Jack & carris were really great happy and welcoming also the tall lady who might be the manager was really great to. Meal was good came out quick. Now the gravy well what can we say, would make a very good wall filler and table varnish 😂 it was lumpy and very hard chips stood up well in it 😲. But as above the service was great great staff and great service will definitely be back. Well worth the visit

Good food, good atmosphere, quick and friendly service, Rem, who has served my family and I multiple times, is brilliant, humorous but still professional, and caring. Overall a wonderful place to eat.

Service is reasonable ,always some food items amiss aka kitchen,lack of availability, slow food experience, sometimes, portions can be laughably small, have visited many times,was ok,now not so much.

Lovely Christmas meal, until a large family with two screaming, crying kids entered. Couldn't wait to leave after they arrived.

It was lovely. The staff checked up on us to see if we needed anything and asked if our meal was alright and our drinks were good and even asked us if we wanted our desserts and anything else that we may need.

Had to wait a little while at reception but receptionist was very helpful and informative. Room was warm, clean and functional with tv good quality internet tea and coffee facilities. Ate a very good meal in the evening. Quick, attentive service. Will be happy to stay again if it's convenient.

The rooms were good not impressed with the attached hungry horse pub

I use this hotel every week for work. Staff friendly and helpful couldn't do more . However they are up against it as GK will not fix the problems with some of the rooms that has been going on for over a year. This leads to complaints . GK need to be honest with people when booking. Rooms are alway spotless on arrival. Restaurant food is OK. Good pub grub.

Stayed at the hotel and the sign said breakfast 7am-9am Went down 8.55am to be told we was to late and breakfast would not be served , the 2 members of staff who deal with us was both very rude.. Why advertise a time for something but then don't stick to it and when your customer query this your staff is rude to them Would advise anyone book elsewhere not a good company

The manager was so nice and understanding of our time issues and the rooms are so big and spacious. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Dunstable.

Great service polite staff and everytime with a smile, i can say that the steak was perfect the curry dishes are not so authentic but a nice try. Nice clean pub with pool table and big screens well done all !

Waiting time for a meal is a joke. Over an hour for chicken and chips and there are only a few people in the restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Great value for money food and drinks wise. Good is pretty good and good selection of drinks. Impressed with the staff especially JJ he has been exceptional. Always provides a friendly service. Very professional absolute asset to the team.

JJ is a great bartender. Everytime we come in we are always greeted with a smile. The service is great he is always professional this is what keeps us coming back. Thanks JJ. Can also say great value for money on food and drinks and a good selection.

The lady behind the bar is very standoffish. First thing she said was we've no butter, shouting half way across the bar. I said that was fine. Ill still order breakfast. I tried to ask why somone didn't just go to the local shop and buy some. Her response was brand standards we can't for Allergens. I said that dosent make sense. Anyway i sat down and had my dry bacon and sausage sandwich. I continued to watch her shout the same thing abouy butter across the bar to whoever walked in. Then she said nobody could order breakfast now because the chef has gone on his break for half an hour. Im shocked how such a big firm cant train there staff and can't problem solve. Akward and unprofessional that's all i have to say

Went to The Highway man today for food and drink while we watched the Euro football. Lovely food and drink, great place to watch the games. The staff were especially friendly, thank you Ruby, Tom, Jj and Joseph for looking after us this evening.

Probably first time trying veggie lasagna. Pasta is a little overcooked and tastes soft /mushy and especially with the vegan cheese which disintegrates rather than pulls. Seasoning is not bad, not too salty. It appears to be microwave reheated despite its relatively late arrival— no overheated center so maybe some very skillful reheating. Surprisingly filling with the relatively lower calorie. Roasts have great deals. Probably tastes alright for the price. Those who stayed here said it’s decent but it isn’t very easy to get without a car

Came here with the brother, we were both highly satisfied with both the food and service, Charis was especially helpful with ensuring we had all we need for a great experience, Shane at the bar was very welcoming and funny great bartender. will definitely be dining here again, 10/10

Disgusting breakfast. No eggs, no white bread, no tomato, undercooked bacon & sausage ( raw inside) cold beans & mushrooms only thing edible was the hash browns. Didn't go down for the next 2 breakfasts went to wetherspoons

Use the Highwayman as base when at Head office, has everything you need for 1 night or 4 nights. Highly recommended.

Just outside of town and easy parking, tried this Hungry Horse for the first time. Bar staff were friendly and helpful (thanks to Leanne) and the pub classic fish and chips with sides was cooked well and delicious. Service by staff member George was professional and attentive. We would recommend a visit 👍

Wow! What can I say?! George was amazing today! The service was top drawer and I really liked his shirt. Good bit of chat and made to feel very welcome. There was a chap wearing an Arsenal cap, but you can't have everything. Anyway, I digress, would recommend, especially for a lunch time pint whilst doing rotas. Thank you George x
