No stars now have sickness and diarrhoea will never get anything from here again

Second time I have ordered here. Pizza is really nice. And their roast potatoes are to die for. Definitely with garlic mayo on them. . You have got my custom every time. . Really enjoyed my food and always feel full every time. . Thanks again from Mosbrough/ Westfield Crescent .

Ordered a deep pan 16 pizza & large fries shocking pizza like a bus ticket ordered large fries enough for one feel cheated price wise shall not go back

Ordered from here for years since I lived in Eckington. Pizza always top notch, fresh and tasty. Hard to find a better takeaway pizza in the area.

Just ordered fungi pizza, tomato base very thin, mushrooms very little ordered extra onion and spinach and again very little ingredients cheese the dominant part...very disappointed

Absolutely the best pizza's in Eckington. The guys in the shop are helpful and friendly and now that we've tried this place we won't go anywhere else.

Just try a pizza from Venice and compare with the rest in eckington . Venice are way ahead in taste . Highly recommend them .

3 hours late, sent to wrong address, promise of free garlic bread that was not sent, wedges sent instead of roast potato's, cheap cheese sauce instead of grated cheese as requested. Avoid at all costs

Call them to enquire about an allergen to got told. Not to bother ordering If we have allergies absolutely discussing

Shocking 😡 food cold when phoned all they they said its busy to top it of I only had £20 order was £9:80 delivery man didn't have no change so he said he will bring it me up soon I placed order at 5 past 7 they said 45 mins delivery food deliverd at 8 so not bad 2hr 15mins my £10 has just been dropped of when I phoned up several times again they said they were busy 🤬 will not order from them again

Absolutely shocking delivery service. Doesnt warrant 1 star really. Ordered tonight at 18:40. Its now 20:24!! I rang at 20:02 and was told that its on its way! Now 20:26. Still not turned up!!! I know its Saturday night but this shocking! This has happened on numerous occasions. Come on Venice sort it out. Not the way to treat regular customers👎 very angry now

Delivery Driver was sound which earnt a star, although he did try run off with my receipt, id say the food was a generous 3/10 meaning the chef was very beginners level ...it was a very dry and bland experience for me

Nice and friendly staff. Brilliant food. 99% of the time orders delivered on time. And if you unhappy with something. They listen. And correct it. As when I first started ordering from this place their kebab meat was disgusting. After telling them they changed that supplier. And I have never had horrid meat again. Thank you venice pizzeria if you see this review I want a free chilli and garlic sauce lol

Great food and not too expensive, been going most weeks since Christmas 2020, can recommend the Calzones and the cheesy tomato Garlic Bread, staff always helpful even bring out to the car to avoid waiting on the shop. Definitely be going back.

Been ordering from them for over 6 years and they deliver excellence 98% of the time. Piping hot food gorgeous pizzas amd well keep ordering from them years to come, if they arnt open for any reason well be having beans on toast. If your first experience is bad with them, give them a chance.

Ordered a calzone which we normally order often from them but they have gone downhill lately, hardly anything in our calzone and charge £9 for it, can get way more for that from a takeaway down the road from them and better quality. Wont let anybody I know in eckington or surrounding areas use them again so that's atleast 50 to 70 customers lost in this current climate, good luck!

Cold pizza,long delays and bad customer service. Food was 50 min later than stated delivery, when I rang up after it was 15 min late I was told it was next and it wouldn't be long.the staff had no care that it was late, no compensation was offered due to the hour delay and the food was luke warm when it arrived, there is better and quicker places you can get pizza locally.never ordering from them again,

Original order said delivery would be 18:50, didn't turn up by 19:00 so requested update via Just Eat website, text said it would be here by 19:15, it didn't turn up so called restaurant, restaurant said it would be 5 minutes until delivery. Finally arrived at 19:50 whilst calling Just Eat who offered a mere £5 credit for inconvienence 😡👎

Wish I could give it a zero star. Just been for chops n cheese sauce n a kebab. Absolutely disgusting I've binned it after 2 mouthfuls. Tried saying my order was ready yet was missing the chips n cheese sauce. Joke absolute joke first n last time surprised there still trading. Go to magic pizza next door absolutely amazing

Been customers for more years than l can remember but tonight will be the last time. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for 3 kebabs to be delivered and when we unwrapped them there were no grilled vegetables on them, some of the chicken was that thin it was crunchy, the lamb ( was it really?) was tough and there were 3 small pieces of each meat on each kebab. Poor value for money at over £22

Disgusting pizza shop had pizza an kids meal kebab meat rock hard pick it up at 11.30 at night though they shut at 12 so waited to ring the next day because we not from round there got more mouth of staff than a little an also told us to go though our bin to take them the food back absolutely disgusting never order again

Refused to deliver as on previous order they forgot things so i complained.

Absolutely appalled. Ordered £15 worth of food for delivery, they say it'll be here by 7:10pm, but nothing shows up. Check the just eat app at 7:30 to see it had been delivered... Call them to ask what's happened, and I'm on the phone for 10 minutes only to find out that they delivered it to the wrong address which is half way down the road. They apologise and say they will send another one. But this is stupid. They won't throw any freebies in for wasting an hour and a half of my time. Not happy one bit. The managed to confuse a grown, single 22 year old male for a middle aged woman with a child. They then deliver a pizza that is half burnt.
