Never disappointed, always quick and got my order right, tastes good, especially ordering online, quick and ready to collect in minutes. Do wish they take card at some point in the future.

We buy chips on a regular basis and love them with our home cooked burgers. The team is also very friendly.

Second time I have visited this place,now I understand why it's never busy. My first bad experience I shall not give details here because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time I ordered a meal which included a drink,when I came to collect and pay, no drink in the bag. I pointed this out and he gave me a can then took the money he had charged me at least 2 pounds for the can or shortchanged me. No salad on the half pounder. If it was the first time, I would let it go but it isn't . I shall give this place a miss.

Purchased a few items from here for me and my colleagues. I purchased a chicken wrap which was pink on the inside and made me sick within 20 mins of eating it. We had also gotten 15 wings, 13 of these were pink on the inside as well. When I took them back to shop owner, they were not apologetic whatsoever. All they did was give me more chicken to make up for it which I didn't want after recieving a whole box of raw chicken! did not even want to give me a refund, will definitely not be eating from here ever again.

Very bad food was cold even my kids realise that the food was cold and not fresh I waited 30 minutes for my order and the food was very bad the and the staff was so rud and not friendly at all I advice you don't throw your money its not fare the way they serve and the food quality is poor

Always have a great pizza from here. Could do with a refurb of their menu board, and the ability to take card payments but no criticism of the food or service

Honestly dont know how people right bad reviews of this place, in ordered a few times now and every time I've gone to collect the chaps in the shop have been a right laugh, food was pucker and they even chucked in free drinks for the first time I went! Foods great, staffs great and couldn't recommend enough!

Worst fried chicken I’ve had to date. Soggy coating on chicken that’s been left in the hot holding area too long. Rubbish quality chips… I mean at least invest in Lamb Weston’s or something. Cherry on the top… I’ve been struck down with food poisoning. Will not be returning nor would I recommend. I will stick to Favorites in St. Neots.

Get a meal for a family of 3.. 6 pices of chicken 5 spicy wings large and a small fries comes up to around about £20 not bad at all. Foods always warm speedy delivery

We had a takeaway from here tonight, the portions are very big, loads of crispy, fresh fries, the chicken was very tender and well seasoned. Prices good.

Maybe I’m basic, but 2 pcs chicken and chips piles your plate high and only costs £5.50. And it’s decent too. Takes 2 minutes. Win.

Just had a delivery gave the driver £10 to much by accident so rang back and apparently it’s my fault for not checking and they don’t employ the drivers will not be using them again

Good for a bag of fries but that's about it. The only fond memory of this chicken was feeding it to chickens in a pen

We enjoy the food, but please ask for price when you order for delivery and remember it, As delivery driver always charges extra or short changes you then denies it. if you want to tip it should be personal choice not him tipping himself with your money .Has happened to us 4 times now BEWARE

Food was good but meal was £14:30 +£1 delivery. When delivered this increased to £16:30 and the driver had only £2 change. Advised collection only.

Nearly an hour and a half for a delivery. JOKE i will never be going back here again. After all the years of having good food from them. Pretty ok! However my veggie burger was drenched in chilli sauce when my online order specified a little. Hot hot hot! Very quick though. Tasty enough! Nice to have a veggie option in a very clear chicken, burger type shop so cant complain... Delivery chap was nice and found our tricky home easily. Have ordered before and will again minus my volcano veggie burger. X

Fresh cooked food, down side, but pricey, but only takes cash only, same as the other two take away places in the area, probably owned by the same person. Burgers and fries tastes lovely, if they don't over cook the fries, only happened once so far. Pizza I try to avoid, as its a little too salty for my tastes.

Great chicken shop 😋 Authentic usa style chicken. The wings are some of the best I've tasted. Give the wrap a go if you're eating on the move. Pretty good pizza too.

Lost a regular customer today. Messed our order up and when we politely told them that they made a mistake they rudely made out we were lying. They gave in in the end aslong as they take the burger back, which we didnt ask for. Probably so they can reheat and sell. They tried to say it's the pandemics fault because they're short staffed. Think the guy needs sacking because he has no customer service skills and no apology was made. Cant blame his hearing on the pandemic! Had to wait 2 hours in the end for our second part of the order and now the foods cold. Evening spoiled avoid at all costs!!

Phoned to ask if they take card and they DONT and they're not very polite.

Give me a mountain burger every time and I'm a happy bloke. Onion rings are very crispy and cheesy chips are extra cheesy and all at (what I would consider) a reasonable price. Just over £18 for two of us.

Don't buy! No actual chicken in my burger!! Edit (tried again a year after and burger is the same, avoid!)

If there was a zero star l would award them that.l phone up and l guess because of my non English accent...idiot at the end of the line listens to my order and...simply puts the phone down on me.Yeah right.F****ng idiot.

Visited several times now, every time is perfect. Chicken is great, burgers are juicy, fries aren’t too greasy and have a good crunch. Cannot say a bad word about the food. Service is always fast, very polite girl usually serving, but the guys are great too. This is what a local takeout should be like, welcoming and providing good hearty junk food for the local people. Well done chaps, you’re the first fast food place to ever receive a compliment from me... and I’m usually a fussy/snobby eater. You’re my ultimate guilty pleasure!
