Absolutely appalling my Chicken Soup has ripped up chicken which was roasted and my soup was gravy with curry powder and they put dumplings in and carrots The jerk is not proper jerk tasted like bbq sauce and the gravy has no taste first time ordering and the last! Not real authentic Jamaican food The jerk chicken has been microwaved and the soup!!

That gruel your serving as Caribbean food is disgraceful. I’m not one to complain but when I’ve spent over £40-£50 it’s just very disappointing. The dumplings are most definitely made out of Yorkshire pudding mix, the oxtail was just in a flavourless sauce and the jerk chicken was just meh. The mac and cheese was the texture of jelly. The only thing I can give you a point for is the rice and peas but than than for some bizarre reason you added tinned carrots and sprouts as veg. I honestly don’t think you should be trading food. Your either operating as drug front or your doing this as joke!! I’ve not requested a refund from Uber eats but I don’t think I want to anyway, everyone should know how disgusting and tasteless your food is!!!

Do yaself a favor people do not go here got mutton curry with white rice every peice of meat had bone and lumps of fat on but the worst bit was the pre cooked rice like bullets don’t know how anyone has give this gaff a 5 star rating all their customers must be from park house also peice of jerk chicken old black chicken leg disgusted .I’ve just binned the lot and ordered from Caribbean lifestyle what I should have done in the first place

Just had my Sunday dinner from urban spot , food was amazing service was fast , can’t wait to try the oxtail as was too late and was sold out, had lamb and rice and peas and all dinner trimmings. Lovely!!

The food was exceptional, with a delicious blend of Jamaican flavours and a variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and their customer service skills were fantastic. The meals tasted authentic and home-cooked, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese it’s 🔥

Hands down my favourite place to eat! My go to is a meat curry, brilliant portions, amazing flavouring and without fail always perfectly cooked. (Juicy, tender meat that just slides off the bone. 😍) I absolutely, Love, Love, Love it! Must give it a try. 🤤 I highly recommend it!

WOW.. that’s how I can describe this restaurant in one word. The food is amazing and they never fail to impress. This is the only restaurant I order from and on treat night, it’s very rewarding to eat such amazing food. The food is always amazing. The food is reasonably priced and the portion size is perfect. The meat is so tender and succulent, it melts in your mouth. This is the place to go if you want tasty fall of the bone, tasty meat. The oxtail or curry mutton is the best. I haven’t dined in as yet but I plan to soon so I am commenting on my delivery experience. I know I won’t be going elsewhere and if you want value and quality food, this is the place to go. It’s simply spectacular and reminds me of being back home in the Caribbean. This place surely has the wow factor. 👏🏼🥳🤯🫠🤤🤩

First time trying soul food after looking for a while and this was the only one I came across that was genuinely Halal. (There's a few African food spots that have Halal symbol but aren't actually halal and have cross-contamination). The lady was welcoming and accommodating. I told her what I wanted to spend and within a few minutes I had the masterpiece you see below. Each and everything had it's own flavour but combined it all went so well together. Overall would definitely recommend this place. Great food, service and prices.
