I ordered Ribena strawberry and Pepsi can, but I received orange juice and coke can. I didn’t expect that the drinks would be that different. I am not happy as far as the drinks are considered.

The food was so bad the burger said it would have buffalo sauce and jalapeños and there was none I took a photo as well it was dry, there were unsalted chips and the guy even phoned me to say the drinks we wanted are not available - instead of Pepsi and Fanta fruit twist he would have to give us Fanta lemon or orange juice

Fries are described as crispy fries. But I can guarantee that they aren’t. Tasted horrible. Onion rings were burnt and hot n kicking wings were just like some bland over cooked ones. Very disappointed. Ordered two years ago and was nice but this time it was horrible. Deff new owners/food!

Avoid at all costs, food was horrid, the chips were tasteless and cold even with Salt, the burger fell apart from just 1 bite the bun was soggy and cheap so it just disintegrated, the chicken had no flavour the texture was dead and again same thing for the strips. No sauces provided and the final thing is the can that I got was lukewarm. Avoid at all costs

Their food has historically been brilliant. But this time, the chips looked like they were old and overcooked. The burgers were tasteless and the fillets so dry. The quality of the food has dropped significantly. Perhaps it was the day and I hope it's not an indication of a drop of quality as historically the food from here has been fantastic.

rude staff was being very rude and shouting over the phone. also said I dont give a shiit about the patients.. although food was for the patients. the food was burnt and also cold.

Have to say. Not very satisfied with the food and chips. I’ve ordered from here many times in the past. I remember the double crunch fries and burgers completely different. Not sure if ownership changed. But products doesn’t seem as good as before. Delivery was good. Hope this was a one off.

Food arrived late, the ‘on it way time’ was ages before my food arrived, my chicken wrap was soggy and my chips were freezing cold, the delivery man did apologies for being so late which was nice however my food was freezing 😒

Food from here is always fantastic. It's not treated as a simple commodity. These guys care about the food that leaves their kitchen. Historically I have shied away from chicken burgers, but these guys have converted me to the clucking way!

This is the first time we have used them and we are really impressed. Fresh food, still hot when arrived and tasted amazing.

Not very nice at all!! Think it’s new management or something because it just isn’t the same!! Bun was way too big for the burger and my chips were cold. The pop is also foreign which it never used to be! Won’t be bothering again, much nicer places!

avoid!!! spent £16 on 2x spicy bean burger meals on brioche with skin on fries from deliveroo. received 2 hash browns slapped on a seeded bun with no salad and standard soggy fries.... pictures far far from acurate

I'm not sure what's different about this place, but its definitely not the same quality I received in previous times. The portion of chips was very stingy and the chicken nuggets were very dry, my son actually refused to eat them and I wouldn't say he is a picky eater. The delivery was late and on top of it, the driver had the nerve to tell me he was going to leave my food on the floor, not even an apology for being late. When the food arrived it was partially cold, I don't think I will be ordering again unfortunately.

One word for this place, nasty. If anyone leaves a good review for them, they clearly don't know how food should be. The wings aren't fresh, they're frozen and so is the so called chicken burgers which were frozen chicken strips. Furthermore, this place is actually Chop n Wok, if I knew that initially I would've never ordered from here. Dont waste your money. Disgusting.

The food was cold, the chips tasted like they had been fried last week. My burger bun was stale and was ripping apart. The barbeque chicken in my bun was just chicken drenched in the sauce. And the food was late. Absolutely terrible! Should have read the Google reviews first. Will NEVER be ordering from here again. Absolute waste of money.

The food as always was excellent. I really can't fault Clucks for that. However, not all of our order came. I ordered a Chicken Strips, which on the menu clearly states 'comes with double skin on fries'. The fries did not come. In addition, I had added a can of drink - billed seperately as I know that the chicken strips do not come with a drink. This also did not come. We called the restaurant who apologised and said they would send them to us, however nothing ever came. When we tried to call the restaurant, the phone was not picked up. Such a shame.

Everything that could of went wrong with the food, went wrong

Food arrived late and more importantly cold. The driver tried to hurry off, but I insisted he call the manager to discuss the issue. In fairness, the manager offered a new meal, but at 10.30pm to wait another 45 mins was just to late. Food was okay, wasn’t really a gourmet burger. Just standard. Hash browns were nice.

Appalling delivery . It was so late . The food came 1hr 45mins after placing the order. The food was also cold. Not happy with the service at all and won't be ordering from here again if anything would like my money back as we are working from home and had to spend our whole lunch break waiting for delivery which arrived well after our break was over and had to clock back in so we didn't get to eat the food and completely missed lunch

I have ordered off them a couple of times. Food as actually tasty. However the last two times, the food has turned up close to an hour late, and has been cold. This time, to add insult to injury, the order was incomplete. Contacting them seems to get you nowhere. As nice as the food is, I dont want to pay for items i am not going to get, or have to eat cold food.

Ordered 1.5 hours ago and my food has still not arrived. 35 minutes after I had the notification to say the driver was on route, I called the restaurant to be told he is getting ready to leave. Haven’t even received the food yet and already not looking forward to it. The person on the end of the phone was very rude and didn’t care.

My diet coke was forgotten from the order and when I advised the driver of this , he was too busy speaking to his friend on the telephone and told me I had the ring the shop!!!!!! I didn’t as it was late at night and I was tired !!!

Just missed the super early driver who still made it back way earlier then the due time (30 minutes early!) Wished he had a better attitude. Only wondered if the car on the drive was him when he started beeping his car horn. Hed only been there about 5 minutes and I received no call like id requested. Presumed my neighbour had a guest or something as just eat said my order was still being prepared. Unfortunately I didnt get down in time to grab it. Food was great when i got it. Big portions and delicious. Just a shame I and previous customers are being told our contact details are wrong. I promise you mine are correct. Issue is your end guys no other restaraunt struggles to contact me. Fix up. Stop blaming customers. Keep up the great food.

The food wasn't bad I suppose. Chips were sub par, burger was swimming in sauce and subsequently fell apart, I accidentally sent they to the wrong address and they did handle that well. However food was BANG average.

Apalling service, food was over 20 minutes late. Drivers attitude was disgraceful, no apology or even a reason given as to why delivery was so late, no etiquette whatsoever.
