I have bought a (large kofte kebab), cane in, opened it it looked like that, idk what they think but for £9.50 that is not a large it is at most a medium.

I have to start of with the service. It was amazing and they were very friendly and funny now food it was great crispy chicken and crunchy fries and the shop itself was clean

I ordered from these last night and my food was cold by the time it got to me. The best thing about the meal was the can of drink

Hey i have tried food from USA the food was very delicious and it was sooo tasty and fast delivery and fast serving as well

dump food is made by some guys who don’t wash their hands between cooking your food and taking the bins out. The kitchen looks like it’s never been cleaned. Chips were dry and hard and chicken looked like it had been sitting in a box for a week. unless you want food from a bunch of unclean workers, i don’t recommend

Been using this takeaway for a couple of months now and have to say its one of the best around and exceptional value. Chicken always fresh and hot, potato surprise is awesome. Ordered pizza tonight for a change and they were spot on, delivered in less than 30mins and as I'm 7 miles out of town that's pretty good going 👌

Worste place you could possibly eat, chicken tastes like cod and staff call the police when you ask for a refund absolute shambles don't waste your money, the photo attached is the main problem, avoid at all costs

Good burgers but it's really salty.

Just waited an hour and a half after placing an order on their website, only to call and find out they somehow received the payment but not the order. Then I got told I had to take it up with "food hub" who we didn't even place the order through to get a refund or to get the order placed again. Ended up getting a refund because after sitting on the phone for 10 min I didn't really feel like eating their food. Don't understand how they got the payment and not the order and why USA Fried Chicken couldn't just retake my order over the phone. What a headache. That'll be the first and last time I order with them.

Meat and chips in a box......Somehow edible yet dry and barely warm kebab meat thats been sitting there for hours. Fresh fries though....yay a win....Box wrapped up without sauce...

Would be better if it didn't sit warming under foil for a few hours! Soggy and nasty coating, threw away the hot wings after one bite. The portions were generous in the fried chicken due to some unusual butchering, and the chicken was ok after removing the coating. They should be ashamed to use the U.S.A. in their name as it had no resemblance to even the worst fast food American fried chicken.

The chicken was the worst I have ever tasted - no exaggeration. Seriously over cooked, super dry and extremely salty. I took one bite and threw it away. The chips were ok. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day?!

i have been a customer here since 2016. Great food and service everytime. If you are middle class, do not order here, because I guarantee that you will leave a 1 star review because of how high your standards are… stick to a restaurant where you can hurl abuse, eh?

The main product along with the other menu additions are good value for money as is the customer service.

Not a fan. Had a MEDIUM doner kebab yesterday and it was basically a miserable looking dried and hard flatbread very roughly opened with an exaggerated 1kg of meat on top, covered in a ton of sauce and topped with very poorly spread salad. Might as well have asked for a large portion of meat with bread on the side. What a waste.

Asked for my sauce to be SEPARATE from my kebab. Kebab came covered in so much sauce the it was inedible. I have never seen this much sauce put on a kebab in my life. Absolute joke. Waste of money. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was actually cooked perfect for once which is a big positive however I recieved it cold and instead of the fudge cake I was hoping for they sent some weird cheese cake thing. Not impressed at all if you dont have the cake dont advertise as in stock as passing off (swapping it for something you do have) isnt a good thing to do.

Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 supreme chicken wraps when it was delivered within the time we were given it was cold the tortilla wrap was burnt and crispy as if it had gone off and I found a hair in mine not gonna be ordering from there again I'd give it 0 stars if I could

Ordered chicken wings a number of times because they're close and convenient and a couple of years ago used to be really good, now, we always end up super disappointed. Today was the final straw for me, this chicken was undercooked and not even coated properly. Yuck never ordering from here again.

Usual standard fried chicken/kebab shop. Nothing outstanding but certainly a welcome sight seeing it open at 1 or 2am on my stumble home from the pub sometimes. Even getting food delivered on the odd occasion is nice. Never had a bad experience from this place yet.

They have had issues with hygiene and food issues. So be careful.

Possibly the worst food I’ve eaten in Newmarket. Burger patty was dry, bun was soggy and soaked in the juices of the cabbage. Very unappealing. The chips were like cardboard and had no crunch or flavour to them. Won’t be ordering again as this has been a very bad experience.

Going into the store is great. They are always friendly and give great service. Ordering food for delivery not so great. Red chicken and cold chips. Not a fav.

Messed our order up gave us the wrong order and took 20 mins to sort out so when we got ours it was stone cold. Guy on the phone just kept making excuses and no apologies or refund. Donor meat was also undercooked, usually good from here but won't be ordering from here again.

Sent my child a burnt burger - both patty and bun black!!! So bad that all you can smell is burnt, disgusting. Called up, customer service awful.

Very frustrating as I order regularly from here never had a problem, but my order tonight was wrong and I rang up to have it corrected to be told sorry they are very busy will talk to delivery man when he comes to the shop, over and hour or so ago, I paid £2.50 for a bottle of regular coke to only receive diet coke, my sons kids meal came without a drink and instead of the Dr pepper I ordered with my burger meal I got diet coke, I hate diet coke hence why I didn't order it in first place, now my son is gutted he didn't get his drink so this was a treat tonight and I specifically ordered the large bottle along with the meal as due to pregnancy I've been craving it all day. Now I'm stuck with this nasty excuse odd a fizzy drink that will go in the bin great one unhappy hormonal pregnant lady!!!!

Always have to add on an extra hour to every delivery, some of the food quality is poor, make sure to check the food before consuming as it could be undercooked!

I got it delivered and it arrived within 20 minutes of order, the chicken is not too fatty and has a nice flavour. Overall good service and meal.

I normally like it there but I ordered 3 simple things a burger with mayo cheesy chips and and to pieces of chicken I get home and i have a chicken burger and normal chips and 1 bit of chicken
