UNO’s pizza in Knowsley

I was there for a meal and I bought pizzas and chicken kebabs with a crazy delicious sauce: garlic mayonnaise. you have to try it.

This was the best pizza and kebab place for years, yet the last few times I have been I have ended up with an upset stomach so won’t be going back

Two years since I last came here and (beyond belief) it's gotten worse. Missing items and the stuff that did come was wrong and cold. I've been trying to call the shop to sort it but they won't answer the phone. I'll be going up in person tomorrow to get a full refund. Stay away from here.

This place needs closing down. Awful food, awful service. I should have checked the past few reviews before I ordered again. 🤮🤮🤮 It was great years ago. What a shame

Been a regular customer at this place for few years always good kebabs bought 2 burgers with chips there one staff serving he brings out the burgers from underneath the fridge not front fridge I noticed they were brown round edges an dried up didn't look good anyways he served them to me an we took them ate them in car tasted funny and funny smell so only ate half throw the rest in bin. An we got sick next day both of us vomiting and stomach ache.never going there for food again.used to av good staff there an serving fresh food but not good place to go to anymore.risky.

Been this place for years went the other week and asked for 2 chicken kebabs.said have to wait so they would be fresh.was gobsmacked when he tried to get chicken out of a yellow bucket the chicken was frozen solid.sorry don't do frozen chicken.

Went down hill alot, nothing is made fresh all pre cooked and reheated, delivery times are very long, staff are rude don't waste your time and money and go somewhere elsewhere

Always enjoyed their food and service and been a customer for 4 years. Pizza arrived with no spacer so most of the toppings where stuck to the lid. Gave the delivery driver £10 pound note and asked for a fiver.change as a tip. He said "he'll just go to car and get £5 change and I never saw him again. Lost a regular customer as I will never use again.

I have never bothered to write a review but after this experience I couldnt not. Been a customer with Uno's for over 15 Years, never had an issue until today. Ordered online was advised 75 mins, 2 hours later began calling the shop. Got cut off over and over for another hour, when I finally got through they advised me they was just cooking it, I asked for a refund. Been left with no tea and now waiting for a £20.00 refund. Its clearly gone down hill when you read the reviews, thought it was just one offs on delivery but a 2 hour+ wait must be normal for this company now. Dont waste your time use champions dovecot, similar Pizza's no messing about on deliveries.

Phone ordered for kebab to collect. Was told 25 mins, collected after 20 mins. When I got home it was cold, chicken was dry & burnt, pitta was rock hard. Will not be goi g there again.

Mixed kebab great. Pizzas sometimes burnt depends what night you order.

Lucky to get one star on this. Waited over two hours for food to come. They put wrong ingredients on a pizza they advertised. Chicken was burnt to a crisp on the chicken kebab. Chips came were hard and cold. Food was completely pathetic. We are first time customers from there. Never again. Absolutely awful

Just paid for a 14 inch Mighty Meaty and it has took the trophy for the worst pizza i have ever had ! I called the shop explaining the pizza had no tomato puree on the base, this made the pizza horrible as it was to dry to consume... The pizza was wafer thin and dry as a yard brush :-/ The toppings where like rubber, never in my life will i use this place again ! Am sticking to Dominos from now on as you get what you actually pay for.. There is cutting corners to save money and all, but this just took the complete biscuit. The picture below is what was underneath the dry base with no puree to speak off. Look closely and the thin brown thread worms looking things was apparently spicy beef (Vomit) I used to basically run a pizza shop in Huyton years ago, i have made thousands of pizzas and there is simply no excuse for food like this... Please avoid it's disgusting

Boss kebabs.. full house lasts about 3 days.. burgers are nice too

Cheaper than Domino's, small takeaway, great pizzas, polite staff, but cash only, and the delivery policy is weird - I only live around a mile away but I'm outside their delivery range. But nice pizzas!

Would give minus if I could. Vile food, rude staff, disgusting place. Used to be lovely really gone down the pan. Always a problem

Nice kebabs but they're not generous with salad and sauce, preferring to charge a lot for extra.

Avoid like the plague! 2 hour wait for food! Lies, poor communication and terrible customer service. If I could rate it lower I would. Placed an order at 20:23 which had a delivery time of 50 minutes. After an hour I called and asked if the food was on its way - I was told it was leaving the shop and would be 5 minutes. Had to call again 40 minutes later to again chase up the order to be told that they only had one driver on and it wasn't the shops fault the food was late. Told them to cancel the order and issue a refund, owner of the shop made me feel like it was my fault that they couldn't fulfil the order. Food eventually arrived at 22:17 with the poor driver being sent across the town without being told by his bosses that it was cancelled.

Waited over two hours for delivery. Awful service. Blamed it on only having 1 driver!!! Why not stop taking orders you cannot deliver.

Not a nice experience, shop didnt look clean. Lettuce wasnt fresh and chips barely warm. Person serving food handled money then food without washing hands. Wont use again. Would give zero stars if i could!

Food really tasty , love ordering from here….but often delivered just warm also lettuce is never fresh.

I ordered pizza, it was soggy and I couldn't lift a slice up as it just fell to pieces, I had to use a knife and fork!

I used to enjoy ordering my donner kebab with onions and tomatoes plus plenty of tahini and chilli sauce but on 11th jan 2021 hardly any sauce and kebab meat was old and crusty,utterly vile.Going somewhere else from now on
