perfect order once again ..why it's my go-to place for food.

TERRIBLE!!! Never ordering from this restaurant again, over two hours for delivery after being told via the app it would only be 35-40 minutes. And to top it off the driver asked for extra money, absolutely ridiculous

Always get from Valentino’s but really disappointed with tonight’s order. Chips were all hard & over cooked as if they have been reheated. Not fresh at all

Never had it before but been told how great it was so I don’t mind it was really late, if it’s worth it great. It was ok, freezing though so we had to put the pizza in the oven and microwave the kebab, taste was good but cause it was freezing couldn’t give it full marks

Greek style pizza was lovely, strongly recommend.

Was really delicious, however my only suggestion would be to mix the mozzarella on top of the wedges/fries with a little cheddar. It was too rubbery.

Food wasn’t overly warm. Pizzas were tasty with a generous amount of toppings. Chips were a mix of nicely cooked and greasy. Garlic bread was nice.

any day any time I would always say your best . my order was just £20's but definitely worth it better than domino's. Domino's extra topping is never on it but you ask extra just see what you get here. Every penny is valued here

Not happy with service we asked for chilli kebab and garlic sauce and only got garlic.

Possibly one of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. If food is delivered late, so be it, as long as it's good. Pizza freezing cold, even after warming it was bland. At least 2 portions of chips, again dry and cold. Some really nice places for pizza in the Bangor area which have upped their game. I would avoid this one

Second time getting pizza from here after hearing it was good. Pizza's arrived burnt and just taste generally awful. Really disappointing considering it's quite expensive you'd expect better.

As soon as the food was in the room it smelt unbelievable but the taste says something else was bland and no taste from both pizzas. The garlic bread was nice but the pizzas were a different story.

food was badly burnt couldn't eat it pitta was so over cooked it fell apart and meat was so hard

AVOID !!!! Ordered on online was advised at order complete and out for delivery via email- i rang an hour later person claimed order was only ready and would be with me within 10-15 offered no reason couldn't explain why i was made to wait for food- don't send emails claiming order complete if you haven't prepped the food! Bad way to run a business i will NEVER order again!

Enjoyed our food delivery was on time

I ordered a 10 inch pizza and chips with curry sauce, mushrooms, peas and onions. When the order arrived tge pizza wasn't with it. The chips were like a mixture between rubber and cardboard and curry with mushrooms, onions and peas was nothing more than a pile of mush. It had to go in the bin. The guy who delivered it simply handed me a paper bag with the curry chip in it and said nothing about tge missing pizza. I won't be buying from this place again. Why take my money and not fulfill the order properly?

Arrived 30 mins late, no apology, overall quality wasn’t great, food was lukewarm at best, kebab wasn’t a traditional doner kebab, was more like the tasty foods one that you get in Iceland

gorgeous food with amazing portion sizes. love this style of pizza, and such hearty pasta. loads of dough balls. 100% recommend 👍

Food took 2 hours to come with no explanation why. When it arrived the food was cold and pretty much inedible. Chips were cold and soggy, pizza tasted weird, the chicken and ham on the pizza were orange and appeared to be coated in a weird seasoning even though i didn’t order this. The pesto on the pizza tasted as though it wasn’t cooked with the pizza and was just dolloped on as apposed to being integrated i to the pizza as you would expect toppings to be. Submitted a refund as was thrown out.

this is our go to place for pizza but tonight's was a disappointment. the pizzas had too much cheese to the point it was more cheese than base. but the French garlic bread was the worst. instead of French baguette like normal it was thin slices of untoasted crusty bread with garlic and cheese melted over it...we took one bite and threw it out. please tell me this is a one off glitch as it's never been like this before :(

Consistently great fresh food delivered to my door. Generous portions. Freshest ingredients. Easy to use app. Cooked perfectly. Recommend the BBQ pizza thin crust, as a family we’ve tried a number of the kebabs with house sauce - all excellent. They also do a delicious gravy chip. Recommended - another Ards gem.

2 hours for delivery, ended up having to go to the location and get the food made for us in person. Server was u helpful on times.

Hate to complain as all previous orders are usually great but on this occasion I was disappointed, ordered cheesy beano this was cold when it arrived and only 1 small section had beans on it, didn’t taste good at all reheated so it was wasted, I also ordered a sausage bap that on the menu states 2 sausages when it arrived it was also cold and had 1 sausage cut in half that only filled half the bap. Wasted money on this occasion sadly not sure if this was an attempt to cut costs or genuine mistak

Chicken and chips were very soggy and cold, pasta was dry and rubbery. Chicken wings were nice

First order and altho it was delicious we payed for extra toppings and the pepperoni was missing

Only ordered from here a few times. First time in a while actually but the gentleman behind the counter has served me every time. Super polite and friendly every time. Kebab was pretty good and didn't break the bank like most other takeaways nowadays.

Good delivery time but when the food came it was awful. Microwaved chips and awful kebab meat. Chicken strips were cold. Attempted to contact the takeaway but unable to get through. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again. My advise- stay away or cook your own microwaved chips at home

Got my food missing two items was then told I had to pay 2 pound delivery even tho I payed 2.90 delivery food came back of course it’s the same food they didn’t put in the first time and it’s freezing got from here before and it was great hoping this is just one of them just eat things for the price it was not worth it

Super quick collection time. Food tasty and fresh but a bit stingey on kebab meat and steak kebab was quite tough. Will order something else next time.

My order was delivered missing items then the pizza wasn't right and when I phoned the girl at Valentinos was really rude and condescending.. Thankfully they made up for it by eventually delivering everything correctly but over 30mins late even if the sauce was cold and had to be reheated! Disappointed but not entirely put off ordering from them again as standard of food/service usually 100%!

Got a chicken bone on the first bite of a volcano pizza, pizza was also tasteless and dry, The burger bap was stale. Diet coke was nice though. Very disappointed as I have not ordered from here in a while.

Pizza was a bit on the colder side by the time it arrived, but was still within the delivery estimate. Must say, probably the best pizza I've had in years - didn't think I'd ever find something to replace Picollos volcano pizza, but here we are - will be back!

Ordered a calzone last night and a chicken goujon meal. The goujons were outstanding, however the calzone... It was by far one of the nicest things that I have ever eaten, it was the Donner calzone, the meat was cooked beautifully, and although I didn't finish it all, reheated it was just as good. Definitely will be ordering again!

Rang the place and got told 5 mins everytime and then got spoken to rudely because I was complaining…will not be using this place again…2 hours after order the food is still not here…

Normally good food but this time very poor. Peri peri chicken was very dry and looked like it had been reheated some of the chicken was rock hard. Disappointed

Food was nice, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The cheesy garlic dough balls were divine and very warm when they arrived as were the chips. The pizza wasn’t as warm but still tasted good. The chocolate pudding was nice but I don’t think worth £3.50. Sauces were good one was just a bit more runny than I am used to. I would be willing to try again with different items in the hope they were all 5/5 rather than a mix

Hotdog was lovely and son enjoyed his burger and chips though paid for a disco chip (gravy chip with cheese) and received a plain gravy chip (NO Cheese)
