Never buy good to go bag from this again and you should not do it . its a lunch bag with nothing there are 2 sandwiches empty and taste like nothing and it took a long time to get this awful bag ! Wish i could i get a refund

The staff Tasha tashi I am not sure , apologies, really nice and helpful. I had an issue and solved straight away I wanted a change in items. Please come and you will enjoy the best food and coffee. Also too good to go. Congratulations ☕

I recently visited a coffee shop and had an incredible experience thanks to Tara's outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. I keep coming back regularly because of her exceptional service. Tara always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel valued as a customer. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her customers truly elevate the experience. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend this place not just for the coffee, but for Tara's amazing service!

Hashem was very helpful and polite

I've never had any problems with the food and service overall. Joseph and Rose specifically who I'm able to recall by name, are very competent and friendly workers! Other staff who I don't know by name are similar in my experience. Edited/addition comment: I've now learnt the name of a worker by the name of Hasina. I've been serviced by her on multiple occasions and she's a pleasant worker who I have similar views on as those whom I've previously named.

I paid £5 for a vegan breakfast sandwich. It was small and only contained 1 sausage. Bad value

I recently stopped off at the Upper Crust at Birmingham New Street for some lunch in between trains. I was served by Taran who was so friendly and helpful. She made sure I got a good deal on my purchase which was much appreciated. The baguette I had was great too! Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from Taran who offered me drinks, served me the new Prosciutto baguette - warmed it up for me (!) - very smiley and friendly staff - good lunch option! She is great. Also - I think you should bring in a meal deal please?! I’m from London and £7 for a baguette is a tad steep without crisps or drink? Even Pret is less … just a thought xxx

The taste is very stable, but you have to go through the gate to find it. Sina's service is very good and her attitude is enthusiastic

I bought walkers at about 14:30 served by a long haired dark Asian guy whom I greeted and ignored me and then threw my walkers on the ground, he then apologized when I looked at him in disbelief. I said thank you but honestly I was appalled by his behavior.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service. Tara, the staff member who served me, was incredibly friendly and efficient. She greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was exactly to my liking. It's rare to find such attentive and personable service, especially in a busy station setting, but Tara really stood out. The coffee itself was great—freshly brewed and full of flavor, exactly what I needed to start my day. The pastries looked tempting too, though I didn’t have a chance to try them this time. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the convenient location. Overall, if you find yourself at the railway station, I highly recommend stopping by this little coffee shop. The excellent service from Tara and the quality of the coffee make it a spot worth visiting.

Upper Crust at Birmingham New Street is a great place for snack to take away on journeys or to ear while wayrung for connecting trains with friendly and helpful staff (like Taran). I haven't tried the drinks yet but the baguettes and pan au chocolat I had were delicious!

As a frequent commuter, visited store at Birmingham new street on multiple occasions. Well managed and well organised. Staff always going extra mile for customers, always friendly, polite and professional. Special thanks to Joseph and Rahila- you are stars, always with smiles on your faces and making customers feel welcome
