Food was good and hot, but disappointed that it took so long as the scheduled delivery time was already close to an hour when we ordered

From first ordering (5.40) we were given a delivery time of 6-6.20. This then went up to 6.10-6.30 and then changed again to 6.40-7. It was then telling us it had arrived at 7.05 but it hadn’t. Was finally delivered at 7.16 and with the incorrect rice. Was told we couldn’t have our money back as the delay was due to traffic. I accept that for the 7-7.16 delay but from the initial order time, that was all down to the restaurant and to then have the wrong order was just terrible service.

The food still isn’t here. The driver has clicked delivered even though it hasn’t been delivered. It’s been nearly 1 hour and a half and when we ordered it said 30-45 minutes.

Told me it had set off 5 mins ago when I called, then when we called back 25 mins later told my husband he told me it would be 25 mins. Totally lied, the app didn’t update & also the 40% off voucher was revoked at checkout. Won’t order again

Food was delicious - super pleased I ordered from here in a last minute decision change - good size portions for the price and delivery was spot on. Thanks guys, we’ll be back!

The delivery time was delayed twice, but restaurant kept is informed about the changes and we had ordered early so wasn't a problem on this occasion. The food was lovely and we would order again

absolutely shocking service can't even describe the food, as my order still never arrived after nearly 2 hours of ordering the food, was told over the phone twice, that it was 25 minutes away (the second time) then was told it was 10 away, and yet still no food as of writing this out now.

The curry was ok but sadly the chicken burgers were both hard and uncooked (pink) in the middle so assumed they were straight from the freezer.

We ordered this at 6:40 and it didn’t get delivered until 8:30, very unhappy, food was cold

Threw up after eating this curry, do not buy from here. The curry tasted awful then a few hours after ended up throwing up.

Everything was cold, chips were hard. Paid extra for lamb in the curry and there was hardly any meat

I received the wrong order to begin with. my order did then arrive 20 minutes later but the sauces were mixed up on the kebabs, my rice was not pilau. The food quality wasn't as good as 2 or 3 years ago when I last ordered from Undal

best naan and chapati. first time ordering and the delivery was on time and the naan was fresh

Did not receive my food. Called and man was very rude on the phone then put phone down On me when I asked when food would arrive? Do not settle for 2nd rate Indian food when there are plenty of local Indians that are fantastic

When it arrived I was missing some items. They said they were too busy to arrange re delivery but I would get my items free next time I ordered. I told them I would not be using them again! My madras was very watery , the pilau rice was a funny colour brown and didn’t look appetising at all and the onion bhajis were hard. This was one of the most disappointing curries I’ve ever had. I would not use them again.

Late delivery food ok but had better from here previously

There was hardly Any chicken in the curry 3 pieces maximum and what chicken there was in was hard not happy at all

massively over back peppered chicken Madras hardly any chicken and the prawn korma was like yellow soup and had to hunt for the prawns starters and garlic naan good

i normally don't order indian cuisine but thought to order and try something different. delivery was abit late but it was dealt in a very mannerd and professional mannner. they apologised by giving extra food and the food overall was really nice

This has always been my fave Indian so no clue what went wrong tonite! The mint sauce which I always have and look forward to was totally inedible as it was so salty and spicy when itd supposed to be sweet. They sent keema rice instead of pilau but thought id try it but it wasn't good and everything else just didn't taste right. Whoever is cooking needs to taste the food before sending out to check it tastes correct. Won't be ordering anymore

really enjoyed eating indian cuisine from here even though its really rare i do. the food was really nice the flavours was just spot on and delicious, delivery time was really good aswell

Undal Indian has fantastic vegan options. Truly delicious.

It was only slightly later than the delivery window. But it went out for delivery at 6.25, and arrived at 7.05. Not sure how a 10 min drive turned into 40min. Also lamb was chewy, curry wasn’t flavourless and salty. Rice and naan were fine. Won’t be ordering again.

Was too hot for us unfortunately.

We pre-ordered our food for 7.30, 2hrs in advance. It was updated as out for delivery at 7.15 but didn't arrive until 8pm. Having been in a car for 45mins it was cold, so hard to comment on quality, Issue reported waiting for a response

was really satisfied with the food and customer service, best indian food ever. they even gave me extra food items to apologise for my last delivery being late.

I was so impressed with my meal this evening I tried the onion bhajis and the chicken curry with naan and my friend got the lamb curry. We both finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. I will definitely be back to order again😍

My favourite Indian takeaway is this one, hands down. I never worry about what I order because the cuisine is consistently excellent and I always enjoy my dinner! The employees are excellent as well; they are consistently productive, joyful, and kind. Definitely suggest to anyone looking for authentic Indian food. Can't wait to order from here again!!!

Far smaller portions than last time. All cold. Popadoms all broke. Lamb madras with extremely chewy lamb and the madras was significantly spicier than last time. Chicken bhuna with 4 pieces of chicken. Probably won’t order again.

Ordered 6.30pm, delivery time got pushed back to 20.20..2 hours?! Food wasn't great either. My partner had to drive down to the place to find out what was going on. Won't ever order again from here.

1 hour late delivering - 2 hours from when we ordered the takeaway. Not worth the wait - average curry, small amount of meat in normal size container with mostly sauce. Dozens of better options in Sheffield. £16 for a main dish is very hig. With £6 delivery if was £50 for a takeaway for two of us that was very average and very late. Avoid

Ordered as a takeaway, having used previously. I should have read the recent reviews. I love a good curry and this was about as far as you could get from a good curry! The chicken Tikka Masala had small tough pieces of chicken in a runny vivid red (excessive amount of food colouring!) sauce. The basmati rice didn’t look or taste like basmati. It looked like brown long grain rice and tasted of nothing except cumin. Never again. Anywhere else could do a better curry than this. Can’t believe how downhill it has gone.

Curry was amazing, freshly baked naan breads and roti, Great costumer service and starters were so good I would recommend anyone who is looking for best Indian cuisine in Sheffield

After receiving my order and realising that it was wrong , I contacted the restaurant they tried to fobbed me off with excuses such as that's how it's supposed to come ect didnt try to rectify the error apart from offering free poppadoms next time i order

Appalling service! Expensive! Ordered some curry and guess what, no chapattis. I spent approximately £10 on 8! Food was late to start with and then because we couldn’t eat the curry although we could have drank it maybe…..🙄 I called the restaurant and the man who answered said the chapatis will be sent to us right away! Ha ha ha another 15 minutes past - food is now freezing! Whilst waiting I called because the food was now soo cold and the man who answered, acted like he couldn’t understand me (my native language is English). Before these conversations, it took me several attempts to call the restaurant as it kept going to voicemail. Food portions are tiny, also!! Wow just wow. A total disaster! I have reported!

Very poor. This used to be a good takeaway. However prices are now very high and the portions are tiny, easily half the size that they used to be. 31 quid for two mains, one rice, one bread and a side dish. Outrageous. Ordered the food through the app. It took two hours and five phone calls from me to arrive. Foods was lukewarm on arrival. I won’t be ordering again, and we have been customers for a long time. Sort it out guys, this is a load of rubbish in a competitive market. Avoid.

Very, very late. So late I had gone to bed so refused the order at the door. What a waste of money. Used to order 3 times a week from here but the food went downhill, thought I would try them again but wish I hadn’t. Won’t be ordering from them again.

We ordered two vegan wraps and one chicken wrap - after eating I realised my vegan wrap was chicken! Called the restaurant and they refused to accept this or deal with it. Luckily I don’t have an allergy.

Order was delivered over an hour after scheduled time, contacted the restaurant multiple times to be greeted with abysmal customer service. The driver claimed he tried to contact us however we never received a phonecall. When the food eventually arrived over 2 hours after we ordered it was lukewarm at best and was one of the worst meals we have eaten in a long time. We would not recommend ordering from here nor will we be ordering again.

Dreadful. This used to be the best take out Indian but we won't be buying from here again. Our curries were terrible with a vinegar flavour and I would swear they'd used a jar of cheap curry sauce. The onion bhajis were burnt and flat and crispy. What a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Tasty, lamb not best quality but enjoyed the sauces etc!

Food arrived on time and was reasonably tasty, although the Makhoni was challenge, but my main quibble was the paltry amount of meat in each dish. The wife and I usually make our takeaway last a couple of meals by ordering an extra dish.....we can't this time as there's only sauce left. Cutting corners to make the dish cheaper doesn't work because your customers won't come back.

Food was of poor quality - could tell it was made in a mexican restaurant

The food arrived early and hot, all the sandwiches were full and tasty so was the jalfrezi unfortunately the mince used for our methi keema was very poor quality.

Really enjoyable meal - tried something a bit different with the green herb curry and it was very good. Arrived about 10 minutes later than the advertised window though - had just contacted the restaurant for an update when the driver arrived. Not had a bad meal from this place as yet.

Lovely food but over 30 minutes early

Decent quality seekh kebab roll with fresh salad, spicy chilli sauce, fluffy naan, and tasty kebabs x3 but JFC the chicken burger I ordered partly out of sheer starvation was one of the worst things I have ever tasted - like someone had minced up cardboard, reconstituted it, rolled it in breadcrumbs, and deep fried the living bejesus out of it…but only after resurrecting it from the deep freeze like some sort of wooly mammoth in Jurassic park. Avoid the burger.

Was 5 stars. Tastiest takeaway curry I have had in a long time. 2023 update. It is not what it once was. Now it is mostly a tex mex place, not tried that. Still reckon they are Undal as well, but the curries now the same bland disappointing stuff you can get anywhere.

Food was pretty good. Not quite where it was before they branched out into Mexican cuisine, but fine. Only thing that put me off was the madras was quite sweet (almost) and had loads of fresh green herbs in. They were not needed.

This place has had an update and offers tex mex as well as Indian food. Indian food was tasty, hot and a decent sized portion.

We ordered the lamb dansak and chicken tikka masala saag with mushroom rice and a few starters. Portions were huge with loads of chicken in the tikka masala, and all the food was piping hot! Arrived within the time slot, freshly made and delicious. We will 100% be ordering from here again

My chicken was not cooked properly so I was unable to eat it and our nan breads were tough, very disapointed and would not use again!!

The curry’s were tasty although there wasn’t much meat in the lamb rogan josh. The poppadums tasted like the oil needed changed in the fryer but the pickle tray was nice.

They gave an expected time of 6:40-7pm. Then when messaged turned into half 7, half 7 past still nothing. Then they put it down to traffic yet Google maps says we're 10 minutes drive away. It's poor from them!

The food we ordered was beautiful, the chicken was really tender all the sauces on our dishes were lovely and creamy and very well spiced. We would highly recommend this takeaway and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!
