Really good food and drink. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially Jonas and Lorenzo. Can highly recommend.

Staff are very welcoming at the front door and till when you order and pay. - Tiny portions that weren’t filling even though we ordered a few times as the first series of plates meant we were still rather hungry. Prawns were shrimps in garlic water and mushy tomatoes. - Nice vibe - Interesting choosing wine and paying for it whilst it dispenses. - We had to clear our own plates each time as nobody does that role. - Toilets were clean but things like adding toilet rolls on would be nice.

The quality v price ratio for wine was v poor in my opinion. I paid £15 per 175ml glass of wine and have had much beter bottles of wine for under a tenner at supermarket. Some good quality snacks. Bit noisy for my personal tastes.

Went there on a Tuesday - their website and Google say closed at midnight. They kicked us out at 11. Either don’t lie on your website or let us stay until the specified time.

Really expensive. But it's london, so that's just normal. Went here for after work drinks. Excellent service, beautiful wines. Some of the staff give you free tasters, plenty of advice and well informed opinions. The girl from Detroit was especially kind and helpful. We had a selection of the tapas plates. The food also of a high standard. The atmosphere was great, I liked the large windows and high ceiling giving a great sense of space and the amount of wood in there stops the chatter from being overwhelming like a lot of bars. Will definitely go here again.

My first time at a self-serve wine bar! I really enjoyed the experience - there is a huge selection of wines here, there must be one to suit every palate. The self-serve machines are easy to use, clear on pricing, and I loved the information cards accompanying each bottle! Made it easy to find the exact category of wine I fancied. Unfortunately I had a dinner elsewhere, so didn’t get a chance to sample anything from the menu - however, all dishes sounded delicious and I’d be very keen to come back and try some 😋

Nice restaurant with a particular format based on wine. But you can't sell a bottle of a certain wine and when you ask for a second one, the bottles of that wine are finished! The service method is something that outside Italy they don't understand

I don’t often leave reviews but I had such a lovely evening at Vagabond wines in Victoria, that I wanted to share their good vibes with you. I really loved the experience of tasting a couple of wines before making my selection and I was really impressed with the choice. I was with a small group of friends and we shared various small plates from the menu. We all really loved the meatballs, patatas bravas and the roasted cauliflower. I recommend starting with the cheese board and a glass of wine to chill for a bit.

A very cosy winebar close to Buckingham Palace with a wide range of wines. Good place to unwind from the tourist madness.

Stumbled upon Vagabond wines after work and had some food and drinks with friends. We were really impressed with the wine selection and concept. Holly helped us to choose a wine and was very knowledgeable when it came to flavours. I enjoyed each wine she recommended. The food was fantastic and paired well with the wines we chose. Would definitely visit again!

A place have been to many times and the best Vagabond at Victoria over the others in my opinion. This one generally is more consistent. Great food and wines, just being able to walk in, grab a glass and pay as you go and not have to wait around is great when on a time scale.

Superb wine restaurant served by polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff happy to take you through a wine tasting session, expand your knowledge and elevate your wine tasting skills. Lovely wine bar with great interior and good atmosphere. Staff were so lovely, especially Andrei who took care of us throughout the evening even when we accidentally spilt a glass! Will definitely be returning.

This is a fun place to try if you are a wine enthusiast. The concept of self service lets you read about the wine and try it out. The dispenser is easy use. There was nice dinner jazz playing. The atmosphere is wooden rustic, it gives a warm welcome.

Excellent service! As soon as I walked in I understood their process because someone greeted me and explained it. The choice of wines and wine tasting was a fun part of the process. Ordering the food online was relatively easy and came to my table quickly. I ordered Spanish style with about five dishes all well proportioned and very tasty. The homemade humus was delicious as well as the Chorizo plate. All the food helped to add flavor to the different choices of wines I tried. I was tasted 9 different wines Pinot, Syrah, cab, and settled on a delicious barbera. There were plenty of white wines as well yet I am a red wine drinker. EXCELLENT PLACE TO GO FOR LUNCH OR DINNER!

We thought the food was really good, especially for the price. However, the wine seemed a bit overpriced for what it was, seemed a bit excessive.

WHAT AN atmosphere!!! The place was great, buzzing, great wine selection and the food is delicious. That chorizo!

1. Overpriced wine 2. Had to pay a service charge for someone literally pouring me a glass of prosecco (not even bringing it to our table - are you joking?) 3. Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful staff. One member of staff had a go at us for sitting on the table we had reserved. 4. Were pushed to leave after two hours as it was busy, even though we were ordering drinks and food. Overall, one of the worst places I've been for drinks in Victoria. Won't be returning.

Discovered this great place whilst visiting London and I want to say that I visited many places in my weeklong stay but I found this one to be the most vibrant place with great hospitality, amazing food, a great palette of drinks, especially on the vine side!

Very cool idea on how to dispense wine by the ml. I like the concept a lot. I do wish you didn’t have to swipe your cards every time you go up. They should give you something (like an electronic key) to use that tracks your purchases so you don’t swipe or tap 6 times (3 glasses per person). WARNING: it’s very loud here because people are talking over synthesized music. Be aware if you’re sensory sensitive. They do have nice tables outside with heaters over them though. Much quieter.

This review was meant to be done long ago. Honestly there isn’t a better place for after work drinks like Vagabonds in Victoria! Such a cool atmosphere. The staff is always friendly even if we always show up without a reservation! (Sorry!) :) Thank you for being so accommodating every time we come by. xx

Went here last Wednesday and spoke to a chap who advised me to try the Pomerol they had on display. It wasn’t a cheap wine but having tasted it before made me wanna have it! We ordered a steak with it and it paired perfectly. They also have Steady Rolling Man pale ale which for me is the best beer out there.

Comically awful. Serving staff refused to even acknowledge us for several minutes when we arrived (we had a booking) and when we tried to order food, literally holding a hand up to wave us away at one point when we were trying to get their attention. Then the server first brought us a different table's food, which she took away when she realised. When she brought our food, she also took it away because she thought it was also the wrong order because one item differed to what we ordered. 15 minutes later we enquired about our food and the female server came back and argued with us that it wasn't our food - even though there was no other order in the system that looked anything like our order. We did get some food eventually thanks to the efforts of one male server... And other than one dish which was re-prepared, it was all cold. I get it, it's not an easy job, but I've now been to three different Vagabonds in the last year and each time the food orders have been screwed up. There has to be something deeply wrong with the systems and the operations for it to screw up this much and this often, and it can't be any fun working somewhere like that. But being rude, dismissive, and arguing with customers is not going to help. On the plus side, the system for getting your own wine works well, although the wine is expensive for what it is. I've given Vagabond three tries and each time I've had a rubbish experience with food ordering. So - my recommendation - if you're just after a glass of wine, do it. If not... Beware. Or be ready to argue, laugh, or cry.

Pretentious order and pay through your phone system that didn't work. Wasted half an hour trying to order and tried 4 different cards and they all declined. Staff nowhere to be found. Try a place with a normal POS system

Love the idea. Rattle around with your glass, trying 25ml pours for £1.50-£2.00 each, then go in for the longer pours of the better ones. Fast and effective. Can do some damage here.

I came here with my mum and had a wonderful experience. The wines were delicious and we loved being able to serve ourselves to the selection and try tasters as well. Food was tasty, great service

Beautiful scenery, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The selection of wines could compliment anyone's taste. We ordered food as well, great flavors and nice presentations. Very affordable and tourist friendly.

Music is played but not too loudly, so I could still hear my date! We took the sharing platter with cheese and meat. It could have had more bread and pickle than it did. But we still enjoyed it!

I have been in quite a few Vagabonds and this one is hands down my favorite! From the service to their music selection, the environment to the wine, just wow. A special thank you for the very sweet and patient staff: Fabi, Massi and Vinicius were simply the warmest. Wine taste even better with good people around! Thank you!

Food was delicious, we needed up having 6 dishes and the homemade meatballs are amazing. Elena and Jack nailed it at recommending us wine, now I am a huge fan of Negromaro grape. Will be back again and again and again

The atmosphere was the best bit, lively. Everything else felt like a rip off. Being charged automatically for service when buying a bottle from the bar, you couldn't not pay it, which isn't a service charge. Buying four starter dishes for £24 (offer), despite it being cheaper to buy them individually. When I asked why I got this response "I don't make the menu". Just awful service.

Went to Vagabond Victoria with friends for a few drinks, Elena was more than helpful- gave us a full experience of trying their amazing food and pairing it with some beautiful wine. She perfectly accommodated my boyfriend who preferred beer or cider to wine. We tried the red wine cooked chorizo and their delicious croquettes too which were brilliant. Elena was happy to help, smiley and made us feel right at home with what little wine knowledge we had. The atmosphere was lively and comfortable. A lovely evening as a whole , will definitely be coming to visit again!

Very easy to book a table and great selection of wines. I thought I would never see this one but they had a Hartenberg -Riesling (White) which I highly recommend. Shoutout to the Brazilian waiter (Mr. G)who the afternoon so memorable. The manager should give him massive praise!

As a wine enthusiast, I was excited to try the 140 wine tasting concept. - Quite disappointed with the wine selection after tasting 6 wines. I rechecked with Vivino, and sure enough, many average wines, but also overpriced. Even among the higher rated stuff, nothing was memorable. - At a restaurant, you want to stay away from your phone, and engage with the company, the food, and the wine. Ordering your food online at a restaurant is just taking it too far. - Despite the self-serve wine, self-serve ordering, online payment, self-serve payment, there is a sizable service charge. - The food is largely cheese, and meat. Not enough salads or other variety. Would not repeat or recommend.

Staff were friendly; the food (especially the beef) seemed okay. The drinks...... I was disappointed. If I'm going to spend £16 on a medium glass of wine, id expect a great taste. Maybe it's one of the worst reds I've tasted. I then went on to cocktails. An old fashioned. This was I think the most disappointijg I've had. The worst shaped rocks glass, and a few floating bits (put more ice in and don't let it float) of ice, in what tasted like a thoroughly watered down whiskey. As a cocktail bartender myself, I know a poor drink when I see one. So overall, an average experience.

This bar has good craft ales but be on the look out for bag theft - quite sophisticated thieves operate in this area

This is the second time coming and is a great place to enjoy wine tasting. Cheese board selection was very good! Very friendly service and always willing to help and advice.

Nice wine bar where you serve yourself with machines. Quite a good experience, only sometimes the place can get a bit too loud which means it's hard to have intimate conversations with your friends.

The Guy in charge like a Host was very rude. I’ve been in other Vagabond around London and the staff is very nice.

A beautiful selection of wines with a very simple process of tapping your bank card for a taster glass or other sizes. Had an old loyalty card so used that instead. Staff on hand to help and advise.

A brilliant concept and a huge selection of wines to choose from in all price ranges. A great layout with ample seating and standing space. A good selection of other drinks for those not interested in wine. Food was also nice though we just had a few snacks. I would look to visit again soon.

Had a great evening with friends! Fun but fancy atmosphere. Lovely idea for a casual wine tasting evening with friends! But it is busy and can get quite loud. Would be lovely in the summer sitting outside! The cheese plate and duck pizza was lovely and we loved the food recommendations on the wine info cards:)

Always great fun! I love the fact you load a card with money, you chose the size of wine and swipe your card, so you can have a small taste of a very expensive bottle or a large glass of a cheaper bottle. Good bar snacks as well.

My first time at a Vagabond. Great fun experience. Great selection of wines, although the temptation is to go a bit mad. Whole bottle off sales, are substantially cheaper than buying by the glass so probably a good way to try some expensive wines before you buy. There is a small taster size option. We bought food too and the olives ( which were going to be out starter) and pizzas arrived at the same time. There was a space on the online booking form to indicate this so probably should have told them. Had to remind them about the side salad but a rocket salad with an excellent dressing arrived quickly after. Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend.

I was quite disappointed with this place. Firstly, I should have tried the 25mm tasters for more of the wines. I think that would have improved the experience, but probably also made it a whole lot more expensive. The wines I did have were mid-range and fairly average. The 2 stars comes from the "service charge". This was auto added to the self service QR menu for food. It was also added without asking me when I ordered a beer from the bar, at the bar! I can understand adding a service charge when there is actually table service, but in this case there was not. I thought it was a cheap tactic. The large sharing platters were also underwhelming. The venue is beautiful though, and I love the concept of trying new wines.

Great wine selection and very easy to order. The food was really yummy food. Highly recommend the vegan pizza with the peppers and the apple and walnut one. The ordering system is not my favourite because I prefer asking for re recommendations, but it was easy enough to use and the food is quick!! The vibe is lovely and I'll definitely be back!

Really perfect place, but need reservation before going there, ambiance is really cool, staff is also friendly and helpfull. Many kind of wine you can taste (1.5 £) and drink. Prices are normal for this quality place. Cash is not acceptable please use your cards.

I was expecting more, very bland food. Very nice decorate but not flavour at all. The service was good, environment nice and waiter attentive.
