Run down. The menu board had updated prices on paper taped on top of the display and other items covered over entirely. They advertised cake, but I didn’t see any kind of fresh baked items at all. Just kind of sad. Ice cream was fine, nothing special.

After checking opening hours I brought my granddaughter through especially from Ayrshire as she loves bubble tea ....so one extremely disappointed girl when we arrived at the shop to find it closed. Please update your website

This is the place of the greatest bubble tea on earth. I absolutely love it and I personally believe it's too die for! Although it's overpriced it's still fab and you should defiantly visit.

I do like Urban Bubble, however i find that the prices are a bit expensive for what it is. I have have several flavors of ice cream from there and have not been impressed, as they were quite tastless. However their brownies are good and i would recommend the bubble tea or the tango ice blast. The shop itself feels very cramped and small, but looks clean and tidy. I would also advise any customer to use their swappi rewards card. Overall i will be back again

I'm not proud of how many times I've been in here since it opened but at least I can say they're consistently awesome! The owner/manager/guy who works there a lot (I'm not sure sorry) has always been super enthusiastic letting us know of good combinations. All thier staff are very knowledgeable about allergy stuff too. Ive been in with my sister and mum who can't have certain food colourings and they're very thorough in making sure thier orders are okay for them. It always looks really clean in there too. I like that it's open so you can see to 'the back' of the shop and it's just as clean looking

Good selection of ice cream and other desserts, affordable prices and the staff are always very friendly. No matter how busy the shop gets, you are always served quickly and this doesn't affect the service you receive. I highly recommend, even if you love slightly further afar.

Love this place! Good selection of ice cream, the cookie dough is the most amazing thing I've ever had & I can't pass it without getting a Tango Blast! Staff are always friendly & I can't wait to come back.

I love visiting Urban Bubble! Small shop in the centre of town where the staff are always friendly. Great choice of ice cream flavours. I love the bubble tea and tango ice blasts too and the cheesecakes are delicious. Would definitely recommend a visit when in Stirling.

We came for lunch as we happened to be in the vicinity and my wife fancied the three cheese crepes I'd seen in the menu online. So glad we did! Gabe's was amazing, their menu had so many options that I had difficulty choosing one but the chorizo bangers and mash were outstanding and I would genuinely sit with a jug of the gravy and a spoon. My wife adored the crepe we'd come for and insisted she was trying the raspberry and ginger one before we could go. Since that gave me time for the banana fritters it was not a problem! Overall this was ana amazing find that we would heartily recommend if you're anywhere nearby, and by that I mean I'm going to be driving up from Glasgow to explore more of their menu!

Colquhoun StreetDined as part of a large group (12 people) and the service was excellent, food was delivered in a timely manor and accomodations were made for the children as the adults meals were going to be longer as tomahawk steaks were ordered which take about 30 minutes. While kids meals were brought out complimentary nachos were brought out to keep the adults going which was also a nice touch.

Parece que sólo te sirven si eres local, incluso cuando un local dijo que mi marido estaba esperando a ser servido él todavía fue ignorado. Mi marido dijo al personal que estaba esperando ser servido, totalmente ignorado. Huelga decir que nos fuimos y fuimos a otro lugar como lo hicimos en nuestra segunda noche. No volvería a tener ese trato poco profesional ya que era obvio que los 3 miembros del personal lo vieron, lo miraron y lo ignoraron

Craigs RoundaboutHad a bargain bucket was served all chicken drumsticks which had NO TASTE AT ALL !!! The chicken was cold, very greasy with not herb coating. Tasted just like fish batter coating. The only good thing about the bucket was the chips and just for a change they were hot. We have KFC every three weeks and it has gone down hill. Won’t be going again till it’s sorted out and will be telling friends, would not recommend, they are more interested in the deliveries
