Underhill Hub in Swansea

This is a great venue for a family birthday party. The ages ranged from 2 to 90 which is always a catering challenge. The staff at the hub were great and ensured that everything run smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely think about coming again.

Potentially a great location and a nice spot for a coffee/snack. Friendly and helpful staff but sadly poorly trained in the art of catering. We recently called on a Saturday morning for the first time and were extremely disappointed in how untidy and uncared for it looks. I know it's adjoining sports facilities so dirty boots etc have to be expected, but then it needs extra diligence with regard to toilet cleaning. Also there is no excuse for waiting staff returning to the kitchen empty handed. Tables were left with dirty dishes and not wiped for the whole time we were there. Considering there were just a handful of seated customers it was unacceptable to see staff lacking the pride and enthusiasm in assuring everything was shipshape. At Mumbles prices higher standards are expected

We frequently go to Underhill Hub for lunch as we enjoy the food. We have found the staff are always helpful and friendly, the venue is clean and tidy. We also took family there at the Easter holiday weekend. Excellent venue for toddlers

The Hub helped us plan an important family event. They provided a buffet for us which was exceptional and every request was accommodated. The venue suited all ages and the staff were very attentive. I would certainly recommend their services. Thank you to all that helped us.

Considering they are charging prices as much as Verdi’s, and all the restaurants on the front, it’s amazing such a beautiful place is being let down so badly by the catering management! Staff are constantly on their mobile phones! Rarely pay attention to repeat customers and their needs! And when they are really busy, they are most time closed! You cannot even comment on their Facebook page! Considering they are here for the local community!
