The cheesy chips are like blocks of ice and there was a clump of cheese plopped on the top and it nearly broke my children’s teeth

Pizza is rushly made and disgusting the garic bread is like crusty toe nails and the cheese on the chips is hard and manky

Nobody answering phone. Been phoning for 30 mins. Just answer phone and give an explanation why. I would gladly have fetched it myself if they are struggling. Time to find another pizza place now.

The food used to be really good. They were having a bad day or a change of staff. Killamarsh Killer was tasteless, sorry 😐

Been ordering from this place for a while. The food is always decent in my experience. The big issue is that deliveries are often be late, of up to 2+ hours!

We have delivery and the food is consistently lovely. The cheese in the cheese filled crust pizzas is like no other we've ever tasted,really delicious. The chicken kebabs are chunks of grilled marinated chicken with good fresh salad and choice of nan or pitta bread. Want some now!

Charge 50p on top of your order to pay by card, but don't tell you before hand ! Menu shows make your burger into a meal deal for £2.00 extra, but then don't provide the full meal deal, onion rings missing, the till doesn't acknowledge the "make your own meal deal" so there's nothing they can do and won't make it right, won't be going again even tho the food was nice enough, it's the principal and in killamarsh there's lots of other options.

Menu price was £20.5 however charged £26! Not happy as was told their “prices go up every day and that’s how it is” Awful service. Long waits. Not worth the money and overall a poor experience. Would not recommend. Do not expect to pay the prices as advertised!

Cant even take a order constantly reciving the wrong food then when you complain about it the staff turn nasty and rude do you self a favour and dont order from hear

Ridiculously long waiting time for the order, when the order came 2 of the 4 items were wrong. Rang to inform and ask if the wrong order could be collected and the correct order to be sent. To be told no no the order is right. Second phone call from a "manager" who was rude and unprofessional basically said eat the wrong order and be happy. Phone call number 3 we asked to return the food and have a refund as we would be ordering from somewhere else, oy to be abused down the phone! Husband had to take the wrong order back to the shop for a refund Obviously been taken over since we last ordered. Give this place an extra wide birth

Nicest takeaway I've ever been to, everything tastes spectacular! The Garlic Bread Suprema with Hot Dog crust is my favourite item, wraps also very nice. Drivers usually very friendly as are the staff on the phone. Prices very fair and portions are great. Looking forward to my next order already!

Chicago pizza you have so let us down tonight! Last week no problem but tonight ordered a 1/2lb chicken burger and only got 1/4lb!! Also ordered a chicken shish wrap with hot chilli sauce and salad - well no sauce and only lettuce for salad (no problem with salad last week or sauce!) Very disappointed ☹ oh and had to ring back as she said order would be upto 45 minutes so what time do you go and collect!!??? ☹

Ordered from this place on New Years & hands down it is the best pizza I have had in years. My friends even decided to pick up 2 more the following day, they were that good! Everything was made fresh with great quality. It reminded me of pizzas from New York & Chicago. If you're looking for soul food this is your spot.

This place is amazing!! It reminds me lots of Rome and little Italy. The staff are all super sweet and friendly always helpful with choosing orders. I've also been to the store a few times as its always very clean and smells delicious. The food is affordable and a great price for the quality you receive. The staff are always very quick with delivery, the driver is also very sweet. Loved my experience with them. Highly recommend!

BEST PIZZA EVER! Me and my family were wondering in Sheffield & discovered Chicago pizza, a super cool and colourful square with the amazing pizza place, Homeslice! We walked in because the place looked too cool and we noticed two people walking out with large boxes of pizzas with American style. The place is super clean and has over 10 variations of pizza's on their menu. The dough is so thin and crispy, just like the perfect pizza should be! We had a slice of veggie with a garlic base pizza (yummmm) Both were amazing. They also have some great special beers which were awesome with the pizza! Last Friday we returned with some friends on a night out (we booked a large order of 5 pizzas - we all loved them everything was cooked fresh. The Onions were great, and flavours were all rich. They also cook this delicious bread with tomato paste, way better than anything i've had in Italy. Me and my Partner are hoping they open up a store in London as it tastes too good! Definitely recommend this place.

Orderd food 20 mins delivery 1 hour 15 mins later still no pizza phoned twice fobbed off then decided to turn up obviously with a pizza that’s been stood over an hour nice

We have used this place a lot & quite frankly I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The service is spot on - delivery is usually early, sometimes on time, but never late. The food is consistently piping hot, properly cooked & absolutely delicious. On the very, very rare occasion they do make a mistake it’s dealt with swiftly & they can’t apologise enough. We have tried other pizza outlets but non come close to these guys. Many thanks for great food & service 👍

Excellent pizza :) clean premises

Ordered for first time 2nite, ordered nan bread meals we got it with pitta bread, put my pitta in with salad so the pitta wasnt worth eatin as it was all soggy, and as for the chips (terrible) not a nice experience at all. First and last time.

The staff/chef are rude food I'd vile

Very fussy about where I order my takeaways From but the zinger burgers and wraps from this place are absolutely amazing, never disappoints!!

As tasty a pizza as you will find, decent prices too.

Very rude and unhelpful staff! My first order with this takeaway and yet the owner thought I was wasting his time asking me where my order was after it was over 1 hour late. I explained I had children waiting to eat yet his reply was "come and collect your order if you want desperately" AVOID!!!!!

Update - This has been taken over by new management - the dough isn't fresh, they've already altered the menu for the worse and ingredients have changed! I really don't understand why, it's always been the best Pizza place for miles around - RIP Chicago Pizza. New owners obviously don't care about the food or the community - just the profit.

Should expand to towns and cities, too many people are missing out on the best pizzas in the world
