Came here 6/12/22, food tasted like absolute cardboard. Gent on the till did not offer a new batch. Was cold, poor service and very very slow. Would have more luck cooking it my damn self ! Don’t go here

Horrible horrible place. Avoid at all costs!!! Food is so mediocre and takes about 3 hours to arrive. Called the restaurant and the person who answered was extremely RUDE and cut the phone on me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Giving it 1 star. Wish I could give half star. I read the reviews and seen the warnings and decided to give them a chance. I've ordered from them before from uber Eats multiple times and each times the food arrived late like all reviews on every occasion and each time I've been let down. Don't bother ordering from this place. Expect your food to come late and cold with items missing and when you try and call them they don't answer. You've been warned.

What a shame, not even worthy of one star......food was super late, cold, items were missing and everything just didn't seem to be cooked properly? Tried calling multiple times and the didn't answer. When food arrived the delivery lady said she had dropped the drink and one had exploded, the other looked as if it was about to explode.....I wonder if she had dropped the missing items too?? I will never be ordering from here again. Uninspiring food, steer clear and avoid disappointment....

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a small simple meal through Uber Eats at 20.30... Was told order should arrive between 21.20-21.40... at 21.50 after 4 Calls the restaurant finally answered, owners clearly didn't care. It arrived at 22.05 and food was cold fries soggy, and the can of drink was warm. Just awful. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Placed an order on UberEats, and they cancelled my order an hour later, no communication, no nothing. Basically a joke, do not order from here.

Was really excited at first going to a vegetarian and vegan takeout, but the time it took was about 2 hours, and the food was cold. The portion sizes of the wraps were tiny and overpriced and the chips were very soggy. Stay away from this place.

I really should have read the reviews first! Got an update to say Food has arrived, more than 2 hours after my order was placed 😕 💀 Never got it and nobody outside. Nobody answers the phone. W. T. F????? Disgusting service..hopefully will get refunded by Deliveroo! Their low 2.8 star rating is appropriate!

I would give them 0 stars or even in the minus if possible! We placed an order via Ubereats, the restaurant then added additional time on delivery just after placing which would have been just short of two hours wait. We called the restaurant immediately to question why it would take so long as they are local and if there was any way to get the food quicker as the time frame made no sense. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and did not want to hear a word I was saying, he didn't let me finish speaking- he spoke over me telling me that he would be cancelling the order and cut the phone off. Next thing you know, we receive an email from Uber saying that the order had been cancelled and that we'd be charged as the food had already been prepared. Firstly, what an absolute lie and secondly, how is it justified to cancel an order, not provide the food but charge for it anyway? Uber needs to stop collaborating with these disgusting scam artists or be willing to pay the price when issues arise, which as of now they are not. They're just as bad as they can see the order was cancelled by the restaurant yet not willing to refund the customer.

I was a bit shocked when I googled the place to leave a review... my experience is totally different than the most: we had great food! we got a Too Good To Go Box and for £4 we got hot veggie pizza, the best fries I've had in a while and an amazing milk shake! it was a collection instead of a delivery, which could be one of the factors to consider in regards of how warm/fresh the food was. It is a very tiny shop that was surrounded by delivery drivers but we only had to wait 5 minutes. Would definitely give it another go in the future!

Would not recommend using “Too Good To Go” for orders. Very disappointing bag of goods, 1 wrap and 4 onion rings for approximately £6! Definitely not worth it!

Wow. Food took 2 hours to arrive, I only ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and fries. All of it was freezing on arrival, fries were floppy and wet and barely cooked. Pizza was pretty tasteless. We had to reheat it all in the microwave to make it edible. As a vegetarian I want to support meat free businesses but how can I when the food is like this? I’m really sorry but veggie master need to up their game.

Loved the food from here. Order it quite often now. Very happy there is a nice Vegan fast food restaurant in Birmingham now. Highly Recommend.

Placed an order, said they were preparing it and it would arrive between 6:55 and 7:15, at 7:20 they cancelled my order so I asked why and she said that Uber cancelled it despite their Uber page saying they use their own drivers so tracking was unavailable. I asked why they waited so long to cancel my order and she then told me she would send my delivery out and it would be another 40 minutes. 50 minutes later, still no order so I phone again and this time she said I would have to re - order it, something she neglected to mention the first time around. Absolute waste of time, wouldn’t bother ordering again

AVOID AVOID!!! This place is shocking, keeps you waiting for your food for hours and hours + gets the order wrong. Spend your money somewhere else! Don’t waste your money and time on this cheap place. Owner came to deliver the food and told me don’t order from Us again!! This is the customer service I got! I wish this place close down soon.

Shitt 3 hour wait and after cancel my order

Food was over two hours late. Staff were extremely dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to call about the status of the order. Food was obviously stone cold after it had arrived, and was of a very low quality. Delivery boy wasn’t even sorry. Pizza was absolutely rubbish, clearly smaller than 12 inches we were supposed to get, cut badly and the amount of toppings on it was pathetic. The milkshakes we ordered were disgusting and tasted like flavourless milk. We couldn’t tell the difference between our two flavours (Kinder Bueno and Peanut Butter). Avoid this shoddy business, they clearly have no standards or respect for customers.

Not worth ordering from here food doesn't arrive. Whenever I called they just came up with random lies. If you can't maintain standards doesn't mean you can say anything randomly.

Food was well over an hour late, all completely cold which really affected the quality. Couldn't eat it. Its a shame because as a vegan there isnt much option so thought i would try this place but definitely not worth it.

Not gonna lie it was very delicious. I couldn't believe that an vegan burger tastes excalty like and chicken burger. I'll definitely come back for more. Well, I recommend you guys to try and Vegan Chicken burger with Peri Chip.

After a mix up with just eat, I spoke to them over the phone and they were really nice and helpful. A guy called cash came and dropped off my food himself. Thank you guys do much

Food was over 2 hours late indian women put the phone down on me n then refused to pick up the phone ordered a wrap fries and milkshake the milkshake was already open with the straw in it in which many people could of breathed on it 💯 disgusting I threw it all in the bin, the lady on the phone was rude

Please don’t order from calzone pilgrimage, it’s fake. It took 3 hours deliver and no response when I called take away. My worst experience in my whole life. I had to throw my complete food in the bin. Worst calzone I ever had. They don’t worth a single star.

I have no photos to share as my food did not arrive. I understood it was a busy night and driver problems. So I waited. After waiting an hour after the original arrival time the driver refused to deliver the food. The restaurant refused to resolve it. Being late other restaurants were closed or not taking any new orders. I wish they had been up front and cancelled sooner. Once I waited almost two hours late for them to deliver a cold order and was asked to rate them. I didn’t. Now I am. Your food may not arrive if you order from here. Beware.

Great falafel burger and chunky fries as cheat meal on night out when restaurants are closed - at least you will get warm fresh food and it’s veggie too.

Amazing food been vegan for last 3 years but best vegan food ever . Staff is amazing served me quite late and made everything fresh for me I have never had vegan chicken as good as this one . If you are vegan or vegetarian this is the place . Well done guys

Some of the nicest guys in town, really polite, clear with the menu and even served us after their closing time as a gesture of good will. Food was 10/10, especially the chicken burger which was so moist considering vegan chicken ends to be dry. and their cod pieces were insane! Thank you all, and we're grateful you are now our regular vegan place.

I had food from veggie master city centre, The staff there was really friendly as was the food. I told them I was really hungry and wanted recommendations and I am extremely happy with the kebabs and the sides they recommended. Will definitely go there again.

Food is ok but they repeatedly get the order wrong, have twice now given us dairy cheese pizza when we’ve ordered vegan, and they don’t seem to care at all or say sorry when we’ve had to return food

Ordered from this place 3 times. First 2 times were good but the 3rd time they got the order wrong and didn’t cut the pizzas. Please guys, some care, consider and consistency would be nice.

I ordered 3 burgers and a pizza. The Pizza has an excessive amount of salt on it which ruined it. The veggie special burger had no salad looked bland. Plus the health and safety in that place is not great, poor staff.

I ordered food at 6:30pm when we got hungry, half an hour later we asked when the food is coming and i said the app says it should come soon. An hour goes by and i call the store for them to say sorry another 45 mins! I asked if the food has started cooking and they said no! Immediately i told them i'd need to cancel the entire order as it's far from acceptable. They said they'd cancel from their end. This is where buyers need to be aware...! They CHARGED my Uber Eats account and put it down as delivered !!! As you can imagine my frustration on top of everything. I've now resolved this through Uber Eats customer service however you need to stay as far away from this place as you can! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Really nice to have a cheap veggie place nearby. My 'go to' when I really don't feel like cooking or just want to grab something cheap and quick. Ordered from here a few times at this point and I'd say it is really good for what it is (=veggie fast food)! The staff have always been extremely nice and helpful. Had an issue with an order once so I returned to the shop and had my order remade with no hassle.

My experience was beyond sub par here and so I advise caution ⚠️ I ordered two Falafel wraps which were A: flavourless and B: tiny, a meat lovers meat free Pizza that tasted and felt like rubber and to make things better, I woke up the following day very ill and I vomited twice. Thankfully, Uber Eats came to the rescue and refunded my poor decision

Ordered 2 veggie master specials. Wasn't very special. Had 6 pieces of soya/paneer for £7.50 each. Filled with Lettuce and tomatoes. The fries tasted like they was cooked in old oil. Large fries was a half empty box. Donner burger had 4 tiny strips of soya. Burger bun was stale. Gutted I didn't take pictures for evidence. I have ordered from other branches in the past and had great food. This was terrible portion size for the ridiculous price tag. Never would I order from here again. Would give 0 stars if possible

Very poor experience. After waiting 90 mins for my order to arrive I rang the store only to be told the driver knocked the door when I know for a fact there was no knock. I was told the driver and the store both rang me when I received no calls from anyone in the hour and a half I waited for my food. Upon speaking to whoever it was at the store they didn't sound like they cared about the fact I couldn't get my food and said 'just get a refund through Uber Eats'. Worst service I've ever had, plus the hygiene rating is a 3 so be wary.

In times of dire need, one must call upon the gods to deliver a saving grace... and today, my prayers have been answered, friends. Long have I wished for a vegan alternative to the post-night-out chicken shop pilgrimage, and this is a plant-based temple I can worship at. What can I say..? The pizza; decadent. The not-chicken; luxurious. When I'm 5 pints deep and flagging hard, this is what I need. When I've had a bad day and it's raining on the way home, this is what I need. When the sun is beating and I've been working hard all day, this is what I need. Veggie master, you truly are the master of veggies.

The customer service is horrible. The manager I believe ( a woman) served me and she was really rude. After that I saw when she was making the food. She was touching her hair and then carried on touching the food without washing her hands.

The place is disgusting. There is no health and safety. They use all the same tissue paper to clean everything. Nothing new is changed. Additionally. Cross contamination with food is occurring. They use the same tools for everything. Same knife for all the foods that are cut.

Ordered some food the other day as was excited for a vegetarian place to open on this side of town.. food was ok.. nothing special.. fish pakora wasn't a pakora... it was just a plain batter with some red dust on top.. they also managed to overcharge me... then 1 realised that they had made my order x2.. service is very mismatched... would recommend people to try.

Excellent food at a fair price. The only negative was slight delay with delivery and a missing item. But it was only sma and driver offered cash to make up for it.
