Ordered from Upton Spice a number of times and the food is generally good however as a repeating customer expectations are that not only the food remains to a high standard but the customer service is also to standard. The owner is great and gives fabulous customer service but tonight his staff delivered the food. On order, amongst other food I asked for a tray of donner meat which is £6.99. I then altered the order to include a litter bread. On delivery the delivery driver requested another £1.20 for the pitta bread even though if I ordered a donner kebab in pitta would have been the same price as the donner meat at £6.99. I didn't have the extra £1.20 immediately to hand and after discussion with the delivery driver, I said I would get the money and he said hurry up!! Really poor service overall from the restaurant and the driver and to be fair, if the driver had hurried up delivering my food it wouldn't have been bloody cold on delivery. Really, really poor service from a usually good takeaway. Bad, bad, bad.

Bought a 12 inch chicken tikka pizza which was lovely. However, we ordered a family box of chicken and chips as well. Came as the SMALLEST 6 pieces of chicken LEGS we could have ever imagined! We thought it would have been a selection of wings, thighs, and breasts etc!! We will not be ordering again.

We order here all the time and have never had a problem but last night we orderd my burger didn't taste quite right it was like washing up liquid and my husband said his kebab tasted funny too then my husband had been up all night shaking and been sick he defenetly has food poisoning has he's never ill

Ordered within 10 mins of closing thought we had no chance of getting food anywhere, they guys stayed open and made our food which was absolutely delicious, will definitely be ordering from here in the future, pizza was probably one of the best iv had ✌🏻

Rang them after waiting 40mins, said it would be another 15mins, because they where busy. (Rude tone of voice and no apology) could have let that slide but paid nearly £20 for a pizza and cheesey chips, chips where basic and pizza was terrible. Poor quality ingredients and service. Avoid

First time ordering from here, im new to the area and wow I had the royal Arabian kebab and it was bloody lovely, delivered on time by a very pleasant driver, what more could you want. Thank you

Although we love the sweet Turkish kebab from this place there are much better options locally for gorgeous good quality Indian food, they really need to be clearer on their menu too, confusion leads to regular customers going elsewhere 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Go here every now and then, friendly staff and the food is always nice. Not the best curry you will ever have but decent enough .

Lovely polite and delivery on time,we tried Korma,burger,Calzone,and a few other things and all were good especially the chicken tikka starter.

Had to throw my food away, was mostly cooking oil. Not good for Indian food, don't know what about the pizza is like
