Well I ordered 2 kebabs asked for them both with no salad turned up with salad they refused to send a replacement because they thought they where being cleaver by putting the salad underneath the bread witch is no good as I am allergic to onion so definitely won't order another kebab with them

Great food as always. We always get a pizza so I can’t comment on the rest of the food but we have always been happy the chips are also seasoned well.

The pizza we ordered arrived hot and was fresh and very tasty. Each pizza had a generous amount of toppings and we all agreed we would definitely order again. Also a friendly, chatty delivery driver which was a bonus.

Awful food. Cheesy chips under cooked, potato still hard. When I called up to try and resolve it I was greeted very rudely and told to phone back another day. I’ve been using these for 3 years now but tonight is the last time I’ll be using them.

order from here regularly and the pizza was great as always and the chips and cheese where hot and crispy. but the garlic bread (first and last time ordering this) was very disappointing, didnt taste of garlic and was dry and bland.

Delivery was very late. Also had items missing from the order. No bottle of Pepsi and a portion of chips. Very unusual as they are usually really good. Just disappointed tonight.

Food was cold, driver was late and very ruce.

Unfortunately the food was really disappointing, everything was only just warm, the chips were stale and inedible I feel like they had been microwaved. The burger had rock hard bits of gristle in it like little stones I’m surprised it didn’t break my tooth couldn’t eat it after that. And my partners meal didn’t come with the can of pop it was supposed to. :(

Absolutely love their carbonara with spaghetti. Always arrives piping hot in the time frame given. My husband enjoyed the beef lasagne. Will definitely order from again

food was not hot. had to pick up from two doors down street even tho I put postcode and left a pin on Google maps. it was pointless trying to explain to the delivery people. they didn't speak good English

The food from Venezia is always spot on. The best pizza we have found since moving to the area. Also love that they offer something different to other takeaways with their lasagne and pasta. Portion sizes are huge and a lasagne would easily feed both of us.

Salad was very soggy and so was not very nice. There wasn't much blue cheese and the walnuts were missing. Worst salad ever. Unfortunately I ordered 1 for tomorrow as well 🫤

Food was two hours late and wasn't worth it when it eventually showed up. Pasta was fine, mostly plain, but the chicken in the wrap was hard as a rock and the salad was wilted and awful. Customer service offered no explanation for why it took so long. The only saving grace was the delivery driver, who was absolutely lovely.

Phoned soon after ordering to change one of the items and this was done without any issue. Food arrived over half an hour earlier than expected and yet he apologised for being late! Absolutely delicious once again!

We ordered takeaway from here as it had gluten free pizza available! Which was great for my celiac aunty. Very highly recommended as she says it was one of the best GF pizza that she has had! The other pizzas were all great too, very tasty, quick service and friendly staff.

Delivery took too long. Missing my pot of sauce. Driver completely ignored the delivery instructions - I asked for them not to knock on the door because the kids were in bed, but she knocked anyway and woke the kids up. The food was lukewarm when I received it. Very poor. Not happy in the slightest.

Had both the pizza and the Donna kebab. Both are beautiful In my opinion. Best kebab meat within a 5 mile radius. Friendly staff and great servce

For somewhere with such good reviews this place was awful. Carbonara had no seasoning at all, just pasta smothered in bland creme freche and a few slices of ham. Fair enough maybe some grated parmesan was expecting too much, but at least add some salt and pepper so it tastes of something at least. Lasagna was mush. Admittedly we ordered the wrong one (ordered just a 'cheese lasagne' which was our mistake, not the restaurants) but I mean it was literally just curdled cheese-mush with one sheet of pasta somewhere inside. Garlic bread is 90% rubber cheese. But the fries were good! So solely that knocks it up to 2 stars. Maybe this place does decent pizzas, but the pasta's dire. Avoid it.

Ordered food tonight off the app but unfortunately you can’t leave a review on there. Ordered a kebab with a naan no salad, no sauce, that didn’t show up the 1st time, when rang back to speak about it and get them to send a new one, I got told I can’t understand, my manager will ring in 5 minutes. Fine okay. Spoke to the manager re-ordered, for it to be wrong a second time. Covered in salad and sauce. To get it wrong once is a mistake, but twice is just ridiculous. Never usually had a problem. Will be taking my service elsewhere!

Disappointed. Asked for no bacon as I don’t like it and meatballs instead but I got loads of bacon and no meatballs. Normally a very good service, so it’s a shame I had to pick it all apart to take all the bacon out.

Ordered our food at 17:50 was meant to be with us by the latest of 19:10, that time passed so I requested an update… with then said 19:40. Our food still hadn’t arrived by 20:00! I requested a refund which was denied, I could t ring the restaurant as the phone was off the hook… so I drove to the restaurant where the staff were extremely unhelpful and very very rude.

Burnt Tasteless Burgers, with missing thousand island sauce.. the main part of the burgers we ordered.. Lasagne, no sauce in between layers just tasteless and boring.. order arrived 30 mins late.. complete waste of money

Very disappointed with food, we spent over £20 on salads which were brown and did not contain all ingredients as outlined on the menu. Very very disappointing. Also collected for time restraints but was not ready when arrived and had to wait in the restaurant for a long time. Very disappointed with this experience as enjoyed previously.

Scheduled a delivery for 7:35pm and it came over an hour early, we sent it back because not everyone was home from work. They resent the same food from earlier back out reheated up. it's disgusting. soft wet fries, cheese on the pizza is dry and hard, the base is tough and hard to get through. We have been using this place since it first opened. never again after this service.

The ceasar salad has two tiny thin sliced of tomato and the rest was just chopped up lettuce and onion. No cucumber or decent amount of tomato. The garlic mushrooms were about 4 mushrooms sliced up. They forgot my chips then took over a hour to deliver them. Wouldn't use them again.

Not as good as it used to be.. ingredients missing and they use skin on fries instead of the paprika seasoned fries they were once famous for.. sad as they were my go too local pizza place

Food came cold yet again Rang last time and they was rude but did bring fresh food Rang this time and asked how long it would be and just got rude answers and the phone put down Understand it’s busy but we order from this place because the food is normally nice and spend a fair amount there but the last few times have been heavily disappointed by the food and the rude customer service. It’s a shame because it is a nice place too order but the last few times have been disgusting.

Used to be my favourite place to order. Food quality has dropped considerably in the last year or so. And the “coke” doesn’t taste anything like coke. It’s labelled in polish cans. The chips used to come with lovely piri piri salt on them, they don’t anymore. The pizzas are dryer every time we order and the burgers are plain and tasteless. This will probably be the last time I order from here. Shame really.

I was an idiot and ordered to the wrong address but I got a call from the driver for the actual address and it was still delivered very fast with great service, I really appreciate it, me and my friends order relatively recently, good prices, very good service, and yummy hot food! :))

Took 1hr 45 mins for delivery rang up after estimated delivery time, they said user hadn't sent my order through and to complain to user, just won't bother ordering from either again!

First time ordering from you, was ok, the only bad thing would be that I ordered the Santa Fe chicken wrap and I selected on last option about fresh chilli the option regular, I don’t know if the regular recipe supposed to be hot, but I had fresh chilli instead, which I shouldn’t have, and was extremely hot, I ordered for someone who doesn’t like spicy 🌶 thing and he couldn’t eat, I like usually spicy food, and I tried to see if he’s telling the truth and unfortunately it was too hot 🥵 😖
