The waitress was very nice a very friendly Maria served us with lovely food @ we enjoyed our meal out very much .we will definitely come here again @hope Maria is there again .

Always a great time in the Highwayman. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, a special mention for Maria who is always so bubbly and smiling even when it's busy. One massive gripe is GK should replace the chairs on tables 33, 34 and 35! Other than that great place!

Great pub great staff tom great worker perfect for stag and hen nights perfect for flights from Luton. All staff are friendly, help regulars, maria very nice, no complaints

Bad smell, heating doesn’t work in rooms. Wouldn’t recommend, have to wait about 30 minutes to check in after arrival.

Tom is very decent at his job, always upbeat and always helpful. Extremely patient with all customers and works his socks off.

Didn't book accommodation but really appreciated the quick, friendly service from food waiter Mike, Restaurant Manager & Bar staff were very attentive to my needs.

Maria, our server, was bubbly and provided great service. Dinner and dessert were great, Maria added a heart in the sauce of the dessert which was a lovely touch. i highly recommend eating here.

Felt obliged to leave a review. Visited pub last Saturday with family. Young barman called jack was incredible, professional, friendly and manned the bar solo! It was busy and wait for food was 45 minutes! But food was good and had a very enjoyable afternoon. Thanks everyone x Helena Herbert & family

This hotel is the friendliest place I've ever stayed in. Rem the assistant manager is an absolute credit to this hotel/restaurant and made our stay here feel like we've been coming for years. The hotel room was lovely and clean, the restaurant food was delicious and staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and it's my go to now when staying in this area. Thank you.

Lovely dinner as always with great service by Maria. We managed to get some of our meals on the £5 epic deal which was excellent value for money. They also popped on the tv near us and let the kids pick what they wanted to watch- brilliant 🤩 would definitely recommend

Jack & carris were really great happy and welcoming also the tall lady who might be the manager was really great to. Meal was good came out quick. Now the gravy well what can we say, would make a very good wall filler and table varnish 😂 it was lumpy and very hard chips stood up well in it 😲. But as above the service was great great staff and great service will definitely be back. Well worth the visit

Dunstable Highwayman, excellent service, lovely bar staff working here, very nice food, my little one loved her pizza from childrens menu.

Supposed to open today at 8am. It was still closed at 8.45am.

Good food, good atmosphere, quick and friendly service, Rem, who has served my family and I multiple times, is brilliant, humorous but still professional, and caring. Overall a wonderful place to eat.

Service is reasonable ,always some food items amiss aka kitchen,lack of availability, slow food experience, sometimes, portions can be laughably small, have visited many times,was ok,now not so much.

Lovely Christmas meal, until a large family with two screaming, crying kids entered. Couldn't wait to leave after they arrived.

It was lovely. The staff checked up on us to see if we needed anything and asked if our meal was alright and our drinks were good and even asked us if we wanted our desserts and anything else that we may need.

Had to wait a little while at reception but receptionist was very helpful and informative. Room was warm, clean and functional with tv good quality internet tea and coffee facilities. Ate a very good meal in the evening. Quick, attentive service. Will be happy to stay again if it's convenient.

The rooms were good not impressed with the attached hungry horse pub

I use this hotel every week for work. Staff friendly and helpful couldn't do more . However they are up against it as GK will not fix the problems with some of the rooms that has been going on for over a year. This leads to complaints . GK need to be honest with people when booking. Rooms are alway spotless on arrival. Restaurant food is OK. Good pub grub.

Stayed at the hotel and the sign said breakfast 7am-9am Went down 8.55am to be told we was to late and breakfast would not be served , the 2 members of staff who deal with us was both very rude.. Why advertise a time for something but then don't stick to it and when your customer query this your staff is rude to them Would advise anyone book elsewhere not a good company

The manager was so nice and understanding of our time issues and the rooms are so big and spacious. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Dunstable.

Attended for lunch with our children. Lovely friendly staff. Lots of variety on the menu. Food came out quickly and enjoyed by all.

Great service polite staff and everytime with a smile, i can say that the steak was perfect the curry dishes are not so authentic but a nice try. Nice clean pub with pool table and big screens well done all !

Waiting time for a meal is a joke. Over an hour for chicken and chips and there are only a few people in the restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I visited for a quick meal on my work trip. I was served by Karina, she was lovely and helpful. I enjoyed my meal, it was very nice and filling. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Great value for money food and drinks wise. Good is pretty good and good selection of drinks. Impressed with the staff especially JJ he has been exceptional. Always provides a friendly service. Very professional absolute asset to the team.

JJ is a great bartender. Everytime we come in we are always greeted with a smile. The service is great he is always professional this is what keeps us coming back. Thanks JJ. Can also say great value for money on food and drinks and a good selection.

Came in for quick pint while waiting to see friends and was made to feel incredibly welcome and accommodated for. Shane was a great barman and the bright shirt manager really made sure everything was working well!
