McDonald's in Birmingham

Mcrib was not very nice and the BBQ chicken wrap was dry no milkshakes (out of order) also limited drinks options as the were out of stock generally quite disappointed however the chips were nice.

Only went in for a quiet coffee

This Mcd's is my favourite, service is usually pretty quick, staff are nice and the food is always done properly.

Longbridge Birmingham busy Friday tea time but well run and clean.

It is nice place with good service.

Worst mcdonalds in uk by far,service is slow even when not busy,they see to uber drivers before the people who have travelled there to get food.although the girls who clean tables are polite and courteous.

Come here if you want to be given the wrong order or your order with half your food, and once they've sorted it it'll be cold. Why do we think this is acceptable?

Used the drive through to place and order. A bit of a wait to place the order but service was very qut.

To save time as i had my 5 grand kids with me we pre orderd on the app when we got there they still hadnt sent code through so was told to go in and order so waste of time having the app as this is not the first time it as happend.and then when got home kids were missing sauces and though its not much to most adults after all just get the ketchup out but to the grandkids its the end of the world.

Early, very early! I wat inside, but floors were being cleaned, etc. It was not surprising as I was the only customer and entered after cleaning had started. The food and service were great!

Sometimes only a Maccy Dees will do to scratch a particular itch but it's not as family friendly on the pocket as it used to be. For the same price you could get some pub grub.

McDonalds you really have let yourself down with this silly manager Joel Francis? No customer service skills whatsoever! Ordered breakfast on the app, after arriving 15 minutes before the breakfast deadline we waited in an unnecessary lengthy drive through queue and got stuck behind a very chatty indecisive customer (10 mins) eventually gave my order number which they processed, got to the window to be told I was too late! Explaining the breakfast finished at 11am and the app order couldn’t be processed but if we ordered at the till after 11 they could process the order?! Staff sympathised and asked the manager to give a discount or give it free in acceptance that the circumstance was unavoidable and acknowledged that it was their fault. The manager declined the discount, and wouldn’t let us purchase at the app price, stating it could only be sold at that price on the app, which we ordered! Stating we must purchase at full in-store price. A whole 20mins, wasted! I certainly wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds, crafty strategy to get more money or incompetent manager either way, a poor show!

Great place in Belper .By the river. Kids loved it. Lovely cafe.

Gross chips, cold and all black on the ends

The food is well prepared and great for a quick bite. Exiting by car can be a bit frustrating as it is ridden with Uber eats drivers parking on a duel carriageway making it very dangerous trying to exit.

McDonald's has been going downhill with its food. For the same price you can eat better somewhere else!

Ive been going to this McDonald's since i was in school and would come here with friends. The food is great and prepared at a decent speed, ab 4-5 minutes for a meal, and costumer service is great but when getting food from the app i have found some items missing before.

I used to work McDonald's in 1984, in Northfield, when it first opened, I do like McDonald's, BUT, VERY DISAPPOINTED, food was not up to standard, I'm very shocked, and yet there a great firm, I had a deliveroo

Long wait, miserable staff and luke warm food. One of the worst I've visited.

Honestly a complete joke, never fails to get the order wrong, please hire some competent staff that can prepare an order accurately. I’m not one to complain but it’s every single time. Not only was the order wrong but the chicken inside the burger was rock hard and cold. Appalling experience. I have Learnt my lesson and will definitely never order from this McDonald’s again.

McDonald’s is always good and banging food!

Visited with a support worker yesterday,the staff were really great and understanding about shutting off a high frequency noise from a machine they were using as it was causing me pain(I have ASD and am very sensitive to noise especially high frequency)they made sure it didn’t occur again until we had left.one lady was particularly perceptive in immediately recognising something was wrong, unfortunately I did not get her name,but thankyou to the lady who was taking out the bins by the side entrance around 12pm for your kindness.

Always a pleasant experience in this McDonalds, staff very friendly! Food served quickly and cater to my choices.

Two Big Mac meals thrown together with burnt and split buns, missing food from order only realised when we had driven away, took my eye off the ball as it was late but this has happened often at this site Longbridge Birmingham. I'm sure if I had phoned they would have provided a voucher for the missing part of the order, but I just didn't have the energy on this occasion. Disappointed !

Would be better if they had more reliable frappe and milkshake machines 🤣

Fresh food and Quick drive through service

The milkshake/mcflurry machine is out of order more times than it actually works

No milkshakes or ice cream. Was told the machine hadn’t been working for a few days. This is a lie - it never works! Steer clear of this place if you want to avoid disappointment.

I have never had a problem when ordering from Longbridge McDonald's, however today I ordered via Just Eat App from McDonald's delivery kitchen. The food was awful, stone cold, and we waited almost an hour for delivery. Sadly, it doesn't appear that I'm the only one who has received this terrible service. Awful ordered 2 mac flurry no toppings at all just ice cream nothings like pictures on board so had to join queue again by the time we went round again ice cream melting and my food cold seem 2 mangers about this she grabbed it out off my hand terrible service just to be given 4 pounds back and to go home with cold food disgusting

Surprise Surprise it's a McDonald's. Consistency is the key. It doesn't look like the pictures selling it, however by now you know what you gonna get. If you don't then you got the problem.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that my food has been delivered to a substandard quality. The fries were cold and not cooked properly and my burger was also cold. This is disappointing for a company that prides itself on quality food production and customer service. I ate it because I was hungry and didn't have an alternative. I regretted that decision all night, as the burger lay very heavy on my stomach giving me indigestion and stomach ache. Please Longbridge, pull your fingers out and show a bit of pride in what you do!!!!

Disabled people be aware after driving there and not taking my sticks to walk as it was a drive through I got there for the drive through to be closed so pulled up to the window told them I'm disabled showed my badge and explained I hadn't got my sticks with Me as its a few steps from my front door to car and couldn't walk into the mcdonald's due to this and asked if they could take my money through the window and ring my order up at the till with the walk in orders the lady goes to get the manager who was a vile peace of work I was made to feel like I wasn't worthy of there service and would not serve me through the window so 9 mile round trip wasted and now a loss of custom by me I will be contacting head office and disabled discrimination organisations Monday I have it all recorded

Very poor service, fries cold, I've ordered strawberry milk shake, they send me Fanta.

Took grandchildren for a treat they were so impressed with the kid's little computer 🖥. It was clean ,staff was very helpful.

Ordered food as normal. Went back to the car only to find our order customisation was wrong. Tried to go back in to get it fixed and the man at the door didn’t let us in or even care when the situation was explained. After removing the stuff ourselves and trying it we learnt that it wasnt even the burger we ordered. Terrible staff, terrible customer service. Would advise anyone considering this place to skip it.

Shocking service, food TV displayed ready had wait to another 5 mins then food shoved in bag which ripped when trying to close had to ask for a new bag, no apology for waiting a good ten mins for food to come out, restaurant was rammed staff seemed very busy but no excuse for shocking bad customer service....

There were lots of children screaming while I was trying to eat and the workers took a bit too long preparing our food but otherwise the food was the best !

Another drive through, another mistake. This is my nearest MaccyD's 24hr drive through, so it's very convenient, but there's ALWAYS a mistake! I've had a Big Mac missing a patty, I've had the wrong McFlurry, and last night me & friends ordered 3 meals & a side of nuggets at the drive through. No nuggets. It's really annoying, because you get home with your food, and then you find out you don't have your food or you don't have the food you wanted. I have friends who said they've had to stop going to this McDonald's - there's always a mistake. Now, I only go to any McDonald's 2 or 3 times a year, so for me to always get a mistake at this same drive through - odds are it's happening all the time. It's actually not worth the hassle, or the money, if you're paying for food you're not actually receiving. At 3am and without a receipt last night, I did not go back and correct them! When I only had one patty in my Big Mac tho, I did, and the Manager just laughed at how crazy a mistake that was. It's funny once. It's not funny the 4th or 5th time you have to complain.

Home Delivery is know out-sourced 2 miles down the road at a factory centre and home deliveries are run from there. Well you will recieve cold burgers of various combinations depending on what you order. They come with pre labled stickers showing that these are pre prepared and are not freshley cooked but warmed up which is a health risk. Disgusting and no one should except his. Try for yourself its alot of money to spend on this food. Cold Maccies

Extremely disappointed with my drive through experience today. Banana milkshake came with chocolate milkshake in it along with the banana. Not only this but the cashier dropped my change and I was unable to retrieve it and they didn’t offer to help me either. Will not be coming back in the future!!! Very upset!!

Ordered 2 apple pies and 2 drinks, takeout so went to park to eat. Ordered at 1952 pm and got to park looked at discard time and mine was 1422 and hubby's was 1842. But overtime and dry and rubbery. This is a ongoing problem with mcdonalds and have seen it before at other stores. So my pie was 5.5hrs over time. Will be checking before leave next time.
