Not a fan of cocktails but these were just sugar with very little alcohol. Food was nice though

We arrived early for our brunch, but quickly welcomed, and seated, the attention and present of staff was excellent, we were never without a drink, and food was great, really enjoyed our experience of there bottomless brunch, had such a good time, and will defiantly recommend, was definitely a little tucked away ruby to find, so the only negative would be better signage or sumthing that stands out so you no you have the right placex

My friends & I had a bottomless brunch here as part of a hen party this weekend and had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and really attentive with the drinks. The food was decent (better than most brunches) and the cocktails were tasty & fresh. Good music too! Would recommend

Rather disappointed at the de-yassificstion of this establishment. Exhibits of aforementioned de-yassification include: The removal of the iconic Lindsay Lohan/Justin Bieber mugshots on the bathroom doors The butchering of the cocktail menu The extermination of the pineapple grenade shot the white washing of the pink napkins And above ALL else the erasure of the katsu curry dirty fries... It's still a nice place but not what it used to be in my opiniont

Had a all inclusive brunch here last Saturday lunchtime. Waitress was fantastic and was frequently coming back for drink orders. Cocktails were lovely, food was tasty. Absolutely no complaints.

There were five of us and we booked this for our mates 60th, having never experienced a bottomless brunch before. All we can say and I speak for all five of us. It was value for money. We had a welcome glass of Prosecco whilst we perused the menu. And then our 90mins started from our first cocktail. Our server was attentive and pleasant and ensured our drinks never ran dry. The music was good. The food good and the cocktails, lovely. Would thoroughly recommend. Only slight disappointment was that website isn’t up to date with food offerings. Was looking forward to Mac n cheese which wasn’t on the menu. Still the Korean bbq chicken burger which we all had, was lovely.

No atmosphere due to it being empty and the owners like to try pull a cheap one on drunk customers by not filling up measurements. Give it a shot if you like just keep an eye on their measurements ;)

Best place I’ve been for bottomless brunch! You can definitely call it bottomless for sure, drinks just kept coming and coming what a great service. You get your moneys worth, great selection of drinks and beautiful food.Callum the waiter was the most helpful and couldn’t have been any better! Me and my friend had a blast of a time we will definitely be back again 🙂🙂🙂

Went here for a bottomless prior to a night out with the girls. Here’s what I liked: 1.staff were very attentive 2.flexible timings to book (not just brunch) 3.cocktails were good (not anything special) but way better than turtle bay. Here’s where I think the venue could improve: 1.the table wasn’t clean on our arrival 2. Menus had food stains on 3.it was cramped 4. The furniture was cheap and chipped and didn’t really have a theme, it felt like it had been flung together. 5. Food options were basic and not many of them for the bottomless.

Me and the girls had such a laugh here the atmosphere was spot on, the karoke was hilarious. You get so much for your money

Really brill service, we came to celebrate a friends bday and they really spoilt us. Lee especially deserves a shout out, we had a wonderful night, and the venue was fab.

Myself and 16 ladies had the best time here yesterday. It’s such an amazing place to go for a bottomless brunch and celebration. Lily our server was amazing and so sweet. She was always there to serve us and always with a smile. The food was so lush too and great value for money I would highly recommend this place!!

Food to start with was pretty poor, very bland and chicken was definately cooked about 2 days prior and re-heated. but it was rectified pretty quickly. Drinks came thick and fast and the best part by far was our waitress; Lilly. She was so nice, friendly and accommodating. We ended up giving her a tenner for being so brilliant. 😊 but I wouldn't be back in a rush, mainly because of the food being rubbish.

The food, ambience and deco are terrific. As for the staff…. 4 thumbs up

Refried beans were really disappointing, just beans, fried in a bit of spice but hard and no sauce or soft texture. Certainly not 'California style'

Bitterly disappointed in our late bottomless brunch. Not much info is given on the website and once we got there it was clear why. Although the price is listed as £34.99 on arrival we were handed menus that said the price was £40.50 on questioning this we we’re told it was a last minute change and they were happy to honour the original price due to us booking online. Do not expect unlimited cocktails! What we were offered were pre-made choices of vodka with fruit juice, rum with apple juice and ginger beer, and gin with elderflower, they were also extremely weak and sweet. The food took longer than you would expect and was of a very poor standard especially considering the wait. You should also check your bill at the end as we were charged for a bottle of Prosecco that we had during our time allocated, when we disputed this iit was removed. The only positive was our servers and staff in general were very friendly and polite hence my one star rating. I feel that the lack of info about the bottomless is limited intentionally and I would neither recommend or visit this establishment again.

We held our Big Binit Breakfast here in December 2021. Pink Moon gave us speedy and efficient service. The breakfast canapes were delicious, and they also offered some vegetarian options. All our guests were very happy, so we will hopefully be hosting our events here again.

Very disappointed , had visited in September 2021 and the pancakes and the experience were outstanding , however upon visiting the other day we found that none of the previous pancakes options we had being the peanut butter and jam or fried chicken and maple syrup were Available to order due to menu changes so we ordered the biscoff ones instead . I must say these were very disappointing the portions were a quarter of the size of the ones we had before , we’re mediocre at best , my bacon was burnt and I had to reorder my partners latte as the milk had curdled. Such a shame as had been looking forward to going back here for the past year , and was very upset that this experience came at a very high cost for a poor experience overall , will not be going back again anytime soon .In all fairness Staff were very friendly but management need to sort them selfs out (if it ain’t broke don’t fix it )

Really nicely designed space and a perfect place to go either day or night. Staff were super friendly and attentive. We did have to wait about 45 mins for our food, although we were a party of 5. The food was completely worth the wait and only a bit on the pricey side. I had the Cali Flatbread and it was amazing. The large portions are definitely big enough but not overly filling.

Disappointing Went to the pink moon to celebrate a 40th birthday. We were a large group & our food was pre ordered.. However this made no difference … meals came out randomly, the food was cold, 3 of our group received their meals when others had finished. I ordered steak which was nice but it was on the menu with broccoli … thus was not on the plate, it eventually was offered after I had finished my meal. Some had ordered hamburgers, the chips were served first & cold by the time their burger arrived. On a positive note the venue is great and funky, the staff were all friendly and really tried. The front of house Alice was very good, keeping calm & really tried to make good of a disaster afternoon. We were given 50% off the bill which was appreciated. It would have been better if we were told there was a delay with the food as we would have been happy to have another drink & wait to be served the food all together to eat together 💗

Disappointed! After hearing so many nice things, I was incredibly disappointed. Booked for 8pm and didn't sit down until shortly before 9. Food was cold and under cooked. Our designated driver was served alcohol after ordering a mocktail. We did receive a discount on our bill and some free drinks to compensate however it was an awful experience from start to finish. Happy Birthday to me...

Such a shame!! We reserved a table for 11 of us for a friends birthday for 8pm and not only had they double booked ( meaning we didn’t get to sit down til gone 8.30pm) service was slow and terrible! Fortunately the manager offered us a free round of drinks but our food was so slow, and by the time it arrived - fries were cold. They then proceeded to give our friend who was driving ( and ordered a mock tail ) an alcoholic cocktail!!! Such a shame as we had received such raving reviews about this place. Although they gave us a good discount on our dinner, we left significantly later than we wanted - and most definitely won’t be back!!

Myself and my friend had met in Exeter for a day trip. We were excited to try this place as the menu looked delicious and right up our street! So we booked for brunch but it was super disappointing. I went with the pancakes and to be honest, I was a little shocked that a paid chef had produced it. They were SO dense and rock hard. If you're expecting fluffy, light american styled pancakes I would stay clear. They were so heavy that I had to leave half of them on the plate. We had to leave to watch a show but if we'd had the time, I probably would of declined to pay for them. The place itself is comfortable and Covid safe, its defo cashing in with its 'instagramable' decor. Not sure I would return but have faith from the other reviews that they do have other tasty food on the menu. Just cant forgive those pancakes!

I love it here. The interior is aesthetically appealing but the food. Oh my god. The mac and cheese bites are to die for. It is on the pricey side but it’s one of the best food places in Exeter in my opinion. The veggie burger was just as nice. And my partner loved her chicken wings ❤️‍🔥

Filthy way to prepare cocktails. Person who did mine, spilled quite a bit of the preparation she had for two cocktails, leaving the glass sticky. When they served thw second one, they noticed one of the glasses had less drink than the other. So shared the preparation between the two glasses, spilling again some more. There were slices of lemon or lime to decorate the cocktail, that were placed on the counter that had spilts all over, while they transferred some the drink between the glasses.

I’ve been here before and it was great so booked it for a dinner with a group of friends. Unfortunately we were sat downstairs which is more of a club/bar feel and the music is very loud. This would be fine late night and with a small group but there was a few of us and it was only 7pm and so we couldn’t hear each other at all. The staff turned the music down slightly which was really nice but they seemed quite harassed and so we didn’t want to make too much of a fuss. The food was also not hot and it just seemed like the restaurant wasn’t set to cope with how busy it was.

Cool setting....airy atmosphere....sensational food....Great staff 👍 One thing to note....the "Nautella" pancakes are NOT Nutella. (And if they're supposed to be, then you really have to look at how you're making your sauce.) "Trust me...I'm Italian and a Nutella nut" 🌰

Nice place and the pink latte was tasty! However, both mine and my friend's pancakes were bad! Undercooked like eating dough and heavy. Also very expensive! Definitely not going back for food but I'd give it a chance for the drinks and nice atmosphere.

Came here for a birthday celebration, first place I've been heavily stopped and asked for ID on the door. Service was poor, I'd put it down to understaffing, which is fair enough. After seating we were asked if we wanted drinks after about a 15 minute wait. The most expensive drink came out first. And then we had to ask after the beers we had ordered alongside, after waiting around 10 mins for them, surely you make all the drinks at the same time like literally every other establishment? About an hour later food finally came out. Dirty fries were tasty, but that was about it. Some of the worst tacos I've ever had in my life, coupled with the noisy group next to us and the group of girls behind us literally spritzing perfume, this place is a solid AVOID if you want a nice evening meal. Maybe there are better nights here, but last night was definitely not one of them. Sort it out Pink Moon you could have solid potential, but not whilst you're trying to be something you aren't. What was supposed to be a nice evening meal was ruined by your incompetence.

Friendly quick quick and well made cocktails

We had my daughters hen do at Pink Moon and hired the downstairs bar/dance floor and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the music was excellent, also a saxophonist who was the icing on the "wedding cake!!" Would recommend anyone who's having a get together to hire this place, very select and cosy and welcoming...HUGE THANK YOU TO THE PINK MOON STAFF FOR A HEN DO TO REMEMBER 😍😍😍

Service was excellent. Food was far better than pricing. Surroundings are clean and relaxed with a good drinks menu. Very high bang for buck rating - £ 120 for four including drinks. Need steak knives though, but that's all. Really difficult to fault.

Lovely evening out for dinner! I used the Clyx app to see which of my friends were around, and had a lovely catch-up with my friend Alex. The duck gyoza was amazing and he enjoyed his flat iron steak. I’ll be back to try the Katsu chicken burger 🤤

Perfect place for girly prosecco brunch dates. Great food, atmosphere and music. Pretty much opposite Exeter central rail station and walking distance from high street. We always have a fun time here!

I visited the street stand for this cafe in Princesshay. The service was perfect, super friendly and really engaged, the recommendations on the food I received from the staff was bang on for my taste. The quality was supreme, one of the best burritos I've ever had. The food was well worth the money, great portion size and delicious. Will definitely be visiting the main cafe for the full experience. Thank you very much Amy and Matt

My wife took me here for a light lunch today (her 2nd visit in a week) +I really enjoyed it Very much based on wholesome flavoursome food, it certainly hit the spot. Gluten free +vegans are well catered for and whilst I'm neither of these, I would heartily recommend trying what's on offer. Reasonably priced with good attentive but not intrusive service. One of the newest places to eat in Exeter +they deserve to succeed.

Very disappointed with breakfast. Pancakes were raw and resembled a thick slice of bread. As for the cooked breakfast, this came out luke warm, I will let the picture of the eggs do the talking. The manager took the drinks off of the bill.

We love pink moon! Abi in particular has been absolutely wonderful, giving us incredible service with a smile and a fab sense of humour. The food was great, and prosecco even better, especially poured by the lovely abi and Tayla! We'll definitely be coming back, and that's all down to the excellent service and the amazing waitresses.

DISAPPOINTING. We took our kids here yesterday. Food was 'ok' but horrendously expensive for what you get. Tacos are extremely small, Mac & Cheese is mediocre, Chicken Caesar Salad is made with greasy KFC style tenders. Burger was greasy, far too sweet, steak was ok, nothing great. We had the following: - 1 X steak 1 X chicken burger 2 X tiny tacos (a small child would need 2!) 1 X Caesar Salad 1 X Mac & Cheese 2 X Beer 4 X Apple juice 2 X tequila shot On Eat out to Help out....... £87! Staff were friendly enough but we'd definitely not return. Shame as it is in a great location and could be great. Far better spots in Exeter for a lot less money and far superior quality. ***EDIT*** Pink Moon have now refunded the difference. They asked me to remove my review however I feel that reviews should be honest and fair, with that in mind I have altered my review to 3 stars as food was ok. I do however still believe that there are far better venues quality wise in Exeter that offer better value for money. I also now wonder how many people have been asked to either remove negative reviews or amend reviews posted.

Amazing cocktails, fantastic food, and a super friendly team! Good distance between tables for social distancing, so we felt super comfortable throughout our visit. I recommend the Mai Tai cocktail!

I honestly came here thinking that the cafe was named for Nick Drake... It's not, but the burgers and fries were absolutely phenomenal! Would definitely recommend to everyone

I was so disappointed to be lied to multiple times by staff members. We were a group of 8 for a hen party, due to covid you can only have tables of 6, we understand that, we were told over the phone when booking that our tables would be right next to each other, when we arrived they were the tables with the furthest gap between them out of all the tables in the restaurant, we could not communicate at all throughout the meal being 2m away back to back when all the rest of the tables seemed to be 1m away from each other, 2 tables of strangers were sitting half the distance together over the other side of the room. Nothing was offered to try and be more accommodating or a good will gesture for the disappointment. One of our tables was allowed to order from the full menu, the other table was told by a staff member they couldn’t order from a certain part of the menu. Usually the bottomless brunch has a DJ and lights, we were told they aren’t starting that until later on in the year, again another lie because they had a DJ and lights 2 weeks ago. Plus the pancakes were dry and tasted like cardboard, and the bananas were really dry too? Odd? It was very beautifully presented though. I tried some of my friends mac and cheese, that was actually really nice. I only ate less than half of my meal. Nothing was offered off the bill. We decided not to pay the service charge they added after all the disappointments, lies and poor food. Would never recommend here.

📝 Review... A Californian lifestyle, a Sunday Brunch… We’ve only been to Pink Moon once together before for a night out, but we wanted to try the ‘All Dayin’ food and drink menu. We decided to meet up in Exeter on a hot summer’s day in the middle of July, ironically Lucy chose a hot chocolate, and we were both a little obsessed with the aesthetically pleasing mug against the eye catching decor! We must have spent around 20 minutes deciding what to have, there were so many vegetarian and vegan options to choose from… Finally, we both decided to try the half kilo of cauliflower wings; 1 portion of Korean Wings, 1 portion of Maple Wings. The Wings crunched with every bite whilst the cauliflower melted in the mouth. The juxtaposition between the two textures was mind blowing. The flavours of the cauliflower wings were bold, unique and delicious. Both were the perfect combination of sweet and savoury goodness! The Korean wings were the perfect level of mild spice and tangy sweetness. The maple wings were so incredible you wouldn't have known it was cauliflower under all that insane flavour. It reminded me of maple waffles and vegan chicken! Lastly, we had the Jackfruit taco which has spring onions and sweetcorn. The Jackfruit was generously marinated with Gochujang sauce, a Korean flavour. The spice level was medium to hot and had a firey kick wihh every bite! Would 100% recommend! Expectations of Pink Moon were exceeded above and beyond. We would love to visit again soon to try out more of the amazing food! (p.s. the table service was top notch, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us decide what to have!) Rating: 10/10

Food inedible. Flavour combinations ridiculous. Whoever designed this menu has no taste or class. Chicken so dry I couldn’t swallow it. For the love of god be happy and don’t go there. Also a terrible bunch of staff. Basic basic basic!!!!!! Don’t go downstairs, tried to make a nightclub & felt like a year 8 disco but more boring.

Absolutely love Pink Moon for restaurant and for evening drinks!! this is the #1 place to go everytime i'm back home in Devon - the service is amazing and the food is delicious, lots to choose from and great priced. The club is so fun and lost of nice areas to sit and chat with a bar downstairs with quick service and lots of cocktails to choose from. I always go even if it's just to pop into the deli for a to go coffee or snack! Can't wait to go back!

Took my parents and my kids here for a xmas treat and was excited to see what it was all about! we all LOVED it! We are off all ages and there was something for all of us. The food wasn't too much or too confusing, so the kids loved it and i was glad as it was much healthier alternatives than most places in exeter - greatly priced also. Great choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, service was great, couldnt have asked for a better experience. I pop down to pick up a lunch now and again as i work in town, worth it! it's a must go.

We had a Christmas party here , the food was so salty it was terrible , worst buffet I have ever had , would never recommend , but the atmosphere was nice for drinking and minging and dancing downstairs
