I got a 12” thin and crispy chicken pizza and the base was not the usual, it seemed as though it wasn’t home made and the crust was rock hard. I love their pizzas normally but this one was not very good due to the pizza base

This is by far the worst food I have ever had from a takeaway, so bad it’s put me off takeaways altogether. Old cooking oil which made slimey yet overcooked chips, the burger looked like it had been sat on, the garlic bread was overwhelming with salt and was burnt.

Only place I order from now. Never had a bad meal. Food is delicious, service is great. 5*

Ordered food for £24.20 burgers were just cooked,not well done as asked for,bacon was anaemic, wrong order taken so had to ring up n sort order , second order anaemic,won't be ordering again shop has gone down hill in my expectation

Great little shop, I really enjoyed the Meat feast pizza and my colleague really enjoyed his chicken shish kebab, really good marinade on the meat. We both enjoyed the cheese garlic bread.

Firstly the wrap came with nothing when asked garlic and salad, came and brought another with salad no sauce, yes I understand they busy and have a lot different orders but at least get the order correct when working takeaway!

So delicious, sauce on pizza is especially good 👍

Orderd 2 x quarter pound cheese burger & chips. We waited in the shop. Cleanest take away i have ever been in. It was spotless. Food was lovely tasty & fresh. Will visit again & would highly recomend

Chips tasted of the paper bag they where delivered in. Pizza was wrong, fresh chili replaced with pickled jalapenos. so pizza taste of vinegar ... would not order again

Disgusting, I've ordered here before and never had this issue and they blamed the driver a d said they would be sacked yet they ignored our calls for 2 phones and when we phoned from our sons phones they answered straight away took over 2 hours to get to us due to lack of communication on post code turned up flat cold and missing items 😡

Outstanding food, lamb shish kebab delightful and their chicken and chips better than KFC. I’ve found my perfect takeaway. Quick efficient nice and clean and fab service 5*****

They make beautiful pizzas but the Kabab is awful looks uncooked and taste nothing like Donner at all chips are too crispy rushly done I say but the pizzas are spot on (avoid kabab)

Ordered a chicken burger with no mayo and lettuce, order arrived with no lettuce but added mayo!! very disappointing as they even give the option to pick before you order and still got it wrong!!

Food was lovely but I got ripped off, I ordered 2 half pounder cheese burgers and got quarter pounders instead... would definitely suggest checking your orders over before sending them out for delivery wasn’t very impressed but did enjoy the food so I let it slip..

Ordered at 7:35PM it came at 7:50PM - freaked me out as we ordered chicken and they were coming from 4 mile away ... got the chicken and it was an odd pale grey colour and cold - was awful had to throw the whole meal away very disappointed

Ordered meals at 20.15hrs at 21.30hrs i rang them to be told they hadn't recorderd the house no ....meals arrived at 22.00hrs ... hot on delivery disappointing though because too late for me to eat ...got an apology from the driver and a bottle of coke but no good when you order fast food and then have to eat it the next day.

hour and half late, flat cold and forgetting my garlic mayo and when ringing up been rude on phone and I rang just eat and the restaurant refused to send a replacement food or refund me !!! gone from 5* to 1* with just one order not happy at all !!! will not be eating from here again !!!

I always check the hygiene ratings , and this place has 5* . the food also deserves 5 * as it was delicious. I ordered kebab, I ask for it all to come separate which it did. and it was gorgeous. highly recommend

Typically deliveries to us take no longer than 40 minutes, tonight I rang up after it had been an hour prior to ordering & the guy on the phone was completely honest & said our pizza was still in the oven. The delivery guy turned up not long after with a free bottle of Coke for the inconvenience which was not expected but appreciated! Delivery drivers are always friendly & the food arrives hot. Would definitely recommend the meat feast pizza :)

Brilliant pizzas and fried chicken, not sure about kebabs as I haven't had one from here yet, BUT WHERE'S THE GARLIC BREAD!!!!!! I enjoyed eating their food and it was the cheapest around, I can only moan that their delivery system has errors; we waited for about and hour after being told ten minutes and then they delivered the wrong pizzas, this is sad but they did swap them out for ours.

this takeaway was usually lovely but it's now the third time in a row the food has been greasy, cold and just unappetising which is really disappointing because this was our go to place!

the pizza topping all comes off on the first bite so stay away from pizza everything else is really nice

I ordered kebab and it was awful. I asked for my salad seperate from my kebab which it didn't. Chips soggy. Meat tasted awful. Even chilly sauce wasn't nice. I also ordered an extra pot of chilli sauce which didn't arrive. The whole meal wasn't nice.

I assume they must have been very busy because the pizza was over cooked, dry and not very nice.. where as when we've ordered before the food is normally okay.

Just ordered chicken mixed doner got 3 pieces of chicken n 2 lumps of God knows what..not impressed as not thier usual standard. Won't be ordering again as cost be 7.70 for scraps .Dissatisfied
