I found this branch efficient and friendly. Special mention goes to Joseph who remembered my particular choice of Chocolate with alternative (coconut) milk and “extra hot!” Joseph naturally has a kind nature and knows how to truly value his customers.

Not much to say about the atmosphere - it’s a train station - and the food was fine (ham & cheese baguette), but the two lovely ladies serving were helpful and good humoured, which always improves a train journey.

Some people say a great cup of coffee can brighten your day, but today, it was Megha’s confidence that did the trick. She was so lovely that I would’ve asked her to dinner in a heartbeat—if only my train hadn’t been rushing me away. Fantastic coffee, even better company, even if just for a moment!

The baguettes are always fresh and well filled.The girls are always smart and friendly. Megha and Taman I hope I got their names right.

The baguettes were banging and best I’ve ever had. The presentation of the counter is enticing and very well laid out. I was asked by Megha to leave this review which I did find strange. However the staff were asking everyone so here is my review. I was served quickly and efficiently, Megha asked if I had any allergies. The sandwich was nice. It was a convenient lunch in-between trains.

A very good filled Chicken and Bacon Roll served quickly despite the queue by a young lady with a beaming smile and a very positive demeanor. Would certainly eat here again.

Lovely food, lovely service - Vaishnavi at Birmingham New Street was excellent.

Orderd a "our best sausage baguette" and I can assure you it was far from your best. Sausage was stone cold, and when it was reheated beyond return, the baguette was then rock hard. No replacement offerd, a fresh one should of been offerd at least. Might of well of just paid the money and fes it to the pigeons.
