A huge thank you to Kimono!! After having my appointment cancelled by another salon on Christmas Eve, Kimono managed to fit me in. Tyler was absolutely amazing. Always a pleasant atmosphere, clients made to feel welcome and my hair looked/felt fab❤️

Had a great haircut from Roman at this salon. Extremely professional and polite as were all the staff currently employed there. Over the moon with my new trim! Would highly recommend this salon!!!

Just had two appointments with Roman. What a star! He did a full consultation before starting anything. Had a great cut and then some lovely ribbon highlights put through. I didnt know what I wanted but followed Romans advice and I love it. A great family feel in the salon. They make you feel at home. Thank you 😊

A couple months earlier (may specifically) I got my hair done.It was amazing. I got a Skunk bleached butterfly cut for about 5-7 to seven hours straight the man doing my hair measured were he would bleach it bleached it perfectly and now my roots have grown out they perfect blending into my natural hair.Thank you for taking your time with my hair and fitting me in just before my birthday,I will be going back in the future.

Came in for a quick haircut. After a thorough consultation the end result wasn't what I had in mind. An not "unhappy" with the result my hairstyle hasn't been ruined so I can't complain too much. But the haircut isn't my style. The young man cutting my hair was very friendly and talkative. Overall a good experience for what was a quick cut.

Had my hair cut by Roman here today - he took on the challenge of rescuing a not-so-great hairdo I'd had elsewhere - and did it brilliantly! Friendly but professional; skilful and creative. Thank you!

Took my daughter here for a cut and blow dry Tyler did an absolutely fabulous job cut her hair and curled it love this place 🥰🥰🥰🥰 they always to put of there way to keep their clients happy and Roman 🤩

Kimono is a brilliant establishment with brilliant professionals!! I have been having my hair done here for years and always receive quality service. A special mention to Tyler and Roman, who are not only knowledgeable but creative with their approach and give thorough consultations. I'm always impressed by how good my hair looks and how confident I feel when I leave the salon :)

I had a colour correction with Jo yesterday and she was fantastic. I don’t think I will ever use another salon ever again now. They are stuck with me! Thanks so much to all of you for sorting me out at such short notice :)

Roman my shining hero, saved the day for me and for that i will be eternally grateful, I was let down by my hairdresser from another salon and I was due to have my christmas and holiday ruined, went to Kimono and they was just going to close due to it being christmas eve, the owner Robin said that he was leaving and asked if Roman would mind helping me out and without any hesitation he came to the rescue. I was looked after like it was not a problem and felt like a princess when I left, this is customer service platinum level. THANK YOU for saving my christmas and my holiday as my husband would refuse to sit next to me on a flight looking like I did x x :)

Robin always does a fantasic job highlighting my hair and it stays so healthy between visits despite how blonde I like it. The salon is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic even my husband said my hair looked really nice. Very unusual. Have used kimono for a long time but styles move with up to date times.Young blood coming through Jo and Robs sons lovely pleasant young men. Not a chore a relaxing time for me. Thanks Jo.

On 9 July 2021, I donated 19 inches of my hair to a charity. The lead up to the big chop I spoke with Rob at the salon about getting my hair in the condition required by the charity. Rob listened attentively to my needs. He was very honest with what would work with my hair and threw some suggestions. I felt at ease being in Rob's hands as my main priority was donating minimum 16 inches. At my first visit Rob kindly provided free treatments to help with the condition. At my second visit Rob and his team all got involved with cutting and filming the big chop. Rob kindly gave me the hair cut for free and suggested the payment to be made to the charity. This was extremely kind of Rob and his team especially during the pandemic. Thank you all for your support and generosity.

Been going here for years and I LOVE this place - I have had so many hairdressers but you are guaranteed a warm welcome and a nice cuppa when you arrive. There are beautiful surroundings and gorgeous accessories to mooch as well. The owners are just lovely and they know how to pick their staff. Always left feeling a million dollars. Highly recommended

I had an awful at home box dye kit ,which went disastrously wrong! My hairdresser Amie was so good with me, had the patience of a saint and I've just rebooked with her as she's so, so good. Cannot recommend her enough. A Lady called Amanda, with the most amazing Red hair, was so kind and great to talk with. Well she did me a beautiful manicure, which again I would highly recommend. Gorgeous aesthetics inside, nice vibe and everyone is really sweet.

Great place to feel pampered by experienced staff

Overall unprofessional. 5hrs for haircut and colour. Asked for an experienced hairdresser but a student ended up doing my hair. After a series of delays i was offered a £5off voucher! The owner was getting her hair done whilst i was still sat there for 5hrs. No one can be so desperate to consider this place.
