I came across this place when walking down the street to my hotel, and I’m so glad we stopped in! I was an extremely needy customer, unfortunately (haha) but Andrea was extremely accommodating in every way I needed — she was even knowledgeable about the wines and gave me excellent recommendations! Stumbled on this awesome spot on a lively happy hour street while visiting for work - huge variety of wines, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and food even better than expected. Large portions for even the small plates. Shoutout to the kind and friendly Stelios and Lorenzo and the rest of the amazing staff!

Brought my friend here since he was over from Boston, USA and is a bit of a wine connoisseur. He’d not had Spanish tapas before so it was a new experience for him and he really enjoyed it. He’s blind and our server was really was friendly, attentive and made sure that we got a table close to the bathroom. She even turned the music down so that it wasn’t too overwhelming. We really appreciated the extra effort, so thank you.

A solid thumbs up here, probably the biggest wine snob on his Birthday yesterday writing, but nothing was too much trouble. A huge shout out for Stellios and colleagues who ensured myself and my fiance had the best time. The music was atmosphere was spot on and the wine and steak on point. Heartily recommended.

Great vines, small plates are particularly nice (beef and chorizo highly recommended!) , large tables for big groups and lovely staff, especially Vini who ensured everyone was happy and made the evening even lovelier!

I don’t really know what to say. I just went in for a quick drink while waiting to meet a friend elsewhere and people I know have said good things. As I was looking for a drink I noticed 7 men standing so I innocently asked if they all worked here and he proceeded to add if you don’t like it you can leave. I wish it was a joke as I really wanted to stay and I felt immediately uncomfortable. Not sure if he was trying to be funny but it was unkind and I hope he doesn’t have a sister or mother because what goes around comes around and it’s very sad that you are ruining the name of the establishment. This happened about 8 mins ago.

Poor no service pay for them to deliver half portions of chips what is that service when we have to scan qr codes ?!? Which also don’t work as it’s so dark!

First time here and will be back!! Great experience, welcoming environment for anyone new to wine. Lorenzo was especially awesome in giving recs based on our vibes and tastes. Lovely selection also and for a great price!

I’ve had such a great experience! Vinicius has lots of skills in introducing the right wine for the right occasion. My friend was looking for a very specific wine from a small region in Italy and Vinicius was absolutely helpful and showed us lots of interesting wines and We absolutely loved the wine recommended.

Lorenzo was fantastic! He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect wine. His knowledge, patience, and great attitude made the whole experience at Vagabond so enjoyable. He even spoke to me in Spanish, which was super helpful and thoughtful. I sent a complaint and no answer! I had a large booking at vagabond Victoria on Saturday 22nd March from 4:15 for 22 people. This was for my friends surprise drinks. I have been to all vagabonds, first one at the Victoria one on Saturday and have been happy with vagabonds since then. Why are your staff SO rude? Firstly, I have 2 transactions come out for one glass of wine. This happened to me twice, however I only got refunded back for one time. Please see photo attached!! Why are you taking more of my money? Secondly, with this occurring, my partner was next to me with another glass of wine. I told the staff member the event occurred and wanted to check my partners bank transactions as PROOF to make sure I was not lying and that I didn’t just buy 2 glasses of wine. I was so embarrass and thought that was incredibly rude and degrading. What the hell is that type of customer service? Thirdly, we were waiting at what looked like a bar. The man behind the ‘bar’ asked us what we’d like quite rudely. I responded saying I wanted a cocktail to a response of ‘ you’re obviously standing at the kitchen counter’!!!! Again what the hell was happening that night? Fourthly, the guy on the front of house was just necking wine , that’s a great look. Fifthly, once got the correct bar - we asked for three espresso martinis - £36. £36 for 3 drinks to come OUT OF A CAN!!! At this point the man had poured so I could not refuse but in what world does charging £12 for a TINY canned cocktail make sense??? Do better and do it yourself!! I am so disappointed as vagabond has always been my favourite bar to attend in London, this has put me off going for ever now. You have lost a local customer.

Went on a Thursday, great atmosphere, great music and service. Arrived early for our table and the waiter, Kaue seated us and showed us how to order/ use the wine dispensers. Definitely recommend!
