Always had a good experience with them, friendly staff and happy to help if you can't work the order pads, children's parties are catered for, parking can be difficult at times, but there is the retail park across the road if needed

Good Burger King. Polite staff. Good job, guys. Edit:- Well…losing a lot of stars, in such a short space of time. When I first tried this BK, I was impressed. It was an efficiently (if a little shabby looking) run restaurant, usually with a nice smiling face handing over the food. Previous weeks have told a very different story. I’ve been there recently and ordered food only to have to wait quite some time for the food to be prepared, and when it was prepared, it wasn’t prepared very well. Yesterday I went there again hoping things might be a bit more efficient, but I was even more disappointed to find that the drive-through queue hadn’t moved anywhere in 15 minutes. Luckily, I was at the back of the queue and I could reverse and disappear if I wanted to but others who were in that queue would’ve had to wait it out. I decided to park in the car park and go into the restaurant and have a look to see if there was anything particularly interesting happening which might be causing such delays. Upon entering I saw a very stressed person (also looking quite unclean, like he’d rolled out of bed and put on a dirty uniform, who I imagine was a manager of some sort, with another member of staff standing next to him who perhaps looked like a trainee. The person who I think was a manager spoke very rudely to the trainee and waved him away while he continued to look stressed and quite annoyed with the till, while dealing with a customer. This place really isn’t being managed well. Burger King need to do something about it. It could be a great little restaurant. It just needs some nice people there who are capable of doing the job. Hopefully someone at head office cares.

Staff is very rude her name is Nikola she has been very rude and offensive always long waiting and i never ever wanna go to this restaurant and suggest other people aswell don’t go and waste your precious time

Love coming here for a treat. We don't eat tons of fast food but enjoy a plant burger every now and again. The app always gives us great offers too, and apart from one bad experience (with the service) on the drive thru, the staff are lovely and always pleasant and helpful.

Me and my wife took our 4 kids here a d it was a great experience. The lady serving us, an assistant manager, was very nice and very polite. I got our order in a timely manner and when our kids wanted some onion rings and nuggets the lady serving us offered to bring them out to our table when they where ready so I could sit down and eat. Absolute fantastic service. Above and beyond for a fast food place Thank you.

We used to go here all the time, but over the past decade we've seen the quality go down a fair bit. Today we stopped off for a bite to eat, and immediately we realized there was a sign telling us to order at the kiosk - no orders were being taken over the counter! The screen was unresponsive and it took longer than just speaking to someone. They used to have a thing where all the condiments/salts etc were available, but that's not there anymore, and we had to ask instead. The food was alright but dad's burger was burnt around the outer edges, the food was lukewarm and both our fries had clearly rested under a heat lamp. We could've asked for new food, but before, we could just come in and get their signature burgers no problem. It's unlikely we'll be returning to this branch again.

We have to wait over 20 min for food, but it was worth it.

Rubbish, I was told that that management had said that customers had to use koisk, and was asked if needed help. No, helped wasn't needed. I have enough interaction with ordering remotely via computers. Speaking to a person is nice. Just not in Burger King it seems.

Ordered plant based whopper no onions got home and was a meat whopper with onions tried to call number on receipt doesn't work! Really bad check the orders

We have ordered 2 chicken royale's and one burger on the app at 8:00pm. We came to collect it and waited until 8.30pm. When I asked the girl whats taking so long she said that they couldn't cook the ham. Here's a question to the staff: If you can't even work at burger king, what else can you do? I used to hate my job working at the bar, but despite that customers still didn't have to wait 30 mins for a drink or a coffee. Looking at the other reviews, if the staff are not sorted out, all of these youngsters will be flipping burgers on the pan for the rest of their lives. If i wanted to wait 30 mins for a fast 'food burger' I would have went into a restaurant. Overall, they could put a lot more effort in, and they know that themselves.

Everything is miles better from BK than McDonald's, except the coffee, the only item the clown outfit do better is coffee

Rude and unfriendly staff. Mayo price ridiculous! Why is ketchup free but mayo charged? No lid given for drink when drinking in? It’s a takeaway cup? I had not finished my drink after my meal. You would have thought I had asked for something ridiculous but no just can I have a lid. Glad I am not local. The rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.

I have been and got a takeaway from there Today and when I came to the window to pay the girl just stuck the card reader under my nose and said fifteen pounds,No please or thank you she will know,as I did say thank you to her in a rather curt way.Please train the staff to be more respectful as it is us,the customer who indirectly pay their wages

Overly priced for what you get.

I remember when a burger king burger was the burger to eat. Oh how you have fallen. Loaded fries, dry, salty and tastes only of dried onions. We saw a banner for the barbeque stacker burger and the wife and I both made the order based on the banner. I thought they had made a mistake when it arrived. Management could only comment on the fact that it was only £5.99, what did we expect to get, well I expected something larger for a burger with King in its name. We ordered two frozen drinks and looking at the menu, they looked like a regular drink size. Kids sized at best when they came out. I would have complained about the loaded fries but my wife would rather never return than have me keep complaining. It's McDonald's for us moving forward, I expected better

Not enough seating at all, not is there enough space to stand and wait for your order or to even do the ordering on the screen. They didn't give lids for the cups out, I asked for some for the drinks to takeaway, got a scowl and given two, when there were 7 of us standing there, even just three enough for the kids who are more likely to spill. The foods alright it's your standard burger king.

Food is good, they have a drink machine where you can add flavouring to your coke etc, I like getting strawberry Dr pepper. Service is fine, you order using a touch screen so you don't have to talk to the staff. The atmosphere inside is quite nice, but the car park and location lets it down. Additional note: I visited just after opening at about 10:15 and they obviously hadn't cleaned that morning or the night before. Crumbs and fries on the floor and greasy finger prints on tables.

Too expensive - cheaper to go to the Golden Arches down the road for a family, think this is why it’s so empty.

Terrible BK. Very poor service and lacklustre service. The burger was burnt to a crisp and flavourless. When we asked for condiments and were told they weren’t available since we had paid already. After asking again we were offered ketchup and salt as they were free (we would have paid for proper condiments if offered).

The food is ok. I think the buns should be toasted. There is a good selection of beef and chicken products. There is a little bit of seating but it is mainly takeaway.

It was very quiet when I went, the food arrived quick and was warm. I was surprised that they charge for mayo, I calculated that buying three small mayo sachets costs the same as buying a whole mayo bottle from the super markets.

Wow, what a change from their rivals ! The fries were delicious and still a reasonable temperature when I got home and the burgers have really improved . The staff were polite and friendly and it was busy , so busy that someone was waiting for my parking place and there was a queue at the drive through . Can't fault them this time .Diana

Appalling. Probably the worst burger king I’ve been to. The service was slow. The food was cold and having the audacity to try and charge for sauces is taking the piss after ordering nearly £30 worth of food. Not exactly a cheap place to eat to start with. Would not recommend.

Spent £65 tonight to dinner for 6 and the got asked would I like anything else I said yes please cani have some mayonnaise yes I got told 30 p a sachet really whats next burger rolls as extras or have to pay for straws or the bags the chips are in as an extra no ender its not busy in here and everybody is at McDonald's

We ordered a takeaway order and half of the order was in the bag... a disappointment for everyone, they charged the full amount... a very bad experience

Can I just say I’ve always enjoyed the food here but when I went to the drive through today there was a blonde girl who took over my call as I was just trying to get a voucher code up she took the phone from the girl with dark hair and then started to talk to me like I’m a child I had to ask her on the phone “am I annoying you or something” as she made me feel like an idiot. This needs to be looked in to because they also charged me for sauce which I don’t mind but she brought my food to the grill bay with a salt sachet rather than a sauce! Definitely not a mistake after how I was treated.

Waited way over an hour past expected delivery due to Uber eats mess up. When they finally reassigned a driver to pick up I’ve been informed by the new driver that Burger King redid my order to make sure it wasn’t cold. Muchly appreciated as I wasn’t expecting that to be the case.

Got a parking fine for £100 for spending longer than 60 mins here. I felt ill in the restaurant so stayed longer until I was comfortable with driving. Will not be returning here.

I like it here. Customer service is on average v good. But the nettles are everywhere - the carpark is pretty kuch a dump they certainly don't seem to have a budget for outside maintenance! And they could do with improving the cleaning up services after people leave the table - I could barely find a table that wasn't crumbs and greasy.

It was clean. Food was good, fresh and hot.

It was quick lost of choice and plenty of places to sit the drive through looked busy so a popular place . Service was good . Food was hot and right so that's a winner

Burger King has a better tasting burger than McD, but........ It is more expensive for certain things, unfortunately the service was slower on this occasion.

This place is in a very sad state and they seem to have given up even cleaning. It's a shame as I generally like Burger King burgers.

Will ALWAYS go to a BK over a Maccies. I mean a Bacon Double Cheeseburger will beat anything. Annoyingly the last time I was here the drinks machine wasn't working

Priced more than menu offers. Staff didn't ask for sauce and didn't ask about ice.

Probably the best Burger King we've had. The food was hot, a rarity in most BK's, and the burgers were well filled. I like the new screen order system and the help yourself soft drinks. I always want more than one drink, so this was great. The tables could be cleaner, but the other facilities were clean and maintained. Staff were pleasant.

I do not like the auto ordering system distracting you every press of trying to order what you want, asking if you want to add this that and the other or upsize, very annoying.

Food was quick and tasty, good range of vegetarian options, and the staff weren't unhelpful. However, the restriction on sauces, lack of drinks lids and napkins made it a much less pleasant experience.

Staff think you stupid because your an older gentleman. Where i come frim they still have people helping in takeaways. Extreamly expencive for a bun with a chicken breast a small bit of lettuce and mayo. Tap coke and £9 bill . Burger King will not see me again..😡😡😡

Nice newly refurbished one, bit sterile, but most fast food places are. Staff were friendly but looked dopey and a bit clueless. Overall, it's a good one 🙂

For fast food it was very slow, the food was ok as freshly cooked. Just very expensive over a tenner for a meal. Not many people eating and staff where zombie like.

Dined in, nice that the drinks are unlimited, did close quite early. Didn't realise until I left there was a parking limit of 60 mins (very short), was empty inside, staff never mentioned the parking limit. Because of the unlimited drinks and chatting, was in there for longer than 60 mins, hoping as I was only in there, they don't charge me for parking to use their restaurant....sadly got a ticket for a £120 for parking longer than 60 minutes, rip off, should have parking meters or extend the time. Won't ever use this burger king again, regardless of unlimited drinks, burger king should be ashamed to accept this daylight robbery!

Excellent service. It looks like they renovated the place. I got my meal quickly and it was hot. Can't fault them.
