Subway in Birmingham

i never usually have a problem with this subway as i come here all the time. but today was horrific service was good but as i was eating my sub i found an ant or a spider in my food crawling round, about half my sub was wasted and they blamed it on the door being open. didn’t do anything about it and didn’t even offer to redo the sub. said they have to keep sweeping the sides of the floor which just proves they don’t have good hygiene in the store and then asked me to show him where it was which i had killed it already and wasn’t about to pick it up off the ground just to show them an insect. absolutely horrendous but other than that the service before i sat down and started eating was ok. but now i’m paranoid about eating the other things i bought which shouldn’t be acceptable.

Could not fault the service. Everything was fresh. My daughter and I had a vegetarian foot long sub between us. Every time we ask for lots of gherkins, it is never a problem. We decided to eat in as it seemed very clean. The only thing lacking is choice of bottled drinks, zero sugar ... There seems to only be diet coke!

Wouldn't return. Salad was not fresh. Little amount of choices. Tables dirty as well as the floor. Staff just standing about. No attention to detail Now I know why it always looks empty

Poor customer service from this branch. Absolutely no incentive to appease disappointed customers and try to turn things around - staff demonstrated a patronising tone to try and extort further funds...

Not really in a good location for parking it like a hit and miss with parking near by. Other than that all good

Absolutely the worst Subway in Birmingham to order from. This place was closed a few years ago because it was terrible and it's no different now it's open again. Several times I've given the benefit of doubt but time and again all the subs arrive with next to nothing on them. And that's even if they get it right. When a 12" sub has about a 3" sub's worth of the world's most miserable fillings vaguely placed around it, it's a truly sad sight to see. And I order for three different people in the household, all with very different topings. NEVER do they get it right and NEVER do you get even close to an amount of ingredients that should not only be standard for all Subway franchises but equal to the prices they charge. Try your luck once and see for yourselves. Just don't be thick like me and keep trying. Use Selly Oak instead, they're a little better. Or if the Bearwood branch will deliver to you, use them. They really deliver a well built sub. To all the bottom feeders at the Northfield branch... May pestilence and the wrath of your sad sad customers befall you with frequency and great haste.

I came in store today and i had seen one of the best customer service given by any subway. My hashbrowns was perfectly cooked. Normally Im very picky with my food. But the staff were perfectly fine with it. I recommend everyone to try the sandwiches from this subway it is honestly best in the area.

i ordered on justeat meatballs sandwich it was perfectly made and delivered and they’re cookies are very tasty and soft will definetely order again

I made an order for my entire family the food was packed and prepared perfectly. It was a big order and nothing was missing everything was how it was supposed to be.

I ordered on Uber eat and half the delivery was missing, I called store the staff member I spoke to was not bothered at all said manager decided not to deliver missing items. No notification so whilst we waited patiently unknowly not getting any food! We work in healthcare and it’s the bank holiday so this was more of a need not a want. The person on the food just said “the manager said he knew you’d call” No refund, no food, no manners or care!

Very poor hygiene . Their gloved hands go into the till back into food. Never again.

Been here a few times now, staff are friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Service generally good though a little slow at busier times. Subs made well with good quality ingredients.

Maybe one day they'll actually get my order correct. Avoid going to these clowns.

One of the servers here asks bizzare personal questions and is really difficult to understand. I know this may not be his fault but it puts me off coming here, having to repeatedly ask him to repeat what he is asking when I just want a sandwich. If you have issues with speaking it may just be best to stick to your job. He is there anytime I've come in and it makes me uncomfortable ordering anything or visiting here.

Server was slurred speech drunk. He struggled to make the sandwich slowly after challenging me on remembering my own order. Not impressed.

Lies! This place isn't open, though it seems to have told Google and the main Subway website that it is. Clearly part of some sort of scam ; Subway, take note and find somebody competent/honest to run one of your franchise stores.

Had quite a few orders cancelled for no reason via uber eats, then the subway disappeared entirely. I would be happy if a reason was given for all the cancellations but none were given.

On food Hub always cancel their orders, terrible service be aware extremely lazy this is a very poorly controlled subway. Makes you wonder what else they are doing.

Really nicely made subs, plenty of filling and sauce, arrived on time we enjoy this subway outlet.

Placed an order on uber Eats for 2 6inch subs.... An hour and 15 min later I'm still waiting.. Its only a bloody sandwich how are you going to take an hour and 15 min to make a sandwich!! I honestly I should have just gone and made one myself, but i thought I'd have a Friday lunch treat.... Now I'm just Friday hangry.

Ordered via Uber Eats, food was excellent loads of filling and very fresh. Was well packaged with a nice message on each sandwich. Will order again from this location.

I been in Northfield Birmingham subway on Sunday 26.07.2020,they was very dirty and staffs did not used face mask and one of the staff putted her tshirt on my sandwich and tshirt was very dirty ,when falling on my sandwich. I am the subways customer from long time and I never see dirty take away like this shop.

U still haven’t refunded my money you at the most corrupt business I’ve ever know I ordered online food never came so I rung shop and they say the driver has stole the food and it’s always happening and sorry for inconvenience we’re refund you bearing in mind this has took over to hours and still 3days later after receiving nothing and told I’ma be refunded still haven’t be refunded seeing what further action I can take because this is beyond a joke disgusting do not use this subway they steal your money and you get no food

Good food but the keep changing the prices

This is the worst service for people with disabilities. Far too small and crammed up like canned sardines! The queue area is too narrow for a wheelchair so some poor lady wheeled into my child by complete accident and was totally embarrassed so left very quickly. The guy serving didn't wear gloves and was rather rude to the other staff members. Shall NOT be visiting this mess again. P.S. the salad was brown and dried up! GROSS

Audio guide was very useful and they also do a guided tour. The actors were also very engaging for my 7 year old who really enjoyed the visit.

Rating this an Ok because it's quite small and I don't think there's a bathroom but it is very clean and you can see what's happening as people are preparing the food

Sandwiches are rank. Smell is enough to put you off. Cheap ingredients at rip off prices.

I came to your shop last night at 6.50 the shutters were half shut and The guy said he was closed. Clearly it said your shop was open till 7pm I had gone out of my way to your shop so was not happy.

I love subways food but the staff need to undergo a attitude change. They behave as if the cannot be bothered to make you what your paying for and always have a sloppy and unfriendly attitude.

Outdated and took a while to be served, but the actual food provided was good and I would probably use it again if I didn't want to go to the KFC nearby.
