I had a fantastic experience at Upper Crust shop. Rachel the sales representative was very knowledgeable and help me find exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service.

Was served by Rachel this morning. Amazing service and food and the hot chocolate was incredible. Definitely would recommend :)

The 4 of feb 2025 which was a Tuesday. I ate there the lady that served me was just the best she was fantastic. She asked if am allergic to anything.and that the first I have ever been ask at a restaurant. The place was spotless .I wish if I could remember her name. She is the best.

Very Friendly staff, Rachel was lovely, bubbly and full of smiles despite having a very early start. Food was lovely, fresh and hot which is always a win after a 7hour coach journey and a further 6hours of travelling to go.

I get too good to go bags here sometimes. There’s a guy that’s really nice and pleasant and there’s another one that is honestly always mean and gives me less food on purpose 😂 I hope he’s okay but damn girl you don’t gotta do me like that

The coffee was good. I like a stronger roast, but it didn't taste bitter or burned. The food looked reasonable and tasty - but we've just eaten. The selection was good, and the service was excellent 👍

Quick and convenient service, cheaper alternative than the Starbucks opposite. Smaller menu, but has anything you could want, including several delicious looking sandwiches, although i opted for a croissant which was delicious, and a salted caramel iced latte. Rachel was friendly, and everything is good value for money.

The service was very quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My coffee and hot chocolate was very tasty and hot. We were served by a lovely lady and a young lad called latchment. Just a nice relaxing experience b4 we boarded our trip to Leeds 9/8/24

Lovely baguette & coffee from Levi

Both of our coffees were incredibly weak unfortunately, we threw them away very quickly. My partners vanilla cinnamon iced latte was far too sweet, but their cinnamon roll was very nice.

Lady and young man serving (Thursday 25 July @ 12.30pm) were friendly, helpful, accommodating and polite. The baguettes we purchased for our onward journey to Devon were the best we’ve had. Coffee was good too (with my added syrup). Well done!

Rose and Rachel were so lovely to me this morning. Their smiles and energy lured me into the shop instead of going for their large competition right across. We shared a small conversation and I had my fav latte in a while.
