The chicken kebab junk fries are incredible oh my god definitely worth it.

Never had food from this place before but I was icredibly disappointed by the cost, quality and portions of food. £14 for the vedge burger.. bun, patty, 2 slices of cheese and sauce, no vegetables at all, not as a meal, just plain burger, tastes like burger king patty but 3x the price I was shocked... never buying here again. The milkshake is really nice flavour wise but smaller then the pictures amd pretty much warm (again for £6.25 a medium sized shake, never again) and side of crazy curry fries for £5.90 I would have expected a larger portion at least. The only reason why I ordered was the discount but knew I would be disappointed.. and I was. I would never order again even with the discount. Can order from somewhere else for cheaper and at least get a few vegetables in my burger.

Chips were freezing cold by the time we got home (5 minute drive). Didn't have half the menu and the server wasn't overly helpful. Not a great experience.

Pays starvation wages for employees, around £5 a hour for an 17-18 year old. Earns profit off customers yet doesn’t pay their staff enough.

Delivery order was 30 mins late. Food was soggy and disappointing. Cheese sauce on the fries was dried into the fries. Spice bag was overwhelmingly disappointing, few chips and chicken goujons with hardly any spices and a few burnt onions throw on top for £15. Ridiculous. Caesar salad had been drenched in sauce and placed at bottom of the bag under all the hot food so lettuce and croutons went soggy. Whenever I rang the store to ask where my order was they said it had left 20 mins prior and still didn’t turn up another 15 mins after that, meaning my food had been sat in the delivery car for 35 mins resulting in soggy cold food. Very poor customer service from everyone I spoke to and got no reply when I tried to contact them regarding the poor food.

Timings are wrong on google, Open on a Sunday, 8am-10pm got there at 11am it was closed.

This place is great. i will be telling all my friends, BEST EXPERIENCE EVAAAAAA. ps. our service manager anna was so impeccably phenominal. would so relive this precious moment 🥰🥰

First visit... dogs of the day and fries and a coke... Great food lovely helpful staff as we were complete novices... first visit but definitely not our last!

I wouldn't know if the food was any good because no one came to serve us. Waited for 5 mins. Pressed the bell. No one came so we had to leave.

Nice food. Love the Chipotle burger. However, strange looking and acting staff. A wee course on customer service wouldn't go a miss!

Good food, in a shopping centre though hence the atmosphere being a 1. The service is atrocious it takes far too long for a restaurant that isn’t busy, the worker also seemed quite uninterested. It was like being served by a corpse, no emotion.

Got 'The Big One' burger and chicken gravy junk fries. Burger was delicious. £9 but no fries. My wife had the fries which she loved, especially the gravy. It did take a few minutes to receive my order though despite it not being that busy.

Very slow service the past couple days.... even for simple food you'd expect to take a few minutes .... and what annoys me is that its not even that busy it just seems like lazy slow staff

Opening times on Google told us they are open to 11. We went to order at 9.45 and they then turned round to tell us that everything was turned off for the night and we couldn't be served. Would not recommend making the trip.

Amazing service, really quick, friendly staff, Food is to die for, this cannot be understated, Just had the breakfast from there, it seems this will be my new morning routine !!

This food has a serious lack of flavour, how can a place known for nice tasting ice cream and milkshakes not make any food with flavour. I had the big one burger and chicken gravy junk fries, the only thing that had any flavour at all was the ketchup on the burger bun. The fries also had lumpy mozzarella cheese. Definitely never having food from here again.

Rubbery burger meats over cooked frozen skinny fries Burger sauce its a 10/10 but to advertise smash burgers when there rubbery and frozen is a disappointment

Staff are really friendly and helpful while the milkshakes are awesome. Handy if you want a quick coffee.

Food was good for a drive thru, chicken burger and gravy fries but drive thru window on the wrong side so if you're a driver on your own it's a bit of a pain but apart from that I will be back

very disappointed with this drive thru. I'm a vegetarian and while the online menu did have vegetarian options, when I actually got to the window I was told there were none of those options available bar skinny fries and the vegie burger. all they could offer me with the skinny fries was a topping of cheese that ended up having a piece of chicken in it anyways. They also told us that our order was going to be £15 yet when we got to the window we were charged £17? Great customer service but not run very well.

Not impressed at all. OVerrated and overprices for that what it is. Fries supposed to be included with the kids meal and they weren't there, just realised when we came home. Definitely won't be back

Milkshakes and slushes were nice. Thought there would be more options though, there may have been, but their menu display at the actual drive through is seriously below standard. It only has about 10 things on it compared to about 50 on food delivery apps.

Love this place, Fanta lemon frozen is literally nectar from the gods, the ice tea is great too!

I rushed to the drive through as I wanted a milkshake just to get there 15 mins before closing to be told they already turned the machine off. I hear this is a common issue with del pieros and needs sorted urgently. Hope this is heard

Staff are amazing best coffee in Newtownards

I’m a regular here, coffee absolutely 10/10! My little girl is partial and loves the doughnuts! Staff are equally as good as the coffee so friendly and obliging. Especially Lewis!!! Absolutely love this place if I could give them more than 5stars I would!!

The service for the one other car in the drive thru was so slow we had to actually back out of the drive thru and go to starbucks

Note this drivethrough does drinks and sweet treats only. Recommend maltesers or mint aero traybake. Beware though, they are massive. Excellent customer service. Orders consistently correct. Highly recommended.

Always a smiling face at the window and their coffee is really good!!
