realised it was raw. AND I'm pregnant. Fuming! Won't be going back. There's no excuse for serving raw chicken!

Ordered my food at the telephone 23.35hrs was told half hour.. got to 00.30 decided to ring up to check where said food was... no reply at the telephone... absolutely shocking service and we are regular customers and several times a week... will not be using again shame on you venice... we will spread the word... hope you see this. The food is normally of a good standard however..hence we use regularly

Usually prompt and food great. Tonight however I was told 45 minutes for my delivery, phoned at an hour, and was told it would be soon. Arrived over an hour and a half after ordering, wrong drinks, delivery driver incapable of maths or having right change and pizza nearly cold. I do not mind waiting, I hate being lied to. If you are too busy, don't take orders.

Great tasting donner kebab kits, but stingy on the portion size. My friend really enjoyed his chicken and lamb kebab. I'm going to come back here again.
