High quality very thin crust sourdough pizza made with great care and great flavor. Tonight I had the “lunch on the grass “ and it was sublime. A skeleton crew means sometimes they don’t operate like a machine but don’t let that put you off - real food, real people and gorgeous sourdough pizza - the way it should be.

Never been disappointed with Velo bakery products, whether it's the weekend pizzas or fresh bread, all are expertly made and so delicious! Marc uses high quality produce including a lot of local veggies and meats, and you can tell with the quality of the finished product! Pop in for a Friday or saturday night pizza, you won't be disappointed!!

Tried Velo for the 1st time tonight, due to Box Pizza closing down(real shame). Both pizza were amazing and we will be back next week. Thank you.

The best fresh-baked sourdough muffins and bagels you could hope for, and the best pizzas you'll ever have. Perfect dough and the topping flavours are excellent, no doubt for the quality of local ingredients used and the care put into their creation. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing!! Best pizza in all of Europe. Would definitely recommend. Great service and staff as well. They are moving soon so I can’t wait to see the new environment in the Stroud town centre.

Very sad these guys have moved from the Brewery, Marc & his team cannot be replaced 😉 Finest Pizzas ever, best dough (you will Never leave any crusts!) and good, deceptively ‘simple’ fillings made with love.. And only 5 mins walk from the Brewery too! 👌🏽

These are the best pizzas ever. Super nice bases and rich toppings. It was a bit tricky to find their bakery since they moved from the Brewery to their Bakery a bit further along the same road. But once there we got the same friendly staff and awesome pizza's. Luckily there were still a few sourdough loaves and some croissants left when we got there. Back soon

Best sourdough in the area. Pizza is great too, if only they were bicycle wheel size though!
