Amazing! Always impressed, chicken bites were fantastic, burgers delicious and the milkshake was blooming tasty!

it took one hour to deliver which is very poor, the food was cold by the time it was delivered, I was expecting the food to be fresh and hot, which did not happen. I'm not very happy as I was expecting better quality food especially waiting an hour for it.

The timing was wrong, telling you a timing then a few times Changed to get later. Then the food was cold,chips,burger. I would not recommend

The burgers were thrown together and falling apart and were quite cold on arrival, especially the chips. Had to reheat in the microwave as was so hungry as I had been at hospital all day. Very disappointing

Hot, fresh and order correct as always.

It was delivered over an hour of placing the order. I left notes for the delivery driver to navigate to correct location but this was missed off and don’t over 5 minutes trying to redirect the driver which was pretty poor considering I’d given instructions. Food was hot but delivery was poor!!

Driver was obviously delivering orders from another account as their location made no sense. Food was stone cold when it arrived and missing fries.

I like these type of burgers 🍔 😋 much better than McDonalds or Burger King as cooked freshly upon ordering. Plus they have much more healthy contents such as real onions 🌰, lettuce & Tomatoes 🍅. Which are absent from those chains above. Thick milk shakes not the thin ones. Staff are smiling 😃 and happy 😊 I recommend Uncle Sam's burgers 🍔 if you prefer quality over kept hot quantity. I chose a double blue cheese 🍔 and 🍟 no drink this time. You don't get blue cheese burgers in the bigger chains.

Really good prices and love the food here. I don't see many burger places serving milkshakes, and they're very nice too. Can definitely recommend their vegetarian options - there's lots of choice.

Usually very good from this restaurant. This evening was not the case! The estimated delivery time got moved by over half an hour and it was over an hour from order to delivery. When the food did arrive, it was stone cold! Very unhappy customers.

Pls pls turn the heating on in your shop. While waiting coz my food wasn't ready in the time I'd asked for, 10 mins, I had to wait in what felt like the Arctic!!!

chips were soggy mint aero milkshake just tasted of toothpaste from the syrup used the burger was dry and hard around the edges chips were just thrown in the bag not packaged well no care went into the order and the amount that was spent it was very disappointing

What I remember of Uncle Sams were the MASSIVE burgers so thought we would order from here for nostalgia. While they were super tasty and delicious they are considerably smaller than what we remember 🤣🤣 and it is really expensive. Saying that the food was hot, really tasty, super yum garlic mayo and the girls were all really friendly!

Apart from missing one portion of chips which Just Eat immediately refunded, it was great! Burgers were hot, the chips not so but perfectly edible.

So, having not been to Uncle Sam's in years... they just happened to be in the right place, at the right time! I went with the double chilli burger meal, and it was great! Full of flavour and the right amount of chilli hot! Not so hot that it blew your head off, but hot enough to let you know you were having a chilli burger. The chips were hot, well cooked, with a good crunch on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside... a bit like an Armadillo! I opted for a chocolate milkshake with my meal... I would only describe it as... barely average. A coke was also ordered... or should I say, cola... I've certainly had better 'Panda Pop' cola! It was very weak tasting and watery! The service was polite... but it would've struggled to be anything other, given all that was said was the amount to pay... no pleasantries, smile, or even a thank you or goodbye! But given how good the burger was, I wouldn't let it put me off visiting again.

A rather small double burger with miniscule cheese etc. etc.

Was a nice burger chips however were hard so we didn't eat them and at the price they charge was not worth the money. But the lady serving us was so welcoming, friendly and has great customer service.

Taste is the best in worthing then it comes to meaty burgers and apple pies and super milkshakes are sooo good!

The service was quick, the staff were friendly and efficient. The milkshakes were so good. Mint Aero & Flake were lovely, slightly on the pricy side but hey ho. A fairly dingy shop but it’s a fast food restaurant take in and go. I’d try their milkshakes again.

Took over an hour for an address 5 minutes from the restaurant on a Thursday evening. For a simple order for one person! Finally arrived and no straw for a milkshake- basically impossible to drink without as obviously thick! Food was ok though only just about hot still. Horrendous service!

Just moved to the area and trying new places just received our order and this is now my new favourite the chicken bites are cooked to perfection and the the burgers were brilliant and to top it all off the aero mint milkshake just wow will definitely be ordering again!

Said it was delivered at 14.21hrs but actually this was not true. Called Uncle Sam who said it left ages before and delivery was not their responsibility. Typical. Driver got lost, eventually arrived, chips were cold, burgers were mild warm at best. Won't be using this service again. Really poor, total waste of money.

The guy who delivered it was amazing and perfectly on time!

Ordered at 6:15pm, at which point it was confirmed that the food would be here by 6:55pm. After 6:45pm the estimated delivery time kept being pushed back and back by 5 minutes at a time, which meant that I couldn’t get order help as it was still within the delivery time bracket. It eventually arrived at 7:30pm. Bit confused how 1 burger and chips can take so long!

Absolutely terrible - food was cold , had no taste to it at all . Nothing like uncle Sam’s . Delivery driver picked up our food then went and sat in the Toby carvery for 20 mins picking up another order before delivering our food.

didn't come with the right number of food - I orded 9 nuggets and got 6. this has happened to me here before, I've never gotten my order right

Not only late , but late because he didn’t follow instructions, I clearly said must come via pelham rd . This is a disabled building , there is nit access at the back of the building , only fire exits. I can see from the map that he did arrive on time but at the back of the building , then he took 22 mins to drive around the front of building , got out of his car walking slowly whilst chatting on the phone , I had to go downstairs to let him in , bear in mind I’m disabled . My food was very late and very cold and squashed up

Freezing cold, undercooked and burger had brown old lettuce. The whole thing inedible. Over an hour later than estimated delivery time, really unhelpful on the phone. Horrible experience, would not eat here again. What a waste of money!

Not the uncle Sams you would expect. Burgers are sloppy, a standard drink is tiny. They are more interested in sorting delivery drivers. It’s a shame that they have gone down hill and yet the prices have stayed high. I guess that’s because it’s a not well regulated franchise

My chicken had black bits in it that was rubbery. Not very happy.

Can't really comment on the food the delivery driver never delivered it but marked it as delivered. Delivery zero stars
