Chips were great, curry sauce excellent 👍 lovely friendly atmosphere 👍

Did not have the Chinese food so can't say what that was like but waited almost 25 minutes for cod, chips and a sausage in batter and the fish was just about cooked, tasted as though it had been in the freezer for far too long. Will not be going back.

I've lived near here all my life an I have never had a pie an chips like it. It wasn't puffy or flakey like a normal pukka pie it was rock hard an my 88yo mother is not happy, I'm not happy my sausage in batter was soggy, an before I forgot the chips tasted weird not cooked in veg oil but something else also they were yesterday chips heated up absolutely disgusting. They've probably still got the rat out back. Don't bother go rounhills or ninefields.

Always really enjoy a take away from here. As our local, if we fancy a take away it’s always first on our list and we’ve never been dissapointed! Really tasty food x

Food is 100 times better than it used to be. Iv not ordered from here for a few years as was ropy to say the least. After the meal tonight I’ll defo be ordering again.

In need of a decoration, food was ok and price was reasonable but feel like I went back 30 years in time when I walked in.

Had form here be4 it was very nice so chosen to go again had special fried rice which I was enjoying until I noticed hair in my food and I don't mean just one the was a few and I know it wasn't mine has I have light hair and this was jet black and thick strands.

Pineapple fried rice- YUM! Food is made to order so can cater for some allergies.

The best Chinese in Waltham abbey in my opinion, this is my 3rd or 4th time using this Chinese and i’ve not been disappointed once. We ordered the mixed hors d’oeuvres and we was given little pots of sauce which is so nice, everything is always piping hot fast delivery. The quantity is just right and honestly for me quality is the best in the abbey and I’ve tried them all. Highly recommend.

Good value for money,and you don't get half measures.Never had a bad takeaway from here.

Food was ok but knowing a rat has been in the shop all over the counter and around the food plus the dirtiness of there kitchen and oil outside-their back door I’d give this a miss ......

Picked up my order. £29 it cost. Hard chips, no shrimp in my chow mein, tasteless and pretty cold. I rang them to nicely explain. Just said sorry. No offer to replace, 're imburse ,Just sorry.. nicest thing about it was the bottle of coke and that wasn't even chilled..will not be repeating this experience..

Having used this place for over 20 years the last few years it's gone downhill Shop looks dirty and dated, with the same menu board as 20 years ago (not same prices) Chinese dishes all taste the same, loaded with salt n sugar, chips are probably the worst I have ever had!!! Would rather drive 5 miles than eat from here

Never open when advertised, apparently open until 11pm on Friday nights. Arrived at 10.10pm and its shut. Not the first time either

Used to be a very good Chinese take away and fish shop but has gone down hill lately
