Upper Crust Birmingham Coach Station in Birmingham

Had egg mayo and bacon baguette. surprisingly delush! Bread quite fresh 😀

On Nat Express bus from Penrith to London stopped for break in Birmingham. Good baguettes and coffee. Chris helpful and served well.

Chris was very polite and the decaf tea really hit the spot

Rachel who worked on the counter was very helpful and accommodating to my allergen needs and had the kitchen make me a fresh baguette. Thank you really enjoyed after a stressful start to my day

I get too good to go bags here sometimes. There’s a guy that’s really nice and pleasant and there’s another one that is honestly always mean and gives me less food on purpose 😂 I hope he’s okay but damn girl you don’t gotta do me like that

The coffee was good. I like a stronger roast, but it didn't taste bitter or burned. The food looked reasonable and tasty - but we've just eaten. The selection was good, and the service was excellent 👍

Quick and convenient service, cheaper alternative than the Starbucks opposite. Smaller menu, but has anything you could want, including several delicious looking sandwiches, although i opted for a croissant which was delicious, and a salted caramel iced latte. Rachel was friendly, and everything is good value for money.

The service was very quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My coffee and hot chocolate was very tasty and hot. We were served by a lovely lady and a young lad called latchment. Just a nice relaxing experience b4 we boarded our trip to Leeds 9/8/24

Lovely baguette & coffee from Levi

Both of our coffees were incredibly weak unfortunately, we threw them away very quickly. My partners vanilla cinnamon iced latte was far too sweet, but their cinnamon roll was very nice.

Lady and young man serving (Thursday 25 July @ 12.30pm) were friendly, helpful, accommodating and polite. The baguettes we purchased for our onward journey to Devon were the best we’ve had. Coffee was good too (with my added syrup). Well done!

Rose and Rachel were so lovely to me this morning. Their smiles and energy lured me into the shop instead of going for their large competition right across. We shared a small conversation and I had my fav latte in a while.

Rachel at Uppet Crust shop inside National Express Coach station was so helpful about the freshly made baguettes & gave me recommendation of the spicy Chicken Firecracker. I would definitely be coming back here again for the hot fresh baguettes made daily. Thank you Rachel for being a star & having a smile on your face. I will definitely try the vegan one next time - it sounded tasty! :-)

staff were speedy, efficient and lovely to talk to; made me feel nice and calm before my trip! food hit the spot although a little expensive, however its a coach station so thats fair enough.

My husband ordered sandwich with cheese and ham and it was perfect I ordered sandwich with mozzarella and ham and it was ok but spicy. The tables in the restaurant were not cleaned, there were crumbs on them

Went here whilst waiting for a coach 2 breakfast baps (which one was cold) even though they warmed it up were terrible. We also had 2 hot drinks which come to a total of £16. This does not deliver value for money. Especially when I can get the same 50% cheaper and not cold at the cafe outside.

Very Expensive sandwiches not enough choice & what choice you had was accompanied by cheese no butter or margarine on the bread dissapointing if I'm honest.

Tagiyah was excellent! My partner and I came to upper crust before our coach trip and we’re greeted with professionalism and a warm welcome from Tagiyah. The pain ah chocolate was delicious and soft as were the Italian baguettes and lovely warm coffee. Thanks for starting our trip off nicely Tagiyah.

Rachel was lovely, we had a great chat just before it got busy. Fingers crossed for her daughter doing well in the Army. Hope she gets chosen to row across the Pacific.

Just your average dry baguettes that you can expect from upper crust. They had posters advertising adding a drink to a Baguette for £1.50 all over the place, and when we inquired, they said that the promotion only applies to rolls (bacon roll) exclusively. I guess that they call rolls “baguette” in Birmingham… This feels like false/misleading advertisement at best.

I've been through Birmingham coach station a number of times over the last year. Every time there is never a member of staff at the counter to take my order. Today I just gave up and went to Starbucks.
