years ago you had to make your own kebab but now they do it for you which is neither good nor bad but I did really hate the compartmentalised boxes

Ordered pizza for home delivery arrived warm only eat four slices when I ordered another one in two days that one was warm as well when in bed was shaking and hot,sent email to head office about pizza being cold and why have they not replied and do they ever look at the reviews I get from them by text

Went to Unique Pizza to get a kebab and I was shocked how much the prices have gone up!! at least £2 in a couple of months walked in and walked straight back out. Other places that do just as nice kebabs and not as expensive its a shame being going there for at least 10 years

Went in to the shop to get a kebab in May 2023 and the meal deal kebab chips and a can of pop was £6.90. I went in 2 months later July 2023 and the price had been put up to £9.40 an extra £2.50, I was in shock how much they had put it up not by pence but by 38%. That it thieving and I wont be going there again.

Ordered food through Just eat. When order came noticed items missing. Reported and asked for part refund for missing items. Refund refused. £13 out of pocket.

Los precios son realmente buenos e incluso obtuvimos un poco de pan de ajo gratis por pasar 20. ¡Felizmente los volveré a usar!

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered at 22.30 and the food still hadn’t arrived at midnight, I rang to ask and just received abuse down the phone. I no longer wanted my pizza I just wanted a refund however the guy on the phone told me he wasnt prepared to do that!! If by what ever means you decided to order some food from here always pay cash as the company steal your money!!!!

Please read my previious balanced reviews. The food I recieved from this place this evening was inedible and dry and awful. £20 for two really poor kebabs is not good no shocking!

Best kebabs in Chester. We've tried them all and Unikebab is the best. The chicken shish are lovely and salad is fresh. You always get a warm welcome too.

Honestly the staff is nice, the pizzas are tasty and not expensive. I definitely recommend you ! Better than dominos pizza and other famous pizza chains selling crap

The best place to get a chicken kebab from! Pizza is also delicious.have also tried the mix kebab too,in fact never had a bad take away from here.

Donner kebab was very dry and old, I'm allergic to tomatos and specifically stated not to put them in and tomatoes were in my food and onion rings were burnt!

sadly our order did not arrive, (typing this at 2.30am sat ) but we did order at 1.05am. Applying for refund from just eat. Probably our fault for ordering at late hour.

Absolutely dreadful my chicken kebab was literally swimming in mayonnaise really put me off my dinner. When I called to complain the person who answered wasnt apologetic in anyway, we used to love the food here but I won't be ordering from here again

Fast delivery time, all food was hot and perfectly cooked, pleasant delivery man, only downside was the curry 'sauce' as it was more a case of curry water, it was horrible.

Brilliant delivery time. Cheeseburger was perfect BUT the wings were greasy to the point where we didn't even eat them so wasted money there.

Who doesn't love a good old kebab after a night of drinking? Uni kebab was a good fix for the end of night cravings.

I found bones on my pizza -_- The chocolate cake is too small. And the chips were basically burned Apart from that the burger was good. Great (!)

Get politer staff! I was shocked to be rung by the delivery driver and ordered to come outside.. and when I had, she began to shout about how she was cold before brushing me off entirely when I complained about her banners!

I ordered a burger and a kebab. The burger was delicious, but the kebab was a little overpriced for what you actually get. Apart from that, excellent, will definitely consider ordering again!

Our food arrived half an hour before the time we asked for and we spent more than £20 so should have recipe a free pizza this didn't come and they refused to send one out! When we did eat food wasn't great either. Awful customer service I won't be using again.

Well cooked tasty kebab with fresh soft pitta

We live in new builds and everytime we write a description of where it is it's never followed. Delivery driver didn't understand a word of English and despite explaining where it was over and over kept getting it wrong and it arrived after several phone calls and descriptions of where we are very late. Pizza did not have the extra pepperoni on ordered. They did give it to us cheaper and we got extra garlic bread but was just too stressful and won't order again.

It was delivered on time and the driver was polite, however the meat feast pizza I ordered firstly wouldn't call it a "meat feast" more " small meat pile in the middle" was not happy about the quantity of meat on the pizza and also the pizza was badly burnt! Was not happy and did not enjoy it!

I normally love unikebab but recently they've gone down hill in standards. My most recent order was lacking in taste and was cold.

Disgraceful - had to wait in the cold outside the main door for over 10 mins as 2 brainless men trotted around trying to find my address, no apology for the wait, food cold and disgusting - absolute waste of money!

Food was lovely although pizza & garlic bread were slightly over cooked but still tasty. Came slightly after the stated delivery time but as I live quite far out I have no complaints over that as food was still hot. Will definitely order again

I use uni kebab every so often and have always found the food and service excellent. I ordered a kebab on Sunday and it was the best kebab I had eaten for ages. It was hit, not greasy and served with a fresh salad. Will definitely use uni kebab more often

Never came with the right order and when spoke on phone about my order there atitude towards me was not acceptable.

There was a piece of bone or something in the kebab but apart from that it was great.

Ordered 2x 12" pizza meal deal. Should have been 2 portions of fries with it but only got 1. Rang them and they blamed just eat despite me having a receipt from just eat clearly showing 2 pizzas, 2 cans and 2 fries. Guy argued with me until I gave up on the fries. I've ordered from them a lot in the past but won't again.

When the pizza arrived everything had slid off the bread, presumably during delivery, which isn't very far from my flat so god knows what happened in that short space of time but that's the last time I order from that place. Too expensive for this kind of nonsense.

Would use again as good value for money

I haven't ordered from here for a while and I just realised why I stopped getting food from here. The burger was tasteless, the onion was slimy and well the lettuce tastes of nothing, the chips and cheese were horrible, the cheese tasted very strange, chips were dry and undercooked.. all in all it was a horrible take out, the only Thing that was remotely edible was the onion rings and the nuggets.. I won't be ordering again..

I have all ways orded food from here for meany years and the meal we have just had was cold as they where late tryed to charge me more for my order then what it said on just eat am not happy at all driver was not help full at all will not order from here again
